(57)【要約】 【構成】 本発明は、真空包装用袋を形成するための筒
状部材であって、完成した袋の少なくとも内側表面上で
該筒状部材の長手方向に沿って延びた浮き出し部をな
し、該袋による真空包装時に吸引により空気を袋から排
出するための通路を形成する線条が、内側層又はフィル
ム上に設けられている真空包装用袋を形成するための筒
状部材に関する。 【効果】 エンボシング工程が省略できるので、真空包
装袋は従来のものと比べ製造が容易となり、経済的に製
造することができ、さらに使用上の信頼性を有するもの
とすることができる。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【0001】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、包装用材料、より詳し
くは非透過性及び断熱性を有し、腐り易い製造物を真空
包装するための袋形成用の部材に関する。

【従来の技術及びその問題点】接着によって長手方向に
シールされ、上述した用途に用いる袋形状にすることが
できる筒状包装用材料は、これまでにも既に提案されて
きた。公知の例によれば該筒状部材の壁は、異なる材料
からなる少なくとも2つの積層部材、特に気体に対して
非透過性を有する材料からなる外側層又はフィルムと、
熱可塑性を有し断熱性を有する材料からなる内側層又は
フィルムからなる。これら2つの層は密着状態で積層さ
れ、少なくとも内側層は、真空包装するために袋を使用
する時に、空気の排出を促進するエンボス部又は通路網
(網目状の凹所)を備えている。従って該通路網は、前
記部材に於いて断熱性を有する内側層に設けらている。

【発明の概要】本発明は、異なるプラスチック材料から
なる2以上の層又はフィルムによって形成される壁を備
えた包装用材料であって、気密性及び断熱性が一定状態
に維持され、空気排出用通路が製造物品の少なくとも内
側表面に設けられた線条によって形成されることを特徴
とする包装用材料を提供するものである。従ってエンボ
シング工程が省略できるので、真空包装袋は従来のもの
と比べ製造が容易となり、経済的に製造することがで
き、さらに使用上の信頼性を有するものとすることがで
きる。

めの袋を形成するための筒状部材に集約される。

するプラスチック材料からなる少なくとも1つの外側層
又はフィルムと、熱可塑性を有し断熱性を有する内側層
又はフィルムとからなる少なくとも1枚のシートを用い
て形成された真空包装用袋を形成するための筒状部材で
あって、前記各層又はフィルムは相互に密着されてお
り、完成した袋の少なくとも1枚の内側表面上で前記筒
状部材の長手方向に沿って延びた浮き出し部をなし、該
袋による真空包装時に吸引により空気を袋から排出する
為の通路を間に形成する線条が、前記内側層又はフィル
ム上に設けられていることを特徴とする真空包装用袋を
形成するための筒状部材によって達成される。

ィルム上に挿入され、完成した袋の少なくとも1つの内
側表面に設けられ、且つ該袋の深さ方向に延びるように
構成されている。

ィルムは、ナイロン又はポリエステルからなり、該シー
トの内側層又はフィルムは、ポリエチレン(polyethyle
neor polythene)からなっており、前記通路を画定する
線条は、該内側層又はフィルムと同じ材料からなる。

【実施例】以下、本発明の実施例につき添付図面を参照
しつつ説明する。全体を通して参照番号10で示され筒
状部材は、1つ又は2つのシート又は帯によって形成す
ることができ、参照番号11で示すように、一方又は両
側部にそって接着することによりシールすることができ
る。図示された実施例に於いて該筒状部材は、2つの対
向する側部がシールされた2つのシート又は帯12,1
2’からなる。次に筒状部材は所望の長さに切断され、
端部の一方は接着により幅方向にシールされて袋を形成
し、他方の端部は包装するべき物を入れて真空にした
後、幅方向にシールされる。
【0009】筒状部材の形成(従って最終的には袋を形
成)するためのシートは、気密性、即ち気体に対して非
透過性を有するナイロン又はポリエステル等の材料から
なる外側層又はフィルム13と、断熱性を有するポリエ
チレン(polyethylene or polythene)等からなる内側
層又はフィルム14とから形成されている。該2つの層
又はフィルム13,14は、積層され密着される。

て適切に延びる線条15が、シート12,12’の少な
くとも一方、例えば図中の12の内側表面に、より詳し
くはポリエチレンからなる内側層又はフィルム14上に
設けられる。好ましくは該線条15は、筒状部材、最終
的には袋を形成するために2つのシート12,12’を
組み合わせる前に、少なくともシート12に設けられ
る。好ましくは線条15は、内側層又はフィルム14を
形成するのと同じ材料、即ちポリエチレン(polyethyle
ne or polythene)からなり、適当な方法で挿入されて
筒状部材10の内側表面の浮き出し部をなし、最終的に
は袋の浮き出し部を形成する。このため、例えば、内側
層又はフィルム14の製造の際に同時に線条15を形成
することができる。また、内側層又はフィルム14の形

の一端開口部から線条15を挿入して接着することもで
きる。
【0011】このような実施例は図面に示されており、
図面から線条が筒状部材、最終的には袋の内側において
如何なる状態で通路16を長手方向に形成するかが確認
できる(図1及び図2参照)。製造物を真空包装するた
めに当該袋を使用する時に、該通路16から公知の詳述
しない装置によって吸い出し法により空気を完全に袋か
ら排出することができる。

Claims (3)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項1】 気体に対して非透過性を有するプラスチ
    ック材料からなる少なくとも1つの外側層又はフィルム
    と、熱可塑性を有し断熱性を有する内側層又はフィルム
    とからなる少なくとも1枚のシートを用いて形成された
    真空包装用袋を形成するための筒状部材であって、前記
    各層又はフィルムは相互に密着されており、完成した袋
    の少なくとも1枚の内側表面上で前記筒状部材の長手方
    向に沿って延びた浮き出し部をなし、該袋による真空包
    装時に吸引により空気を袋から排出する為の通路を間に
    形成する線条が、前記内側層又はフィルム上に設けられ
    ていることを特徴とする真空包装用袋を形成するための
    筒状部材。
  2. 【請求項2】 前記線条は、前記内側層又はフィルム上
    に挿入され、完成した袋の少なくとも1つの内側表面に
    設けられ、且つ該袋の深さ方向に延びるように構成され
    ていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の筒状部材。
  3. 【請求項3】 前記シートの前記外側層又はフィルム
    は、ナイロン又はポリエステルからなり、該シートの内
    側層又はフィルムは、ポリエチレン(polyethylene or
    polythene)からなっており、前記通路を画定する線条
    は、該内側層又はフィルムと同じ材料からなることを特
    徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の筒状部材。
