Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.自動車ギヤ装置のシフトレバーの錠止装置であって、手動で移動可能なロッ クピン(16)を有し、該ロックピン(16)が軸線(A−A)を中心として旋 回可能なシフトレバー(1)に対して横方向に延びるように配置されており、電 子回路装置と接続された電磁石を備えており、該電磁石がロックピン(16)を ロックしかつシフトレバーを錠止するように錠止部材を動かす形式のものにおい て、シフトレバー(1)に付着磁石(22)として構成された電磁石とロックプ レート(23)として構成された錠止部材とから成る電磁的なクラッチ(20) が配置されており、該クラッチ(20)に電流が流されると、ロックプレート( 23)がロックピン(16)をロックした状態でロックプレートが電磁的な付着 力(H)で付着磁石(22)に保持されることを特徴とする、自動車ギヤ装置の シフトレバーの錠止装置。 2.ロックプレート(23)が付着磁石(22)に隣り合って配置されている旋 回中心軸(K−K)の上に運動可能に配置されている、請求項1記載の錠止装置 。 3.ロックピン(16)が第1の楔面(18)を備えた一緒に移動可能な舌状板 (13)を介在させてロックプレート(23)の対応する第2の楔面(30)と 接触させることができるようになっており、前記楔面(18,30)が角度を成 して、保持力(H)と反対に向けられた解離力(L)を惹起するように配置され ている、請求項2記載の錠止装置。 4.前記旋回中心軸(K−K)が前記軸(A−A)に対して平行に配置されてい る、請求項3記載の錠止装置。 5.前記旋回中心軸(K−K)と前記軸(A−A)とが、ロックピン(16)の 運動方向(D)に対して平行に延びる平面(E−E)内に配置されている、請求 項2記載の錠止装置。 6.前記旋回中心軸(K−K)が前記軸(A−A)に対して直角に延びるように 配置されている、請求項3記載の錠止装置。 7.前記軸(A−A)が前記運動方向(D)に対して直角に延びるように配置さ れている、請求項6記載の錠止装置。 8.ロックピン(16)がキー(6)を用いて、車体に固定された滑子案内(4 5)の係止部として作用する凹部(46)内で手動で移動可能であり、前記凹部 (46)が平行な側面を有している、請求項4又は6記載の錠止装置。 9.キー(6)が作動されて第2の位置(S2)に押された場合に、舌状板(1 3)の舌部(17)が開かれたクラッチ(20)のロックプレート(23)と付 着磁石(22)との間に位置し、ロックピン(16)と案内滑子(45)との係 合が解除される、請求項8記載の錠止装置。 10.ロックピン(16)がキー(6)を用いて手動で移動可能であり、キー( 6)が作動されて第2の位置(S2)に押された場合に、第1の楔面(18)が 接触なしで第2の楔面(30)のすぐ隣りに配置され、ロックピン(16)が車 体に固定された滑子案内(45)の係止部として作用する凹部(46)の傾斜し た側面(50)に接触させられる、請求項4又は6記載の錠止装置。 11.シフトレバー(1)が軸(A−A)を中心として旋回した場合にロックピ ン(16)が前記側面(50)に沿って滑動して解離力(L)を惹起するように 前記側面(50)に接触する、請求項10記載の錠止装置。 12.クラッチ(20)が閉じられた場合に、ロックピン(16)が舌状板(1 3)に作用する圧縮ばね(52)により、車体に固足された滑子案内(45)の 係止部として役立つ凹部(46)内に保持される、請求項4又は6記載の錠止装 置。 13.シフトレバー(1)に導線(53)を介して回路装置(40)と接続され た、手動で作動されるスイッチ(51)が配置されており、該スイッチ(51) が作動された状態でクラッチ(20)への電流の供給が中断される、請求項12 記載の錠止装置。
