Claims (26)
- 1.螺旋状に巻いた自己接着ポリテトラフルオロエチレンの連続シートを含んで なる連続ファイバーであって、該ファイバーは実質的に丸い断面と1本の螺状線 の継ぎ目を持った外側表面を有する連続フアイバー。
- 2.ポリテトラフルオロエチレンの螺旋状に巻いた自己接着連続シートが徴孔質 ポリテトラフルオロエチレンである請求の範囲第1項に記載の連続ファイバー。
- 3.徴孔質ポリテトラフルオロエチレンが膨張延伸した微孔質ポリテトラフルオ ロエチレンである請求の範囲第2項に記載の連続ファイバー。
- 4.螺旋状に巻いた自己接着ポリテトラフルオロエチレンの連続シートが粒子状 のフィラーを含む請求の範囲第1項に記載の連続ファイバー。
- 5.粒子状フィラーが金属、半金属、金属酸化物、ガラス、セラミックからなる 分類より選択した無機物質である請求の範囲第4項に記載の連続ファイバー。
- 6.粒子状フィラーが活性炭、カーボンブラック、高分子樹脂からなる分類より 選択した有機物質である請求の範囲第4項に記載の連続ファイバー。
- 7.ファイバーが静電気散逸性である請求の範囲第4項に記載の連続ファイバー 。
- 8.ファイバーが導電性である請求の範囲第4項に記載の連続ファイバー。
- 9.螺旋状に巻いたポリテトラフルオロエチレンの自己接着シートの上に高分子 物質のコーティングをさらに含む請求の範囲第1項に記載の連続ファイバー。
- 10.高分子物質のコーティングが連続層である請求の範囲第9項に記載の連続 ファイバー。
- 11.高分子物質のコーティングが不連続なパターンである請求の範囲第9項に 記載の連続ファイバー。
- 12.不連続なパターンが一連の点状である請求の範囲第11項に記載の連続フ ァイバー。
- 13.不連続なパターンが一連の帯状である請求の範囲第11項に記載の連続フ ァイバー。
- 14.高分子物質が天然ゴム、合成ゴム、ポリウレタン、フルオロエラストマー からなる分類より選択されたエラストマーポリマーである請求の範囲第9項に記 載の連続ファイバー。
- 15.高分子物質がパーフルオロスルホン酸のポリマーとパーフルオロカルボン 酸のポリマーからなる分類より選択されたイオン交換樹脂である請求の範囲第9 項に記載の連続ファイバー。
- 16.螺旋状に巻いたポリテトラフルオロエチレンの自己接着連続シートの間に 繊維状素成分をさらに含む請求の範囲第1項に記載の連続ファイバー。
- 17.繊維状素成分が導電性ワイヤー、光ファイバー、チューブからなる分類よ り選択された伝導・輸送性の繊維状素成分である請求の範囲第16項に記載の連 続ファイバー。
- 18.繊維状素成分がグラファイト繊維、アラミド繊維、セラミック繊維からな る分類より選択された構造用繊維状素成分である請求の範囲第16項に記載の連 続ファイバー。
- 19.繊維状素成分がポリウレタンビーズ、フルオロエラストマービーズ、天然 ゴムビーズ、合成ゴムビーズからなる分類より選択されたエラストマーの繊維状 素成分である請求の範囲第16項に記載の連続ファイバー。
- 20.螺旋状に巻いたポリテトラフルオロエチレンの自己接着連続シートの間に シート状素成分をさらに含む請求の範囲第1項に記載の連続ファイバー。
- 21.シート状素成分が高分子フィルム、金属箔、金属網からなる分類より選択 された請求の範囲第20項に記載の連続ファイバー。
- 22.連続ファイバーがその長さにそって変化した直径を有する請求の範囲第1 項に記載の連続ファイバー。
- 23.連続ファイバーがふしこぶのある外観を有する請求の範囲第1項に記載の 連続ファイバー。
- 24.連続ファイバーがファイバーの外側表面に窪みを有する請求の範囲第1項 に記載の連続ファイバー。
- 25.連続ファイバーが窪みの中に薬剤をさらに含み、薬剤が抗生物質と凝固剤 からなる分類より選択されたものである請求の範囲第22項に記載の連続ファイ バー。
- 26.次の過程を含んでなる連続ファイバーの製造方法:a)加熱被動ドラムの 外側表面にポリテトラフルオロエチレンの連続シートを供給し、 b)被動ドラムの外側表面に対してポリテトラフルオロエチレンの連携シートを しっかり支持し、 c)ポリテトラフルオロエチレンの連続シートの縁を被動ドラムの外側表面との 接触から取り出し、 d)ポリテトラフルオロエチレンの連続シートの縁を、被動ドラムの外側表面上 になお存在する部分のポリテトラフルオロエチレンの連続シートに接触させて接 着し、 e)駆動手段によって波動ドラムを回転させ、被動ドラムの外側表面にそってポ リテトラフルオロエチレンの連続シートを動かし、なおドラム上にある間にポリ テトラフルオエチレンの連続シートをそれ自身に巻いて連続ファイバーを形成し 、f)ポリテトラフルオロエチレンの連続シートの縦軸に対して或る角度で被動 ドラムの外側表面より連続ファイバーを取り出す。
