Изобретение бтнбситс  к области производства труб из термопластичного материала, S частности, с использованием контактной стыжовой сварки.
Известен -способ контактной стыковой сваржи труб нз термопластичного материала, при жотором трубы нагревают до пластического (СОСТОЯНИЯ 1. Недостатком этого способа  вл етс  отсутствие операции сдавливани , что отрицательно сказываетс  на качестве свариого соединени .
Известен способ контактной стыковой сварки труб из термопластичного материала, при котором трубы нагревают, сдавливают с образованием валика оплавленного материала и охлаждают 2. При этом возможно образо;вание микротрещин на поверхности сварного 1соединени .
Целью изобретени   вл етс  повышение качества сварного соединени .
Согласно изобретению после сдавливани  производ т дополнительный нагрев зоны сварного соединени  до в зко-текучего состо ни  и последующее ее обжатие.
Предлагаемый способ позвол ет устранить образовавщиес  на поверхности сварного соединени  микротрещины.
Способ согласно изобретению заключаетс  следующем: свариваемые трубы из термопластичного материала нагревают до температуры сварки, сдавливают, после чего производ т дополнительный поверхностный нагрев зоны сварного соединени  до в зко-текучего состо ни  и обжимают эту зону с последующим охлаждением известным способом.
Пример. Торцы полипропиленовых труб диаметром 75 мм и толщиной стенки 4 мм
привод т в контакт с поверхностью работающего электронагревател , имеющего температуру 240 ±10° С, и оплавл ют на глубину 2 мм в течение 30-40 с. После удалени  нагревател  торцы быстро, в течение не билее 1 с, сближают и сдавливают с усилием 1,5 кг/см. Затем место сварного соединени  обматывают тонкой пленкой (толщина 50 мкм) фторопласта-4 с нат гом пор дка 1-2 кгс дл  обеспечени  эффекта обжати . С помощью струи гор чего воздуха (или другого источника тепла) производ т дополнительный поверхностный нагрев материала до оплавлени  на глубину 300-500 мкм. Пленка фторопласта-4 , сокраща сь в размерах, производит
уплотнение и обжатие поверхностного сло . Дл  удобства в варианте способа производ т удаление грата перед проведением дополнительного нагрева. Нагрев при необходимости можно провести и на больщую глубину. Охлаждение осуществл ют обычным способом.
