Claims (10)
- 1.a)0.001〜0.1%のキサンタン、0.01〜0.1%のグアーガム 及び0.01〜0.2%のプロピレングリコールアルギネート;b).001〜 40%のフレーバー成分;c)0.001〜0.5%の■化剤; d)0.001〜14%の甘味料;及びe)残部の水 を含む飲料。
- 2.甘味料が高フルクトースコーンシロップであり、飲料の粘度が60sec− l剪断速度(11℃)で50cps以下である、請求項1に記載の飲料。
- 3.甘味料が0.001〜5%の無カロリー又は人工甘味料を含む、請求項1に 記載の飲料。
- 4.フレーバーが5〜100%のフルーツジュースであり、好ましくは上記ジュ ースがシトラスジュース、リンゴジュース、ナシジュース、クランベリージュー ス、タマリンド、パイナップル、マンゴ及びそれらの混合物からなる群より選択 される、請求項1、2又は3に記載の飲料。
- 5.a)0.003〜0.3%のキサンタン、0.003〜0.3%のグアーガ ム及び0.03〜0.60%のプロピレングリコールアルギネート;b)フルー ツフレーバー、植物フレーバー及びそれらの混合物からなる群より選択されるフ レーバーを含有した0.001〜45%のフレーバー成分;c)18〜85重量 %の糖; d)0.003〜1.5%の■化剤;及びe)残部の水 を含む飲用飲料製造用の濃縮飲料。
- 6.フレーバーが濃縮フルーツであり、好ましくは上記フレーバーがオレンジエ ッセンス及びエッセンス油を含む、請求項5に記載の濃縮飲料。
- 7.0.5〜3%の繊維を含む、請求項1、2、3、4、5又は6に記載の飲料 。
- 8.フルーツフレーバーがシトラス、オレンジ、リンゴ、ナシ、クランベリー、 マンゴ、ストロベリー、パイナップル、タマリンド及びそれらの混合物からなる 群より選択される、請求項6に記載の濃縮飲料。
- 9.(1)温度65℃以下において最少剪断でミックスすることにより180ミ クロン以下の粒度を有する増粘剤/乳化剤系0.01〜1.2%をフルーツジュ ース10〜99%及び水4〜90%に加える;(b)60sec−1剪断速度( 11℃)で50cps以下の初期粘度を有する飲料を生産するためアロマ及びフ レーバー揮発性物質をジュース混合液に加える;ことからなる飲料の製造方法。
- 10.(a)0.001〜0.1%のニュートン性増粘剤、0.1〜0.2%の 界面活性増粘剤及び0.001〜0.1%の擬塑性増粘剤;(b)0.001〜 45%のフレーバー成分;(c)0.001〜14%の甘味料; (d)0.1〜0.5%の■化油;及び(e)残部の水 を含む飲料。
