Claims (9)
- 1.スクラップのポリエーテルポリオールベースのポリウレタンポリマーをポリ オールの形で回収する方法であって、高温において、スクラップのポリウレタン を、アルカノールアミン及び金属水酸化物からなる液体混合物で処理すること、 及び、次いで、得られた中間製品をアルキレンオキシドと反応させて前記ポリオ ールを提供することによる方法であり、 a)アルカノールアミンが液体混合物の総重量基準で70〜95重量%で存在す ること、 b)スクラップポリウレタンの液体混合物に対する重量比が12:1〜50:1 であること、及び、 c)アルキレンオキシドがポリプロピレンオキシド又はエチレンオキシドを含む こと、 を特徴とする方法。
- 2.アルカノールアミンがジエタノールアミンであり、且つ、金属水酸化物が水 酸化カリウム若しくはナトリウムである請求の範囲1に記載の方法。
- 3.アルキレンオキシドの量が、生じるポリオールに30〜200のヒドロキシ ル価を提供するような量である請求の範囲1に記載の方法。
- 4.スクラップポリウレタンポリマーの液体混合物に対する重量比が15:1〜 30:1である請求の範囲1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 5.スクラップポリウレタンポリオールが、芳香族ポリイソシアネートと、10 00〜10000の分子量のポリエーテルポリオールとの反応生成物である請求 の範囲1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 6.高温において、ポリエーテルポリオールベースのスクラップポリウレタンを 、アルカノールアミン及び金属水酸化物からなる液体混合物で処理することによ り得られるポリエーテルポリオールの製造に適切な中間製品であって、ここで、 スクラップポリウレタンの液体混合物に対する重量比が12:1〜50:1であ り、且つ、液体混合物が液体混合物の総重量基準で70〜95重量%のアルカノ ールアミンを含み、ここで、中間製品が安定な乳濁液又は分散液であることを特 徴とする方法。
- 7.請求の範囲1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法により得られるポリオール。
- 8.a)有機ポリイソシアネートと、 b)ポリオールであって、スクラップのポリエーテルポリオールベースのポリウ レタンポリマーを、アルカノールアミン及び金属水酸化物からなる液体混合物に より処理し、次いで、得られた中間製品をアルキレンオキシドと反応させて前記 ポリオールを提供することにより得られるポリオールであって、ここで、アルカ ノールアミンが液体混合物の総重量基準で70〜95重量%で存在し;スクラッ プポリウレタンの液体混合物に対する重量比が12:1〜50:1であり、そし て、アルキレンオキシドがプロピレン若しくはエチレンオキシドを含むポリオー ル、 とを反応させることにより得られたポリウレタンポリマーであり、;ここで、ポ リイソシアネートがポリオールのイソシアネート反応性水素原子1個当たり少な くとも0.5個のイソシアネート基を提供する量で存在することを特徴とする、 ポリウレタンポリマー。
- 9.請求の範囲1〜3のいずれかの方法により得られたポリオールと、芳香族ポ リイソシアネートの反応生成物を含む液体ポリイソシアネート組成物。
