(57)【要約】 【目的】 体液処理用品の透液性表面シートにおいて所
定方向へ体液を流す。 【構成】 熱可塑性合成樹脂からなる透液性表面シート
１を第１方向リブ２と、これと交差する第２方向リブ３
とからなるリブ構造によって構成する。第２方向リブ３
の頂部７は第１方向リブ２の側部６に接続し、隣接する
第１方向リブ２が体液を所定方向に流すための溝１０を
形成している。

【考案の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】
この考案は、使い捨ておむつ、生理用ナプキン等の体液処理用品に使用する熱 可塑性合成樹脂からなる透液性表面シートに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、体液処理用品の吸収体を被覆する透液性表面シートには不織布や熱可塑 性合成樹脂からなる開孔シート等が使用されている。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
体液処理用品の体液吸収は速やかであることが望ましく、そのためには体液を 吸収体表面全体に速やかに行き渡らせるべく表面シートにおいて体液の流れに方 向性を持たせたり、拡散性を持たせてその拡散を所定方向に規制することが有効 である。ところで、表面シートが不織布であると構成繊維と体液との間に生じる 毛管作用によって体液の拡散を期待できるが、一般に表面シートに使用する不織 布は柔軟な肌触りを得るために密度をあまり高くすることができず、従って速や かな拡散性を得ること、および拡散の方向を規制することが難しい。開孔シート の場合には、体液がシート面上を流れることがあっても、その流れ方向を規制す ることができない。
【０００４】 そこでこの考案は、熱可塑性合成樹脂からなる透液性表面シートにおいて、リ ブ構造を設けることにより、体液の流れを所定方向に規制することが可能な表面 シートを得ることを課題にしている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この考案が前記課題を解決するために要旨とするところは以下のとおりである 。
【０００６】 この考案は、熱可塑性合成樹脂からなる体液処理用品の透液性表面シートを対 象にしている。
【０００７】 かかる表面シートにおいて、第１方向に沿う頂部と該頂部両側が下方向に曲が ることによって形成された第１方向に沿う側部とを有する複数条の第１方向リブ と、第２方向に沿う頂部を有する複数条の第２方向リブとが交差している。互い に隣接する２条の第１方向リブと、これら２条の第１方向リブと交差し互いに隣 接する２条の第２方向リブとが透液性の開孔を画成している。また、第１方向リ ブと第２方向リブとの交差において、第２方向リブの頂部が第１方向リブの側部 に接続してリブ構造を形成している。表面シートがかかるリブ構造を有している ことがこの考案の特徴である。

【作用】
この構造の表面シートでは、複数条の第１方向リブが第１方向に沿って並行し 、そのリブ間隔が第２方向リブにより保たれる。第２方向リブの頂部は第１方向 リブの側部に接続することにより、互いに隣接する第１方向リブは第１方向に沿 って延在し、底部に第２方向リブと開孔とを有する溝を形成することができる。 体液は、この溝の中を特に第１方向に向かって流れ易く、第１方向に交差する方 向への流れが抑制される。

【実施例】
この考案の詳細を添付の図に基づいて説明すると以下のとおりである。
【００１０】 図１は、この考案に係る表面シート１の表面形状を示す斜視図である。表面シ ート１は、複数条の第１方向リブ２と、このリブ２と交差する複数条の第２方向 リブ３とからなり、互いに隣接する２条の第１方向リブ２と、これらリブ２と交 差し互いに隣接する２条の第２方向リブ３とは透液性の開孔４を画成している。 第１方向リブ２はその長手方向である第１方向に沿う頂部５と、頂部５の両側が 下方向に曲がって形成された側部６および下縁６Ａを有している。第２方向リブ ３は、その長手方向が第２方向であって、平坦なシート状で、その表面が頂部７ である。第２方向リブ３は、第１方向リブ２との交差部位において第１方向リブ ２の側部６に下縁６Ａまたはその近傍で接続している。この接続により、隣接し て並行する第１方向リブ２が所定間隔を保ち、第１方向に沿って延在する溝１０ を形成している。溝１０の底部は第２方向リブ３と開孔４とで構成されており、 この開孔４は透液性である。

【００１２】 図３は、図１と同様の斜視図であるが、この場合には第２方向リブ３の頂部７ が隣接する第１方向リブ２の一方とはその下縁６Ａ近傍において接続し、他方の 第１方向リブ２とはその側部６の上方において接続している。この場合にはも溝 １０が形成される。
【００１３】 図４は、この考案のさらに他の実施態様を示す図１と同様の斜視図である。第 ２方向リブ３は、第１方向リブ２よりも幅が狭く、高さも低くしてあるが、第１ 方向リブ２と同様に頂部７とその両側に側部８とを有する。頂部７は第１方向リ ブ２の側部６に接続している。このように第２方向リブ３の頂部７は、第１方向 リブ２の頂部５よりも上に出ることがなく、隣接する第１方向リブ２により第１ 方向に沿って延在する溝１０が形成されている。
【００１４】 表面シート１において、溝１０の幅は隣接する第１方向リブ２の下縁６Ａ間で ０．１〜３ｍｍ、第１、２方向リブ２，３の幅は０．３〜３ｍｍ、第１方向リブ ２の高さは０．２〜３ｍｍで第２方向リブ３の高さは第１方向リブ２よりも低く し、開孔４は０．１〜９ｍｍ2の範囲にあることが好ましい。第１方向リブ２の 厚みは０．０２〜０．２ｍｍ、第２方向リブ３の厚みは第１方向リブ２と同じか それよりも薄くしてある。この表面シート１は、例えばポリエチレンシート等の 熱可塑性合成樹脂シートを熱成形することによって得ることができる。表面シー トが疎水性であれば、シート１表面に親水化処理を適宜施して体液による濡れ易 さを調整することができ、そうしたものでは溝１０の側壁と体液との間の毛管作 用により、体液が第１方向に速やかに広がる効果が得られる。
【００１５】 図５は表面シート１を使用した生理用ナプキン２０の斜視図である。生理用ナ プキン２０は、縦長に作られており、表面シート１は第１方向リブ２の頂部５が 肌当接側となるようにし、かつ、溝１０を縦方向に一致させて使用してあるから 、表面シート１上の体液は溝１０の中を流れてナプキンの両端にまで行き渡る。 それに応じてナプキン横幅方向への流れが少なくなり、体液の横漏れを防止する ことができる。

【考案の効果】
この考案に係る表面シートは、溝を所定方向に向けて使用することにより、体 液の流れ方向を規制することができ、それとともに溝と交差する方向からの体液 漏れを防止することができる。

    透液性表面シートであって、 第１方向に沿う頂部と該頂部両側が下方向に曲がること
    によって形成された前記第１方向に沿う側部とを有する
    複数条の第１方向リブと、第２方向に沿う頂部を有する
    複数条の第２方向リブとが交差しており、 互いに隣接する２条の前記第１方向リブと、これら２条
    の第１方向リブと交差し互いに隣接する２条の前記第２
    方向リブとが透液性の開孔を画成しており、かつ、 前記交差において前記第２方向リブの頂部が前記第１方
    向リブの側部に接続しているリブ構造を有する、 ことを特徴とする前記透液性表面シート。
