Claims (10)
- 1.アリールアルカン酸のエステルのエナンチオマーの混合物から光学活性のア リールアルカン酸の一つのエナンチオマーを主として製造する方法であって、前 記エステルを、ラセミケトプロフェンエチルエステルから(S)−ケトプロフェ ンを95%超の純度で製造することができる特性を有する物質と接触させること を特徴とする方法。
- 2.アリールアルカン酸のエステルのエナンチオマーの混合物から光学活性のア リールアルカン酸の一つのエナンチオマーを主として製造する方法であって、前 記エステルを、アリールアルカン酸の第一および第二のエステルを、それらのエ ステルの逆のエナンチオマーに対する選択性をもって該酸に変換することができ る特性を有する物質と接触させることを特徴とする方法。
- 3.前記第一のエステルがケトプロフェンエチルエステルであり、前記物質が( S)−ケトプロフェンのエステルに対してエナンチオ選択性である請求の範囲第 2項記載の方法。
- 4.前記第一または第二のエステルがケトプロフェンメチルエステルであり、前 記物質が(R)−ケトプロフェンのエステルに対してエナンチオ選択性である請 求の範囲第2項または第3項記載の方法。
- 5.前記物質がTrichosporon属またはEndomyces属の微生 物である先行する請求の範囲のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 6.前記物質がTrichosporon ENZA I−3、IMI3489 17の特徴を有するものである先行する請求の範囲のいずれか1項に記載の方法 。
- 7.前記一つのエナンチオマーが(S)−ケトプロフェンである先行する請求の 範囲のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 8.pH4.5〜7.5で実施する先行する請求の範囲のいずれか1項に記載の 方法。
- 9.20〜30℃で実施する先行する請求の範囲のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 10.前記エステルがメチルエステルまたはエチルエステルである先行する請求 の範囲のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
