管状元件中的包装材料;利用粘接剂在纵向进行封合,可形成用于上述目的的包装袋。这种包装材料,业已提出。根据已知的实例,管状元件的壁面上至少有两个搭接的元件,这些元件由不同材料制作,外层或薄片由不透气的材料制成,内层或薄片由热塑性的可热封合的材料制成。将这两层材料紧密地搭接,至少内层有形成槽沟的凸起物或网状物,当袋子用于真空包装时,这些凸起物或网状物促使空气排出。因此,在元件的热封合内层有沟槽网状物。

一般情况下,在描述时,代号10指管状元件整体,它由一层或两层片材或带材构成,利用粘接剂沿一侧或两侧纵向封合,如11所示。在实施例中,管状元件包括两层片材或带材12、12′,沿两对边进行封合。然后将管状元件切割成所需长度,在使用时,装入被包装的物品,并抽成真空以后,在成形包装袋的一端与其对置的另一端,用粘接剂在横截面方向封合。
构成管状元件并同时形成成品袋的一片材或多片材由外层或薄片13组成,外层13用尼龙或聚酯材料制作,片材是气密性的也就是说是不能渗透气体而且是可热封合的,其材料如聚乙烯。将两层薄片13、14进行重叠并紧密连接。
按照本发明,沿片材固有长度延伸的线状元件15至少安排在片材12、12′之一的内表面,如附图中安排在12的内表面,更精确的说是安排在聚乙烯内层或薄片14的内层上。最好在两片材12、12′组装以前,为构成管状元件并随后形成包装袋,线状元件15至少安排在片材12上。线状元件15最好由与构成内层或薄片14相同的材料,如聚乙烯制作。线状元件以适宜的方式嵌入,以致其明显地设置在管状元件10并最终构成包装袋的内表面上。
