Description
Claims (16)
- 1.選択的な吸着材料、特に生物学的な高分子の吸着に適したものであって、ま ずリガンドをプリント分子に結合し、次いでこのプリント分子をリガンドの固定 化の後に除去することにより、予め決められた分子を選択的に吸着するように配 置されている固定化されたリガンドによって特徴づけられる選択的な吸着材料。
- 2.該リガンドが、重合によって固定化される重合可能なモノマーであることを 特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の吸着材料。
- 3.該リガンドが、リガンドと反応する表面結合基を有するマトリクッスに原子 価結合することによって固定化されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載 の吸着材料。
- 4.該リガンドが、重合化されるか又はマトリクッスに結合されるポリマーネッ トワークで固定化されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の吸着材料。
- 5.該マトリクッスが、シリカ、ガラス、生物学的ポリマー、合成ポリマー及び これらの混合物の中から選択されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第3項若しくは 第4項に記載の吸着材料。
- 6.該リガンドが、リガンド上の1以上の基、即ちイミダゾール−金属、イミノ 二酢酸−金属、カルボキシル、アミン、ボロネート、チオール及びアルデヒドを 介してプリント分子に結合されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から5項の 1以上に記載された吸着材料。
- 7.該リガンドが、リガンド上の基、即ちイミダゾール−金属及び/又はイミノ 二酢酸−金属を介してプリント分子に結合されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第 6項に記載の吸着材料。
- 8.選択的な吸着材料、特に生物学的な高分子の吸着に適したものを製造するた めの方法であって、少なくとも2つの離れた結合部位を有するプリント分子を、 対応する少なくとも2つの固定化されうるリガンドに結合し、その後該リガンド を固定化し、更に、プリント分子を除去することを特徴とする製造方法。
- 9.該リガンドが、重合化されうるモノマーであり、管理された重合によって固 定化されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第8項に記載の方法。
- 10.該リガンドの固定化が、このリガンドと反応する表面結合基を有するマト リクッスに原子価結合することによって起こることを特徴とする請求の範囲第8 項に記載の方法。
- 11.該マトリクッスが、前もって誘導することによって、該リガンドと反応し うる基を与えられることを特徴とする請求の範囲第10項に記載の方法。
- 12.該リガンドが、重合化されるか又はマトリクッスに結合されたポリマーネ ットワークで結合されることによって固定化されることを特徴とする請求の範囲 第8項に記載の方法。
- 13.該マトリクッスが、シリカ、ガラス、生物学的なポリマー、合成ポリマー 及びこれらの混合物の中から選択されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第10項か ら第12項の1以上に記載の方法。
- 14.該リガンドが、該リガンド上の1以上の基、即ちイミダゾール−金属、イ ミノ二酢酸−金属、カルボキシル、アミン、ボロネート、チオール及びアルデヒ ドを介してプリント分子に結合されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第8項から第 13項の1以上に記載の方法。
- 15.該リガンドが、該リガンド上の基、即ちイミダゾール−金属及び/又はイ ミノ二酢酸−金属を介してプリント分子に結合されることを特徴とする請求の範 囲第14項に記載の方法。
- 16.特に、生物学的な高分子の精製又は分析のための請求の範囲第1項から7 項の1以上に記載の選択的吸着材料の使用。
