Abstract
본 발명은 (a)일반식R-NH2의 1급아민(여기서, R은 지방족 또는 방향족 라디칼을 나타낸다)을 주로 프로필렌 옥사이드를 포함하는 하나 이사의 알킬렌 옥사이드와 반응시켜 수득한 아민-디올과 (b)이러한 아민-디올의 하이드록실 그룹에 대해 작용할수 있는 하나 이상의 다관능성 물질과의 반응으로부터 수득한 생성물에 관한 것이다.
당해 생성물은 금속 기질에의 도포후, 핀홀과 크레이터 형성에 대한 내성이 개선된 피복물 또는 필름을 제조하기 위하여 전착 도료 조성물에 첨가제로서 사용할수 있다.

Claims (17)
- (a)일반식R-NH2의 1급아민(여기서, R은 지방족 또는 방향족 라디칼을 나타낸다)을 주로 프로필렌 옥사이드를 포함하는 하나 이상의 알킬렌 옥사이드와 반응사켜 수득한 아민-디올과 (b)이러한 아민-디올의 하이드록실 그룹에 대해 작용할수 있는 하나이상의 다관능성 물질과의 반응으로부터 수득한 생성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아민 R-NH2의R그룹이 탄소원자를 1개 내지 20개 함유하는 생성물.
- 제1항또는 제2항에 있어서, R그룹이 직쇄 또는 측쇄를 갖는 알킬 또는 아르알킬 그룹임을 특징으로 하는 생성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, R그룹의 탄소수가 1내지 12임을 특징으로 하는 생성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, R그룹이 메틸, 부틸 및 라우틸 라디칼 중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 생성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, R그룹이 탄소수 6 내지 18, 바람직하게는 6 내지 12의 방향족 라디칼임을 특징으로 하는 생성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, R이 페닐 그룹임을 특징으로 하는 생성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 프로필렌 옥사이드가 알킬렌 옥사이드의 혼합물에 대해 50중량%이상, 바람직하게는 80중량%이상의 양으로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 생성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아민-디올(a)의 분자량이 대락 800 내지 1,500, 바람직하게는 1,000 내지 1,200임을 특징으로 하는 생성물.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다관능성물질(b)이 이소시아네이트, 산 및 산 무수물 중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 생성물.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트가 다이소시아네이트, 예를들면, 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트, 이소포론디이소시아네이트, 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트 및 테트라메틸페닐 이소시아네이트 중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 생성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 이산 또는 이산 무수물이 프탈산 또는 이의 무수물 및 말레산 또는 이의 무수물임을 특징으로 하는 생성물.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아민-디올(a)과 다관능성 무질(b)과의 반응의 경우,물질(b)의 이소시아네이트 그룹에 대한 아민-디올(a)의 하이드록실 그룹의 OH/NCO를 비가 대략 2/1내지4/3의 범위임을 특징으로하는 생성물.
- 제13항에 있어서, OH/NCO 몰 비가 대략3/2인 생성물.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 및 제12항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아민-디올(a)과 다관능성 물질(b)과의 반응의경우 물질(b)의 사 또는 무수물 그룹에 대한 아민-디올(a)의 하이드록실 그룹의 OH/CH2H몰 비가 대략 2/1내지 4/3의 범위, 바람직하게는 대략 3/2임을 특징으로 하는 생성물.
- 제1항 내지 제15항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 생성물을 함유하는 전착가능한 양이온성 도료 조성물.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 수중 희석을 촉진 시키기 위한 분쇄용 수지를 추가로 함유하는 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
