Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 発明の名称 螺旋状に巻いた熱可塑性パイプの接合方法発明の背景 本発明は、中空プロフィルの螺旋状に巻かれた熱可塑性パイプの接合方法に関す る。
従来の方法によれば、この形式の螺旋状に巻かれたパイプの接合は、パイプの外 面と内面とからの押出溶着によって通常行っていた。このパイプは、しばしば直 径が非常に大きく、例えば2m以上となるので、この公知の技術は、大きな技術 上の問題を惹起させると共に、多くの時間を必要とする。従来の手法によったの 〒は、満足な最終的な結果に到達することは、非常に困難であった。
発明の開示 本発明の目的は、これらの問題を解消することに存する。この目的は、吹の各工 程を特徴とする方法によって達せられる。
一螺旋状に巻回された熱可塑性パイプの端面を平滑な段形の表面となるように加 工する、 一端面の間に平滑な段形の間隙が形成されるように、2つの熱可塑性パイプの端 面同士突合せて配置する、−この間隙上に、ステンレス鋼製の帯材を適用し、こ の鋼製の帯材を約100℃に加熱する、一回転式押出ヘッド及びこれと共働する 冷却されるスライド・平滑化部材を備えた押出機を、接合しようとするパイプの 内面に適用する、 一端面を加熱する、 −2つの端面の間の間隙に、溶融した熱可塑性プラスチックの溶着シームを押出 す、 一鋼製の帯材の加熱を停止し、冷却後に鋼製の帯材を接合個所から除去する。
本発明のその他の特徴は、請求の範囲第2〜7項から明らかとされよう。
吹に添付図面を参照して、本発明を一層詳細に説明する。
図面の簡単な説明 添付図面において、 図1は、本発明による2つの螺旋状に巻かれたパイプの接合を、径方向に外方か ら見て示す。
図2は、図1の接合を軸方向に見て示す。
好適な実施の態様 本発明によれば、中空プロフィルからできている、螺旋状に巻かれた熱可塑性パ イプ1.2の接合は、吹のようにして行われる。接合されるべき2つの熱可塑性 パイプl、2は、対応する中空プロフィルの先端開口が閉ざされ、2つの平滑で 互いに嵌まり合う段形の端面3.4が得られるように加工され、次に、2つのバ イブは、端面同士突合わされ、2つの端面3.4の間に、一様な広さの段形の間 隙が形成されるように置かれる。間隙の幅は、螺旋状に巻かれたバイブ1.2か ら成る中空プロフィルの径方向の寸法に従って適合させる。間隙の幅は、最も普 通のバイブの寸法に関連して、10〜40mmの範囲内において変化する。ステ ンレス鋼の帯材5は、2つの熱可塑性バイブ1.2の間の間隙上に適用され、約 100℃に加熱される。
調性の帯材5は、溶融した熱可塑性材料がそれに付着することを避けるために、 テフロン被覆することが望ましい。回転式の押出ヘッド7と、このヘッドと共働 する、冷却されるスライド・平滑化部材8とを備えた押出116を、接合しよう とするバイブ1.2の内側に適用する。例えば温風ブロワ12からの温風によっ て、端面3.4を加熱する。溶融した熱可塑性プラスチックス9の溶着シームを 、2つの端面3.4の間の間隙に押出すことによって、スライド・平滑化部材8 によって、間隙部分が溶融した熱可塑性プラスチックス9で満たされると共に、 溶融圧力が得られる。このようにして、平滑な内面をもった溶着シームが形成さ れる。
全体の間隙部分の押出が終了した後、鋼製の帯材5の加熱を停止し、押出された 熱可塑性シームを冷却させ、その後、接合個所から鋼製帯材5を除去する。はと んど肉眼では見えない非常に平滑なシームがこの時に銭察される。
好ましい実施態様によれば、鋼製の帯材5の加熱は、好ましくは短絡によって、 電気的に生起させる。
鋼製の帯材5の温度を所望のレベルにセットするために、帯材5への給電を調節 するための制御回路に接続された温度センサを、鋼製の帯材5に配設することが 望ましい。
鋼製の帯材5を適用した後に、接合個所に絶縁層とフェルト布10とを好ましく は形成する。このフェルト布に次にゴム製スリーブ11を巻回することによって 、加熱サイクルに有害な影響を及ぼすことのある水分は湿気が鋼製の帯材5に接 触しないようにする。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 1.中空プロフィルの螺旋状に卷かれた熱可塑性バイブ(1、2)を接合する接 合方法において、−螺旋状に卷回された熱可塑性バイブ(1、2)の端面(3、 4)を平滑な段形の表面となるように加工する、 −端面(3、4)の間に平滑な段形の間隙が形成されるように、2つの熱可塑性 バイブ(1、2)の端面同士突合せて配置する、 −この間隙上に、ステンレス鋼製の帯材(5)を適用し、鋼製の帯材(5)を約 100℃に加熱する、−回転式押出ヘッド及びこれと共働する冷却されるスライ ド・平滑化部材(8)を備えた押出機(6)を、接合しようとするバイブ(1、 2)の内面に適用する、−端面(3、4)を加熱する、 −2つの端面(3、4)の間の間隙に、溶融した熱可塑性プラスチックス(9) の溶着シームを押出す、−鋼製の帯材(5)の加熱を停止し、冷却後鋼製の帯材 (5)を接合個所から除去する、 各工程を含むことを特徴とする接合方法。 2.鋼製の帯材(5)を短絡通電によって加熱することを特徴とする請求の範囲 第1項記載の接合方法。 3.鋼製の帯材(5)に温度センサを取付け、この温度センサが制御回路と共働 して、鋼製の帯材の温度を所望のレベルに保つことを特徴とする請求の範囲第2 項記載の接合方法。 4.2つのバイブ(1、2)の端面(3、4)の間に約10〜20mmの幅の間 隙を残すことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1〜3項のいずれか一に記載の接合方法 。 5.鋼製の帯材(5)にテフロンを被覆することを特徴とする請求の範囲第4項 記載の接合方法。 6.フエルト布(10)及びこのフエルト布(10)を囲むゴム製スリーブ(1 1)を鋼製の帯材に外面から被覆することを特徴とする請求の範囲第5項記載の 接合方法。 7.溶着シームの押出を開始する前に温風ブロワ(12)からの温風によって端 面(3、4)を加熱することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1〜6項のいずれか一に 記載の接合方法。
