Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本案はユニットハウスの壁パネルにクーラーを簡便に取
付け得るようになる装置に関するものである。
従来の技術及び考案が解決しようとする問題点 建築現場等で使用するユニットハウスにクーラーを取付
ける場合は壁パネルに４個の穴を開けてボルト、ナット
等の止着具によつてクーラーを固定する方法が一般的で
あるが、この方法は運搬時（ユニットハウスの）におけ
るクーラーの取付け、取外しに手間がかかり非常に面倒
である。
本案は壁パネルに設けたスライドベッド上にクーラーを
載置するようにして前記従来の欠点を一掃するユニット
ハウスのクーラーの取付装置を提供しようとするもので
ある。
問題点を解決するための手段 本案は壁パネルにクーラーを載置するためのスライド可
能なベッドを設けた点に特長を有し、鋼製フレーム製の
壁パネル１にクーラーの寸法に適応した外側に開閉蓋３
を有する穴２を開設し、該穴２の下部両隅に任意の長さ
を持つガイドレール４を取付けると共にクーラーを載置
するためのスライドベッド５の両側長手方向に形成した
係合溝６を前記ガイドレール４に摺動可能に係合し、前
記スライドベッド５を所望位置においてビス、ボルトナ
ット等の止着具７によりガイドレール４に固定するよう
になる構成を要旨とするものである。
作用 而して本案はスライドベッド５上にクーラー８を載置し
て該スライドベッド５を外側にスライドさせると開閉蓋
３が自動的に押されてクーラーの屋根の役割を果し、所
望位置においてビス或いはボルトナット等の止着具７に
よりスライドベッド５をガイドレール４上に固定する。
又運送時にはスライドベッド５からクーラー８を降し、
スライドベッド５を手前にスライドさせて止着具７によ
りガイドレール４に固定し、この場合は開閉蓋３が穴２
を閉蓋した状態となる。
実施例 以下本案の詳細を図面に示す実施例について説明する
と、１は鋼製フレームで作られたパネル、２はクーラー
の寸法に適応した穴、３は穴２の外側に蝶番等によつて
取付けられた開閉蓋、４は前記穴２の下部両隅に溶接等
の手段で固定された形のガイドレール、５は形鋼で
作つたクーラーを載置するためのスライドベッドであつ
て、両側長手方向に形成される係合溝６を前記ガイドレ
ール４に摺動自在に係合し、ガイドレール４と係合溝６
内に穿設された係止孔９を利用してビス或いはボルトナ
ット等の止着具７によりスライドベッド５を所望位置に
おいて固定するようになる。
考案の効果 本案は叙上の如く、壁パネルの穴２に固定したガイドレ
ール４にスライドベッド５を設け、このスライドベッド
５にクーラーを載置するだけでユニットハウスにクーラ
ーを簡便に装着し得るものであつて、従来の煩雑な取付
及び取外し作業を完全に一掃し得る利点を有し、又クー
ラーの設置状態においては開閉蓋３がクーラーの屋根の
役割を果し、クーラー保護の見地から有益であり、且つ
冬場においては開閉蓋３は穴２を完全に閉蓋し、暖房効
果に支障を来す虞れもなく、前記の諸効果と相俟つてユ
ニットハウスの効用を一段と助長せしめるものである。

図面は本案の実施例を示し、第１図はユニットハウスの
斜視図、第２図はクーラーの取付状態における要部斜視
図、第３図は同要部の分解斜視図、第４図は開閉蓋を閉
じた状態の要部側面図、第５図はガイドレールとスライ
ドベッドの結合状態を示す断面図である。 １…壁パネル、２…穴、３…開閉蓋、４…ガイドレー
ル、５…スライドベッド、６…係合溝。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】鋼製フレーム製の壁パネル１にクーラーの
    寸法に適応した外側に開閉蓋３を有する穴２を開設し、
    該穴２の下部両隅に任意の長さを持つガイドレール４を
    取付けると共にクーラーを載置するためのスライドベッ
    ド５の両側長手方向に形成した係合溝６を前記ガイドレ
    ール４に摺動可能に係合し、前記スライドベッド５を所
    望位置においてビス、ボルトナット等の止着具７により
    ガイドレール４に固定するようになることを特徴とする
    ユニットハウスにおけるクーラーの取付装置。
