Claims (27)
- 1.CD3抗原複合体への結合親和性を有する脱グリコシル化抗体。
- 2.ヒトCD3抗原複合体への結合親和性を有する、請求項1に記載の脱グリコ シル化抗体。
- 3.少なくとも1つのCDRが次のアミノ酸配列:(a)【配列があります】 (b)【配列があります】 (c)【配列があります】 (d)【配列があります】 (e)【配列があります】 (f)【配列があります】 またはその保存的に修飾された派生体より選択される、請求項2に記載の脱グリ コシル化抗体。
- 4.少なくとも1つのCDRが次のアミノ酸配列:(a)【配列があります】 (b)【配列があります】 (c)【配列があります】 またはその保存的に修飾された派生体より選択される重鎖を有し、および/また は、少なくとも1つのCDRが次のアミノ酸配列:(d)【配列があります】 (e)【配列があります】 (f)【配列があります】 またはその保存的に修飾された派生体より選択される軽鎖を有する、請求項2に 記載の脱グリコシル化抗体。
- 5.次のアミノ酸配列: (a)【配列があります】 (b)【配列があります】 (c)【配列があります】 またはその保存的に修飾された派生体から成る3つのCDRを有する重鎖、及び 、次のアミノ酸配列: (d)【配列があります】 (e)【配列があります】 (f)【配列があります】 またはその保存的に修飾された派生体から成る3つのCDRを有する軽鎖を有し 、かつ、重鎖CDRがリーダーから定常部の方向へ、(a),(b),(c)の 順に配列されており、かつ、軽鎖CDRがリーダーから定常部の方向へ、(d) ,(e),(f)の順に配列されている、請求項2に記載の脱グリコシル化抗体 。
- 6.可変部フレームワーク領域が、ラット若しくはマウスのもの、または、ラッ ト若しくはマウスに由来するものである、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載 の脱グリコシル化抗体。
- 7.CDRが可変フレームワーク領域とは起源が異なるものである、請求項1か ら5のいずれか1項に記載の脱グリコシル化抗体。
- 8.可変部フレームワーク領域が、ヒトのもの、または、ヒトに由来するもので ある、請求項7に記載の脱グリコシル化抗体。
- 9.重鎖可変部フレームワーク領域が、リーダーから定常部の方向へ、次のアミ ノ酸配列: 【配列があります】 〔CDRは、少なくとも1つが(a),(b)、(c)、またはその保存的に修 飾された派生体から選択されるCDRが存在することを示す。〕より成る、請求 項8に記載の脱グリコシル化抗体。
- 10.軽鎖可変部フレームワーク領域が、リーダーから定常部の方向へ、次のア ミノ酸配列: 【配列があります】 [CDRは、少なくとも1つが(d),(e)、(f)、またはその保存的に修 飾された派生体から選択されるCDRが存在することを示す。]より成る、請求 項8または9に記載の脱グリコシル化抗体。
- 11.重鎖可変部が次のアミノ酸配列:【配列があります】 より成る請求項9に記載の脱グリコシル化抗体。
- 12.軽鎖可変部が次のアミノ酸配列:【配列があります】 より成る請求項8または11に記載の脱グリコシル化抗体。
- 13.定常部が、ラット若しくはマウスのもの、または、ラット若しくはマウス に由来するものである、請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の脱グリコシル 化抗体。
- 14.CDRが定常領域とは異なる起源を持つ、請求項1から12のいずれか1 項に記載の脱グリコシル化抗体。
- 15.定常部が、ヒトのもの、または、ヒトに由来のものである、請求項1から 12のいずれか1項に記載の脱グリコシル化抗体。
- 16.定常領域がIgGのアイソタイプである、請求項1から15のいずれか1 項に記載の脱グリコシル化抗体。
- 17.定常領域がIgG1のアイソタイプである、請求項16に記載の脱グリコ シル化抗体。
- 18.各定常領域重鎖の297番目アスパラギン残基が他のアミノ酸残基と置換 された、請求項15、16または17に記載の脱グリコシル化抗体。
- 19.アスパラギンがアラニン残基と置換された請求項18に記載の脱グリコシ ル化抗体。
- 20.片方のアームのみがCD3抗原に対する親和性を有する、請求項1から1 9のいずれか1項に記載の脱グリコシル化抗体。
- 21.単価抗体である請求項20に記載の脱グリコシル化抗体。
- 22.半分が、完全な重鎖と軽鎖から成り、残りの半分が、類似しているが、軽 鎖への結合部位を欠いている不完全な重鎖から成る、請求項21に記載の脱グリ コシル化抗体。
- 23.生理的に許容される希釈剤若しくは担体を含む薬剤組成物の形をした、請 求項1から22のいずれか1項に記載の脱グリコシル化抗体。
- 24.治療に用いるための請求項1から22のいずれか1項に記載の脱グリコシ ル化抗体
- 25.免疫抑制のための薬剤を製造するために、請求項1から22のいずれか1 項に記載の脱グリコシル化抗体を使用する方法。
- 26.薬剤が移植を受けた者の治原に用いるものである、請求項25に記載の方 法。
- 27.請求項1から22のいずれか1項に記載の、リガンド、抗体、或いはそれ らの断片を、治療に効果的な量患者に投与することより成る、癌患者または免疫 抑制を必要とする患者を治療するための方法。
