Claims (24)
- 1.一つの巻線(24)を作り、そして、その巻線を少なくとも一つの電子回路 (20、20A、...)に固定する方法であって、特に、次のステップ:−少 なくとも二つ以上の接近可能な金属導通部(21、22、21A、22B、.. .)を有する電子回路を、少なくとも一つ保持工具(1)の上に置き、 −1本の巻線ワイヤ(25)を、前記工具の一面に配置されたガイド手段の一側 面(13;17)の上、ついで前記一つまたは複数の電子回路の第1金属導通部 (21、21A、...)の上に導き、−その巻線ワイヤで巻線を施し、 −その巻線ワイヤを、前記一つまたは複数の電子回路の第2金属導通部(22、 22A、...)の上、ついで前記ガイド手段の他方の側面(14;17)を経 て取り出し、 −それぞれの金属導通部の真に位置するそれぞれのワイヤ部分をそれぞれに対応 する金属導通部にはんだ付けし、 −工具を開き、前記一つまたは複数の電子回路の金属導通部に2本の巻線ワイヤ 端がはんだ付けされることによってのみ相互間の接続および巻線部との接続が行 われた前記一つまたは複数の電子回路からなる部品を取り出すを含むことを特徴 とする方法。
- 2.巻線がフライヤーの助けを借りて行われることを特徴とする請求項1記載の 方法。
- 3.巻線が、一つまたは複数の電子回路と独立して工具に保持された一つの巻心 (23;26)の回りで行われることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の方法 。
- 4.巻線が、工具に固定された疑似芯(16C)の回りで行われることを特徴と する請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 5.金属導通部が巻線の軸と平行な面に配置されたとき、はんだ付けジョイント が行われることを特徴とする請求項3または4記載の方法。
- 6.部品の取り出しが、巻線部または巻心をつかむことによって行われることを 特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。
- 7.部品の取り出しが、少なくとも一つの電子回路をつかむことによって行われ ことを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。
- 8.一つまたは複数の電子回路を巻線が施される巻心または疑似芯と独立して保 持できるように、少なくとも二つのノーズ(10、11)を有することを特徴と する請求項1〜7のいずれかの項記載の方法を実施するための保持工具。
- 9.ワイヤを一つの電子回覧の第1金属導通部の上に導き、巻線を行った後、ワ イヤを当該電子回路の第2金属導通部の上に導くために、工具の第1ノーズの後 部に配置した第1ポイント(13)および工具の第2ノーズの後部に配置した第 2ポイント(14)を含むガイド手段を有することを特徴とする請求項8記載の 保持工具。
- 10.ワイヤを一つまたはそれ以上の電子回路の一つまたはそれ以上の第1金属 導通部の上に導き、巻線を行った後、ワイヤを当該一つまたはそれ以上の電子回 路の一つまたはそれ以上の第2金属導通部の上に導くために、工具の一つのノー ズの後部に配置したただ一つのポイント(17)含むガイド手段を有することを 特徴とする請求項8記載の保持工具。
- 11.さらに、巻線部の入口および出口に配置された別のガイド手段(19、2 6A)を有することを特徴とする請求項9または10記載の保持工具。
- 12.一つまたは複数の電子回路と巻線が、一つまたは複数の電子回路の金属導 通部に巻線終端部をはんだ付けすることによってのみ接続されていることを特徴 とする請求項1〜7のいずれかの項記載の方法によって製造される部品。
- 13.その後、1本のガラスチューブ(30)に入れられ、そこでシールされる ことを特徴とする請求項12記載の部品。
- 14.その後、固定用被覆材(34)で部分的あるいは全面的に被覆されること を特徴とする請求項12記載の部品。
- 15.その後、固い支持材(33)の上に固定されることを特徴とする請求項1 2記載の部品。
- 16.その後、エンベロープを作るための合成材料でできた少なくとも1枚の薄 いシートの二つの部分(35A、35B)の間に置かれ、引き続き、そのシート の当該部分の自由端(36)同士がシールされることを特徴とする請求項12記 載の部品。
- 17.複数の部品を隣りあわせにならべ、その個々の部品の間にフリースペース が存在し、1枚の薄い合成材料でできた二つの平行帯部(35A、35B)の間 には、エンベロープを形成するために、個々の部品を取り囲むように、その二つ の帯部のシーリング(36)が施されていることを特徴とする請求項12記載の 部品。
- 18.フリースペースに施された二つの連続したシーリングの間の線に沿って帯 部を切り離すことによって個々の部品が切り離されることを特徴とする請求項1 7記載の部品。
- 19.エンベロープが、そのエンベロープのシールされた部分の外側に設けられ た固定手段(37)を有することを特徴とする請求項17または18記載の部品 。
- 20.一つまたは複数の電子回路が、巻線部の平面に押し込まれていることを特 徴とする請求項12記載の部品。
- 21.一つまたは複数の電子回路が、巻線部の中にあるスペースに押し込まれて いることを特徴とする請求項12または20記載の部品。
- 22.一緒に合わせられる2枚の合成材料シートの間に差し込まれることを特徴 とする請求項20または21記載の部品。
- 23.一つまたは複数の電子回路が、巻心(26)のフランジに押しつけられる ことを特徴とする請求項12記載の部品。
- 24.一つまたは複数の電子回路が、巻心のフランジに糊付けされることを特徴 とする請求項23記載の部品。
