Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 1.(a)Rが脂肪族あるいは芳香族基を示すものとして、R−NH2の式で表 される第一アミンと、酸化プロピレンの含有量が圧倒的に多い少なくともひとつ の酸化アルキレンとの反応から得られるアミン−ジオールと、(b)該アミン− ジオールのヒドロキシル基に作用を及ぼすことができる、少なくともひとつの多 機能性物質 との反応から得られる生成物を含む電気溶着可能カチオン塗料組成物。
- 2.アミンR−NH2のR基が1−20の炭素原子を含んでいる、特許請求の範 囲第1項の組成物。
- 3.R基が直鎖、あるいは分岐鎖を有するアルキル、あるいはアラルキル基であ る、特許請求の範囲第1および2項のいずれかひとつの組成物。
- 4.R基が1−12の炭素原子を含んでいる、特許請求の範囲第1から3項のい ずれかひとつの組成物。
- 5.R基がメチル、ブチル、あるいはラウリル基から選ばれる、特許請求の範囲 第1から4項までのいずれかひとつの組成物。
- 6.R基が芳香族的な性質を有しており、6−18の炭素原子、好ましくは6− 12の炭素原子を含む、特許請求の範囲第1から4項までのいずれかひとつの組 成物。
- 7.Rがフェニル基である、特許請求の範囲第6項の組成物。
- 8.酸化プロピレンが酸化アルキレン混合物との対比で、重量ベースで50%以 上、好ましくは80%以上の割合で存在している特許請求の範囲第1から7項ま でのいずれかひとつの組成物。
- 9.アミノ−ジオール(a)が800ら1500程度の範囲の分子量、好ましく は、1000−1200の範囲の、特許請求の範囲第1から8項までのいずれか ひとつの組成物。
- 10.該多機能性物質(b)がイソシアネート、酸、酸無水物から選択される、 特許請求の範囲第1から9項までの組成物。
- 11.イソシアネートがトルエン・ジイソシアネート、イソフォロン・ジイソシ アネート、ヘキサメチレン・ジイソシアネート、およびテトラメチルフェニル・ イソシアネートなどのジイソシアネート類から選択される、特許請求の範囲第1 0項の組成物。
- 12.二酸あるいは二酸無水物が脂肪およびマレイン酸、あるいは酸無水物であ る、特許請求の範囲第10項の組成物。
- 13.アミノ−ジオールと多機能性物質(b)の反応において、アミノ−ジオー ル(a)の水酸基の物質(b)のイソシアネート基に対するモル当量での比率O H/HCOが2.1から4/3程度の範囲にある、特許請求の範囲第1から11 項のいずれかひとつの組成物。
- 14.比率OH/NCOが3/2程度である、特許請求の範囲第13項の組成物 。
- 15.アミノ−ジオール(a)と多機能性(b)との反応において、モル当量で 表したアミノ−ジオール(a)の水酸基の、物質(b)の酸または無水基の比率 OH/CO2Hが2/1−4/3程度、そして好ましくは3/2程度である、特 許請求の範囲第1から10項および12項のいずれかひとつの組成物。
- 16.水での希釈されやすくするためのミリング樹脂も含んでいる、特許請求の 範囲第1から15項のいずれかひとつの組成物。
