Claims (10)
- 1.式I ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼I [式中、各R1およびR2は独立に水素、アルキルまたは結合している炭素原子 と共にシクロアルキルであり、各R3およびR4は独立に水素、アルキルまたは 置換アルキルである]の化合物。
- 2.R1およびR2がメチルである請求項1に記載の化合物。
- 3.14−O−{[1−(2,2−ジメチル−5(R)−イソプロピル−イミダ ゾリジン−4−オン−3−イル)−2−メチループロパン−2−イル]チオアセ チル}ムチリンである請求項1に記載の化合物。
- 4.結晶の形態の請求項1に記載の式Iの化合物。
- 5.式II ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼II[式中、R3およびR4は請求項1の定 義どおりである]の化合物の高純度に精製された形態での製造における請求項1 に記載の式I化合物の使用。
- 6.高純度に精製された形態の式IIの化合物の請求項5に記載の製造方法であ って、酸もしくは溶媒またはその両方の存在下で、請求項1に記載の式Iの化合 物を加熱して、式IIの化合物をフリーの塩基または酸付加塩の形態で単離する ことからなる方法。
- 7.請求項1に記載の式Iの化合物の製造方法であって、請求項5に記載の式I Iの化合物を式III▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼III[式中、R3お よびR4は上記定義通りである]のカルボニル化合物と反応させ、式Iの化合物 をフリーの塩基または酸付加塩の形態で単離することからなる方法。
- 8.メタノール、エタノールおよびイソプロパノールまたはそれらの混合物から 選択される溶媒中で、反応を生起させる請求項7に記載の方法。
- 9.請求項5に記載の式IIの化合物のフリーの塩基または酸付加塩の形態での 製造方法において、請求項7に記載の式IIIの化合物と反応させることによっ て式IIの化合物を式Iの化合物に変換し、式Iの化合物を精製し、酸もしくは 溶媒またはその両方の存在下で加熱することによって、精製した式Iの化合物を 式IIの化合物に変換し、式IIの化合物をフリーの塩基または酸付加塩の形態 で単離することからなる改善された方法。
- 10.高純度に精製された形態の請求項5に記載の式IIの化合物。
