Abstract
Description
Claims (24)
- 1.石油炭化水素供給物流れの改質方法であって、石油炭化水素供給物流れをゼ オライトKLを含む触媒と接触させることを含み、ゼオライト結晶は円柱状であ り、0.6ミクロン以下の平均長さと0.5未満の平均長さ:直径比を有し、実 質的に平らな基部面を有し、ゼオライトは金属の水素化一脱水素化促進剤で含浸 されている、方法。
- 2.ゼオライト結晶の平均長さ:直径比が0.2〜0.5である、請求項1の方 法。
- 3.ゼオライト結晶の平均高さ:長さ比が1〜1.2である、請求項1又は2の 方法。
- 4.平均高さ:長さ比が約1である、請求項3の方法。
- 5.ゼオライトKしが、qモルの水、二価のカチオン、mモルのK2Oの源、n モルのSiO2の源、及びPモルのA12O3の源を含む混合物の結晶化生成物 であり、ここでm:nは0.2乃至0.35、n:pは15乃至160、及びq :mは45乃至70である、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1請求項の方法。
- 6.m:nは0.24乃至0.30であり、n:pは20乃至40であり、q: mは50乃至65である、請求項5の方法。
- 7.二価のカチオンが、ニッケル、マグネシウム、カルシウム、バリウム、コバ ルト、マンガン、亜鉛、銅、又は錫である、請求項5又は6の方法。
- 8.カチオンが、マグネシウム又はバリウムである、請求項7の方法。
- 9.金属の水素化−脱水素化促進剤がプラチナを含む、請求項1乃至8のいずれ か1請求項の方法。
- 10.ゼオライトKLが、ゼオライトの重量に基づいて、0.4乃至0.8重量 %の金属の水素化−脱水素化促進剤で含浸されている、請求項1乃至8のいずれ か1請求項の方法。
- 11.改質触媒を含む第1の反応領域と、請求項1乃至10のいずれか1請求項 のように定義したゼオライトKL触媒を含む第2の反応領域とを含む、複数の改 質反応領域において改質がおこる、請求項1乃至10のいずれか1請求項の方法 。
- 12.第1の反応領域が、850乃至950°F(454〜510℃)の温度及 び300乃至600psig(2068〜4137kpa)の圧力である、請求 項11の方法。
- 13.第2の反応領域が、875乃至975°F(468〜524℃)の温度及 び100乃至400psig(689〜2758kpa)の圧力である、請求項 11又は12の方法。
- 14.第2の反応領域が、100乃至200Psig(689〜1379kPa )の圧力である、請求項13の方法。
- 15.石油炭化水素供給物流れが水素化脱硫ナフサである、請求項11乃至14 のいずれか1請求項の方法。
- 16.供給物流れを第1の反応領域に通すこと、及びその後生成物を第2の反応 領域に通すことを含む、請求項15の方法。
- 17.供給物流れを第1の反応領域に通すこと、生成物を、(a)生成物流れ中 の芳香族物質の50重量%より多くを含む芳香族に富んだ流れ、及び(b)生成 物流れ中のパラフィン物質の50重量%より多くを含むパラフィンに富んだ流れ に分離すること、及び流れ(b)を第2の反応領域に通すことを含む、請求項1 5の方法。
- 18.芳香族に富んだ流れを、パラフィンに富んだ流れを第2の反応領域に通す ことによって得られる生成物と混合することを含む、請求項17の方法。
- 19.(a)ナフサ供給物流れを、8以上の炭素原子を含む炭化水素に富んだ第 1の流れと(ii)6又は7の炭素原子を含む炭化水素に富んだ第2の流れとに 分別すること、 (b)前記第1の流れを第1の反応領域に通すこと、(c)前記第2の流れを第 2の反応領域に通すこと、を含む、請求項15の方法。
- 20.第1の流れが、ナフサ供給物流れ中にあった8以上の炭素原子を含む炭化 水素の50重量%より多くを含み、第2の流れが、ナフサ供給物流れ中にあった 6又は7の炭素原子を含む炭化水素の50重量%より多くを含む、請求項19の 方法。
- 21.工程(b)及び(c)の生成物を混合する工程をさらに含む、請求項19 又は20の方法。
- 22.6又は7の炭素原子を含む炭化水素を50重量%より多く含む供給物流れ を芳香族化する、請求項1乃至10のいずれか1請求項の方法であって、前記供 給物流れを請求項1乃至10のいずれか1請求項において定義したゼオライトK L触媒と接触させることを含む、方法。
- 23.供給物流れを触媒と、875乃至975°F(468〜524℃)の温度 及び100乃至400psig(689〜2758kPa)の圧力で接触させる 、請求項22の方法。
- 24.圧力が100乃至200psig(589〜1379kPa)である、請 求項23の方法。
