Abstract

一种真空包装袋,包括上层袋面和下层袋面,其特点是述两层袋面的至少一内表面上密集压制有大量通向袋体开口处的微型凸条,其中所述的相邻两微型凸条之间形成可供抽真空时的导气通道,且各导气通道的纵向之间设有导气平面,且相邻的前、后两导气平面错开排布。本实用新型由于采用在密布的直线型导气通道中间设置断续的导气平面的结构,袋体内表面形成全方位导气结构,充分保证袋体内空气在袋体内因物品形成堵塞时也可通过其导气平面而完全彻底地被抽出以保证其可在袋体内形成一可靠的真空环境,达到本实用新型的目的。

一种真空包装袋
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种应用于真空包装设备上的真空包装袋。
背景技术
通常,真空包装技术是一种可减少食品的腐化、产品的氧化的方法,即将食物装在袋里,袋子抽成真空并密封,这样通过阻止食物氧化而使食物能储存一段较长的时间。对长时间储存食物来说虽然也可以采用将食物储存在低温冰箱内的方法,但是将食物真空包装以避免食物与空气接触的方法更为有效。但由于真空包装袋使用的薄膜表面为平面型,当抽取空气时,平面薄膜极易压贴另一面接合面。其时,便难以将空气抽去。针对这种问题,由Kristen持有的美国专利4756422和中国专利CN2312897Y分别公开了一种真空包装袋,其主要是在形成真空包装袋的塑料薄膜的内表面上面布有凹凸的压纹,通过压纹形成的沟槽来形成空气通道而有利于完全抽走空气形成真空。但这种真空包装袋的压纹通道,由于配合普通真空封袋机使用的需要,这些压纹通道相对于从袋底到袋口方向而言,压纹通道都是曲线设置的,因而使空气被抽出的路线较长,使空气被抽出的速度较慢;同时由于其压纹通道是连续不间断的,当袋子盛装的物品是粉末状时,粉末会通过形成在袋子上的相对较宽的压纹通道泄漏出来。中国专利CN2736281Y公开了另一种压纹真空袋,其设计的压纹通道是直线的,但袋的两面都需要形成压纹,制造成本高,且由于其压纹通道也是连续不间断的因此其对于袋装有粉状物时的抽真空效果也无改善。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述问题的存在,提供一种抽真空速度快、效果好的真空包装袋。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种真空包装袋,包括上层袋面和下层袋面,所述的两层袋面的至少两侧边处粘接构成一可容置物品的袋体,其特征在于所述两层袋面的至少一内表面上密集压制有大量通向袋体开口处的微型凸条,其中所述的相邻两微型凸条之间形成可供抽真空时的导气通道,且各导气通道的纵向之间设有至少两排断续排布的、并可连通其左右两侧的导气通道与前、后两段导气通道的、由微型凸条的断开所形成的导气平面,且相邻的前后两导气平面错开排布。
上述各微型凸条为由若干纵向排布于袋体内表面上的断续的微型凸条组构成,其中相邻的前后两微型凸条组之间形成上述的导气平面。
本实用新型由于采用在密布的直线型导气通道中间设置断续的错开排布的导气平面的结构,既通过设置的直线型导气通道来保证可将袋体内的空气形成由袋底至袋口的可靠的快速排气通道,使袋体抽真空的速度大大增加,特别是在导气通道中部设置的导气平面,既可以使其相邻两侧的导气通道之间形成相互贯通,又可使其前、后两段导气通道之间形成交错连通,从而在袋体内表面形成全方位导气结构,充分保证袋体内空气在袋体内因物品形成堵塞时也可通过其导气平面而完全彻底地被抽出,而且由于导气平面的面积可以设计得较小,因而在其靠近袋体底部的空气被抽出前两层袋面不会被压贴,保证空气可以沿间断的导气通道和导气平面直线地排出。以保证其可在袋体内形成一可靠的真空环境,并使袋体内的粉状物不容易被抽出,且在单片的塑料薄膜上压制微型凸条实现容易,达到本实用新型的目的。

具体实施方式
如图1~图3所示,本实用新型所述的一种真空包装袋,包括上层袋面12和下层袋面11,所述的两层袋面12、11的至少两侧边处粘接构成一可容置物品的袋体1,其特点是所述两层袋面11、12的至少一内表面上密集压制有大量通向袋体1开口处的微型凸条13,其中所述的相邻两微型凸条13之间形成可供抽真空时的导气通道14,且各导气通道14的中部设有至少两排断续排布的、并可连通其左右两侧的导气通道14与前、后两段导气通道14的、由微型凸条的断开所形成的导气平面15,且相邻的前后两导气平面15错开排布。其中如图4所示,上述各微型凸条13为由若干纵向排布于袋体内表面上的断续的微型凸条组构成,其中相邻的前后两微型凸条组之间形成上述的导气平面15。如图1、图4所示上述各微型凸条13为若干相互平行的平行于袋体竖侧边或与袋体竖向侧边成一角度排布的或两者交替排布的细密凸条。此时上述导气平面15为若干平行于袋体底边的非连续的通断面。上述两层袋面分别为由聚乙烯(PE)膜或高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)膜或者聚丙烯膜与尼龙膜通过胶水粘接复合成一体或共挤加工成一体。

Claims (5)

1.一种真空包装袋,包括上层袋面(12)和下层袋面(11),所述的两层袋面(12、11)的至少两侧边处粘接构成一可容置物品的袋体(1),其特征在于所述两层袋面(11、12)的至少一内表面上密集压制有大量通向袋体(1)开口处的微型凸条(13),其中所述的相邻两微型凸条(13)之间形成可供抽真空时的导气通道(14),且各导气通道(14)的纵向之间设有至少两排断续排布的、并可连通其左右两侧的导气通道(14)与前、后两段导气通道(14)的、由微型凸条的断开所形成的导气平面(15),且相邻的前后两导气平面(15)错开排布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的真空包装袋,其特征在于上述各微型凸条(13)为由若干纵向排布于袋体内表面上的断续的微型凸条组构成,其中相邻的前后两微型凸条组之间错位排布而形成上述的导气平面(15)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的真空包装袋,其特征在于上述各微型凸条(13)为若干相互平行的平行于袋体竖侧边或与袋体竖向侧边成一角度排布的或两者交替排布的细密凸条。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的真空包装袋,其特征在于上述导气平面(15)为若干平行于袋体底边的非连续的通断面。
5.根据权利要求1所述的真空包装袋,其特征在于上述两层袋面分别为由聚乙烯(PE)膜或高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)膜或者聚丙烯膜与尼龙膜通过胶水粘接复合成一体或共挤加工成一体。
