Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 1.交差織たて糸束又はよこ糸束(7、8)をたて糸構造体として製造し、結束 部(9)によって相互結合し、層(7、8)及び結束部が形成する空間に充填物 を充填した貼合せ用強化繊維構造体(1)を製造する方法において、それ自体が 公知な方法で2つの繊維層(7、8)を上下層として製織し、たて糸束(2)、 あるいはよこ糸束(3)を上記空間の大きさに応じて上下層において前後するよ うにし、充填物(4)として結束材に対して不浸透な材質を使用することを特徴 とする貼合せ用強化繊維構造体の製造方法。
- 2.充填物(4)としてフォームプラスチック(4′′)、特に独立気泡フォー ムプラスチックを使用することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。
- 3.充填物(4)として中空体(4′)を使用することを特徴とする請求の範囲 第1項に記載の方法。
- 4.充填物(4)の材料として木材を使用することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1 項に記載の方法。
- 5.充填物(4)の材料として金属を使用することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1 項に記載の方法。
- 6.コアに対して剛性を付与する結束材を結束部(9)の方向に設けて、ブラン クを形成し、この後コアを除去すること特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の方 法。
- 7.熱処理などの外的処理により発泡すある種のコンパクトな材料を充填物とし て使用することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。
- 8.2層以上の層構造体からなり、層(7、8)を結束部(9)によって結束し 、そして結束部が形成する空間部に充填物(4)を充填した、所望の形で貼合せ ることができる、強化繊維構造体(1)であって、充填物(4)が結束材に不浸 透性を示す強化繊維構造体。
- 9.充填物としてフォームプラスチック(4′′)を使用することを特徴とする 請求の範囲第8項に記載の強化繊維構造体。
- 10.充填物としてプラスチック、ゴム、木材、金属のいずれかを使用すること を特徴とする請求の範囲第8項に記載の強化繊維構造体。
- 11.相互に上下になっている繊維構造体の2つの層(7、8)製織して、たて 糸束(2)、あるいはよこ糸束(3)を上記空間の大きさに応じて上下層におい て前後するようにしたことを特徴とする請求の範囲第8、9、10項のいずれか 1項に記載の強化繊維構造体。
- 12.少なくともひとつ側に連続繊維層(5)を設けたことを特徴とする請求の 範囲第8〜11項のいずれか1項に記載の強化繊維構造体。
- 13.充填物の直径が5mm以上であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第8〜11 項のいずれか1項に記載の強化繊維構造体。
- 14.充填物が中空体(4′)であること特徴とする請求の範囲第1項第8〜1 1項のいずれか1項に記載の強化繊維構造体。
- 15.相互結合する層が結束点でひとつ以上の共通なたて糸/よこ糸をもつこと を特徴とする請求の範囲第11項に記載の強化繊維構造体。
