Claims (7)
- 1.スクラレオリドの製法であって、有機溶媒の不存在下、ルテニウム触媒およ び乳化剤の存在下、水性媒体中でスクラレオールおよび/またはアビエノールと (スクラレオールおよび/またはアビエノールに対して)10.5〜25倍モル 量の酸化剤とを反応させて粗生成物を生成し、次いで該粗生成物を、(i)塩基 の存在下に8α−ヒドロキシ−11−カルボキシ−12,13,14,15,1 6−ペンタノイルラブダンの塩に変換し、次いでそれを酸性媒体中で環化してス クラレオリドを生成するか、 または (ii)高湿で後反応に付した後、蒸留し、該後反応は場合によっては蒸留相中 に行う 方法。
- 2.酸化剤として次亜塩素酸ナトリウムを使用する請求項1記載の方法。
- 3.乳化剤としてノニオン性界面活性剤を使用する請求項1または2記載の方法 。
- 4.酸化を15〜70℃の温度で行う請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 5.ルテニウム触媒を、スクラレオールおよび/またはアビエノールに対して0 .1〜5モル%の量で使用する請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 6.ルテニウム触媒としてRuCl3を使用する請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載 の方法。
- 7.酸化を、特に微細な分散液中で行う請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
