【考案の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕 この考案は、家屋等建築物の屋根パネルの防水接続構造
に関する。 〔従来の技術〕 通常、家屋の屋根は第５図および第６図に示すように、
野地板Ａの上にルーフィングシートＢを敷いて防水し、
その上に屋根材Ｃ…を葺くが、野地板Ａ、Ａ同士の継ぎ
目に生じる隙間対策として、それぞれの野地板Ａ、Ａに
敷いたルーフィングシートＢ、Ｂを隙間Ｄの部分で重ね
合わせ、その上から防水テープＥを貼りつけるようにし
ており、そのため個々の野地板Ａ…には工場出荷段階で
ルーフィングシートＢを上記オーバーラップ用として野
地板Ａの端から一部延出させて貼りつけていた。 〔従来技術の問題点〕 しかるにルーフィングシートＢ…は、野地板Ａ…の輸送
中あるいは取付け中に延出している部分が他物によって
破れやすく、また一旦裂け目Ｆが入れば簡単に拡大する
ので、この裂け目Ｆが第５図のように野地板Ａの上面ま
で至ると、もはや防水テープＥによる押さえでは対処で
きず、屋根の防水性が低下する問題があった。 〔考案が解決しようとする課題〕 この考案は上記問題点に鑑み、破れやすいルーフィング
シートを用いずに簡単に屋根野地面の防水処理ができる
屋根パネルの接続構造の提供を目的としてなされたもの
である。 〔課題を解決するに至った技術〕 この考案の屋根パネルの防水接続構造は、屋根野地面と
なるパネル上面とこれに連続するパネル端面にかけ、連
続した防水塗膜が形成された屋根パネルが、その端面の
防水塗膜を対面させて接続配置され、接続された屋根パ
ネル表面にかけて防水テープが貼着されてなることを特
徴とするものである。 〔実施例〕 以下、この考案の一実施例を図面を用いて説明する。 第１図はこの考案の実施例に使用される屋根パネル１の
断面図を示し、使用される屋根パネル１は工場における
生産段階でそのパネル上面１ａに防水塗膜２がパネル端
縁小口面１ｂに至るまで連続して設けられている。 この防水塗膜２の厚みは、パネル上面１ａから小口面１
ｂにかけてのパネル角部１ｃで、第４図のように塗膜２
が鋭角なエッヂを覆ってなだらかな曲面３を形成するよ
う厚さ0.1mm〜1.0mmとされている。 そして、上記屋根パネル１、１はパネル端縁１ｂ同士を
対面させて接合され、継ぎ目では第２図〜第４図のよう
に隣接する屋根パネル１、１にわたり防水テープ４が貼
着され隙間５の防水処理が施される。 そして、最終的にその上に屋根材６…を葺いていく。
【作用】
この考案の屋根パネルの接続構造において、使用される
屋根パネル１はその表面に防水塗膜が設けられているの
でルーフィングシートの使用は省略される。また、屋根
パネル１、１の接合部分の隙間５において屋根パネル１
の角部１ｃは防水塗膜２により曲面３を呈しているの
で、防水テープ４が鋭利な角により切断されることもな
い。 〔効果〕 以上説明したように、この考案の屋根パネルの接続構造
によれば、従来のようなルーフィングシートの破れによ
る防水性の低下がなく、また防水テープを貼るだけの簡
単な施工で屋根野地面を形成できる利点がある。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図はこの考案の実施例に使用される屋根パネルの断
面図、第２図は屋根を葺く手順を示す平面図、第３図は
第２図の断面図、第４図は第３図の要部拡大図、第５図
は従来構造の平面図、第６図は第５図の断面図である。

  1. 【請求項１】屋根野地面となるパネル上面とこれに連続
    するパネル端面にかけ、連続した防水塗膜が形成された
    屋根パネルが、その端面の防水塗膜を対面させて接続配
    置され、接続された屋根パネル表面にかけて防水テープ
    が貼着されてなることを特徴とする屋根パネルの防水接
    続構造。
