Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 本考案は電動機の固定子装置に関するもので
あり、固定子の固定作業を簡略化し、製品の製造原価を
低減することを目的としたものである。 【構成】 ハウジング２の突起部２ｃと鉄心１ｂに溝２
ｄ，１ｅを設けて円柱状間隙３を形成し、該円柱状間隙
３に固定部材４を挿入し、該固定部材の爪部４ａを突起
部２ｃに係止させることによって、固定子１とハウジン
グ２を固定部材４で固定するようにした。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は電動工具等に用いられる電動機の固定子固定装置に関するものである 。

【従来の技術】
従来電動機の固定子を電動機収納部に固定するために固定子の軸方向に直角な 端面の外縁部に当接させた固定部材を用いる方法としては、例えば実開平１−１ ５０４４６号公報に記載されているように固定部材をネジを用いて電動機収納部 に固定する方法が知られていた。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
上記したような従来技術では、固定子の固定に固定部材とネジといった二つの 部品を用いるために作業が繁雑になり、製品の製造原価が高くなるという問題が あった。 本考案の目的は固定子の固定を単独の固定部材で行うようにする事で、作業の 簡略化を図り製品の製造原価を低減する事にある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的は固定部材が単独で電動機収納部内に係止されるような係止部を、固 定部材及び電動機収納部内に設ける事によって達成される。

【作用】
上記のように構成された電動機の固定子固定装置は、固定子の外周部と電動機 収納部の内周部に配設された間隙装置部によって形成される間隙に固定部材を挿 通すると、一端が固定子の軸方向に直角な方向の端面に当接し、他端に設けられ た係止部が電動機収納部内に設けられた係止部に係止される事によって達成され る。

【実施例】
図１〜図４に本考案の一実施例を示す。図１〜図３に示すように、絶縁紙１ａ を介して鉄心１ｂにコイル１ｃが装着された固定子１は、その外周面をハウジン グ２内周面に突設されたリブ２ａに圧接される事によって半径方向の位置決めを され、軸方向に直角な方向の端面１ｄの外縁部をハウジング２内に突設された座 ２ｂに当接させる事によって軸方向の位置決めをされてハウジング２内に収納さ れている。
【０００７】 この時図３に示すように、固定子１の外周面に軸方向に沿って設けられた溝１ ｅと、これと対向するハウジング２の内周面に突設された突起部２ｃに設けられ た溝２ｄは、円柱状間隙３を形成している。 該円柱状間隙３に図３の手前側から図４に示す固定部材４をその係止爪４ａを 先にして突起部２ｃ側に向けて挿入すると、係止爪４ａが溝２ｄに沿って進み、 バネ性を持った脚部４ｂは、係止爪４ａの動きによって変形した状態となる。更 に挿入を進めて、円柱状間隙３の横断面積よりもわずかに大きい横断面積を持つ 軸部４ｃを抗力に反して円柱状間隙３に圧入すると、固定部材４の端面４ｄが固 定子１の端面１ｄとは反対側の端面１ｆの外縁部に当接すると同時に係止爪４ａ が円柱状間隙３を抜け出して、脚部４ｂが変形状態から解放され係止爪４ａが突 起部２ｃに係止される。
【０００８】 これの結果固定子１は、外周面に圧接されたリブ２ａによってその半径方向の 動きを止められている上に、座２ｂと端面４ｄで狭持される事によってその軸方 向の動きを、溝１ｅと溝２ｄ、軸部４ｃによって周方向の動きを止められる事と なり、ハウジング２への固定が行われる。

【考案の効果】
本考案によれば固定部材及び電動機収納部内に夫々係止部を設けたので、１個 の固定部材で固定子を電動機収納部内に固定する事ができ、作業の簡略化により 製品の製造原価を低減する事ができる。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 【請求項１】 ハウジングに設けられた複数のリブによ
    って固定子鉄心の半径方向の位置決めを行うようにした
    電動機において、固定子鉄心の外周及び該外周に対向し
    て設けられたハウジングの突起部の夫々に溝を設けて円
    柱状間隙を形成し、該円柱状間隙にその先端が弾性変形
    可能な固定部材を挿入し、該固定部材によって固定子鉄
    心をハウジングに固定するようにしたことを特徴とする
    電動機の固定子固定装置。
