Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 節点要素と中空の形桁材とからなる自動車ボディの修理方法1.二つの節点要素 (3、4)の間の中空の形桁材(シル7)における損傷した桁部分(9)を切断 しかつ除去して、各節点要素(3、4)に各一つの桁端材(10、11)を残し 、かつこれら桁端材どうしの間に除去した支持部分(9)の長さで空間(14) を形成し、適切な分離切断部(12、13;24)を設けて、前記切断により形 成される空間(14)すなわち二つの分離切断部(12、13;24)が、接近 可能な側に向かって、特にボディ外側に向かって、中空の形桁材(7)の長さ方 向に関し円錐形に開くようにこの切断を行い、 外部輪郭が桁端材(10、11)の内部輪郭に対応するスリーブ片(15、16 )をこの桁端材(10、11)の中に挿入して、このスリーブ片の一方の部分を 各桁端材(10、11)の中に突出させるとともにその他方の部分を桁端材(1 0、11)から突出させ、空間(14)に相当する長さを有するとともに、両端 部(分離切断部18、19;25)が桁端材(10、11)の分離切断部(12 、13;24)と対をなすように構成された交換用桁部品(17)を準備し、 空間(14)の円錐形に開いた側から、場合によってはスリーブ片(15、16 )を傾倒させて、交換用桁部品(17)をこの空間(14)の中へ入れるととも に、スリーブ片(15、16)によって、交換用桁部品(17)と桁端材(10 、11)との間のギャップの領域で、一種の内部スリーブとして周回する裏あて をそれぞれ形成させ、 それぞれのギャップに沿って溶接シーム(20、21)を形成して、この溶接シ ームにより、桁端材(10、11)と、スリーブ片(15、16)と、交換用桁 部品(17)とを結合することを特徴とする節点要素と中空の形桁材とからなる 自動車ボディの修理方法。 2.中空の形桁材(シル7)が軽金属製の押出し成形部材であり、節点要素(3 ,4)が軽金属製の鋳物部品であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の節点要素 と中空の形桁材とからなる自動車ボディの修理方法。 3.中空の形桁材がボディの側方シル(7)であることを特徴とする請求項1ま たは2に記載の節点要素と中空の形桁材とからなる自動車ボディの修理方法。 4.交換用桁部品(17)の両端において、桁端材(10、11)に向かって、 桁部分の材料厚さにほぼ等しい幅の間隙を残すように、この交換用桁部品(17 )を切断することを特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の節点 要素と中空の形桁材とからなる自動車ボディの修理方法。 5.スリーブ片(15、16)が、桁端材の直径のほぼ3分の1から直径に相当 する範囲までの長さを有していることを特徴とする請求項1から4までのいずれ か1項に記載の節点要素と中空の形桁材とからなる自動車ボディの修理方法。 6.交換用桁部品(17)のための空間(14)の円錐形開口部を、それぞれ、 桁部材の長さ方向に対し斜め方向の分離切断部(12、13)によって作製する ことを特徴とする請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の節点要素と中空の 形桁材とからなる自動車ボディの修理方法。 7.分離切断部(12、13)を30°から50°までの角度で傾斜させること を特徴とする請求項6に記載の節点要素と中空の形桁材とからなる自動車ボディ の修理方法。 8.交換用桁部品(17)のための空間(14)の円錐形開口部を、それぞれ、 階段状または鋸歯状の分離切断部(24)によって作製することを特徴とする請 求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の節点要素と中空の形桁材とからなる自 動車ボディの修理方法。
