【考案の詳細な説明】

本考案は身体障害者（車椅子使用者）用の車両（乗用車）用シート（座席）に 関する。

【従来の技術】
乗用車におけるドアはその開口角度が小さいため、乗員の乗降口が狭く、また 、乗用車のシートは車内の所定位置に設置されている。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
従って、車椅子が乗用車のシートに横付けすることができないため、身体障害 者が自分で車椅子から乗用車に乗り移ることができないし、また、他人の手をか りても、乗り移りが困難である。 そこで、本考案は身体障害者が自分で車椅子から乗用車の座席に乗り移れるよ うに、或いは逆に乗用車の座席から車椅子に容易に乗り移れるようにすることを 目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
以上の目的を達成するための本考案に係る身体障害者用車両用シートは、シー ト本体の側面を、車両における外方に回動して開くドアの内面に取付けてなるこ とを特徴とするものである。 以上のシート本体は、前記ドアに対して水平方向又は垂直方向にスライド可能 に取付けるのが望ましい。 また、ドアは車両の進行方向における後端側を車体に回動自在に連結して、乗 降口を拡大するようにするのが好ましい。

【作用】
ドアを開けると、そのドアは車体方に突出する。そして、このドアには一体に シート本体が取付けられているため、シート本体は車体外に位置し、この状態に おいて、車椅子から又は車椅子へ乗り移る。

【実施例】
以下、本考案の一実施例を図面に基づいて説明する。 図１は、乗用車の各ドア（Ｄ）…を開けて、身体障害者が乗降する状態を示し 、図中（Ｆ）は乗用車の進行方向を示し、各ドア（Ｄ）…は、後部側がヒンヂ（ Ｈ）によって車体（Ｂ′）に回動可能に連結して、乗降口を拡大している。そし て、この各ドア（Ｄ）の内面に、シート本体の側面が取付けられている。 シート本体は、シートバック（ＳＢ）とシートクッション（ＳＣ）とからなる 通常の自動車用シートである。図中（イ）は車椅子を示す。
【０００７】 以上のシート本体（ＳＣ）（ＳＢ）は、図示するが如く、ドア（Ｄ）の内面に 沿って前後に摺動自在（スライド可能）に取付けられており、Ａ方向にスライド させることにより、シート本体は車体（Ｂ′）に対して外方に位置するので、乗 降性が向上する。そして、Ｂ方向にスライドさせて、ドア（Ｄ）を閉じることに より、シート本体は車体内に収容され、シート本体の前方に所望のスペースが得 られる。
【０００８】 図２は、シート本体（ＳＣ）（ＳＢ）のドア（Ｄ）に対する取付構造を示し、 シートクッション（ＳＣ）のフレーム（４）には、インナーレール（１）が一体 に溶接され、このインナーレール（１）が摺動するアウターレール（２）はドア （Ｄ）のフレーム（３）に一体に設けてあり、インナーレール（１）はモータ（ 不図示）の駆動力によって、アウターレール（２）に対して前後に摺動する。
【０００９】 以上のシート本体は、ドア（Ｄ）に対して水平方向に摺動自在に取付けている が、垂直方向に摺動自在に取付けてシート本体の高さを調節して乗降性を向上さ せるようにしてもよい。
【００１０】 斯して、身体障害者が乗用車に乗降（車椅子と乗用車との間の乗り移り）は、 図１に示すように、ドア（Ｄ）を開き、シート本体をＡ方向に移動させて、ドア （Ｄ）の先方に移動した状態で行う。これにより、シート本体に車椅子（イ）を 横付けできる。シート本体に着座後は、シート本体をＢ方向に移動させて、ドア （Ｄ）を閉じると、図１点線に示すようにシート本体は車体内に収容される。

【考案の効果】
本考案によれば、ドアの内面にシート本体を取付けているため、ドアを開くこ とにより、シート本体が車体の外方に突出し、車椅子から身体障害者がシート本 体に乗り移ることができ、降車の時も同様に車椅子に容易に乗り移ることができ る。 そのため、車椅子の身体障害者の乗降性が良好になり、身体障害者は他人の手 を借りることなく自分で車両に対して乗降できる。
