Abstract
Description
(a)炭化水素原料に溶媒抽出ユニット内で溶媒抽出プロセスを行う工程、
(b)工程(a)で得た、溶媒抽出された炭化水素原料から、パラフィンを含むラフィネート分画および芳香族化合物とナフテンを含む分画を分離する工程、
(c)この芳香族化合物とナフテンを含む分画を水素化分解ユニット内で転化させ、芳香族化合物の含有量の多い分画と軽質パラフィンの多い流れとに分離する工程、および
(d)そのラフィネート分画を水蒸気分解ユニット内で軽質オレフィンに転化する工程、
を有してなる方法に関する。
エタンおよびプロパン炉:COT(コイル出口温度)=845℃、水蒸気対油比=0.37、C4炉および液体炉:コイル出口温度=820℃、水蒸気対油比=0.37。脱芳香族化ユニットは、一方の流れが芳香族成分とナフテン成分の全てを含有し、他方の流れが直鎖パラフィン成分とイソパラフィン成分の全てを含有する、2つの流れに分割するスプリッタとしてモデル化された。

Claims (18)
- 炭化水素原料から芳香族化合物および軽質オレフィンを製造する方法であって、
(a)炭化水素原料に溶媒抽出ユニット内で溶媒抽出プロセスを行う工程、
(b)工程(a)で得た、溶媒抽出された炭化水素原料から、パラフィンを含むラフィネート分画および芳香族化合物とナフテンを含む分画を分離する工程、
(c)前記芳香族化合物とナフテンを含む分画を水素化分解ユニット内で転化させ、芳香族化合物の含有量の多い分画と軽質パラフィンの多い流れとに分離する工程、および
(d)前記ラフィネート分画を水蒸気分解ユニット内で軽質オレフィンに転化する工程、
を有してなる方法。 - 工程(c)を実施する前に、前記芳香族化合物とナフテンを含む分画をストリッピングプロセスによりさらに分別して、その芳香族化合物とナフテンの含有量を増加させ、該ストリッピングプロセスが、溶媒の存在下での相対的な揮発度の差に基づくものである、請求項1記載の方法。
- 工程(c)を実施する前に、前記芳香族化合物とナフテンを含む分画が、前記溶媒抽出プロセスから溶媒を回収し、その回収した溶媒を工程(a)の溶媒抽出プロセスに戻すことによって、さらに分別され、その分別が沸点の差に基づくものである、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記芳香族化合物とナフテンを含む分画から除去された材料が、工程(a)の溶媒抽出プロセスに戻される、請求項2または3記載の方法。
- 前記芳香族化合物とナフテンを含む分画から除去された材料が、工程(d)の水蒸気分解ユニットに送られる、請求項2から4いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記水蒸気分解ユニットからパイガス含有副生成物を回収する工程、およびその回収したパイガス含有副生成物を前記溶媒抽出プロセスに戻す工程をさらに含む、請求項1から5いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記水蒸気分解ユニットからパイガス含有副生成物を回収する工程、および該パイガス含有副生成物を前記水素化分解ユニットに供給する工程をさらに含む、請求項1から6いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記回収した溶媒を、前記溶媒抽出ユニットにおける、前記回収したパイガス含有副生成物および前記炭化水素原料の両方の入口の地点より高い位置で前記溶媒抽出プロセスに供給する工程をさらに含む、請求項3から7いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記炭化水素原料を、前記溶媒抽出ユニットにおける、前記回収したパイガス含有副生成物の入口の地点より高い位置で前記溶媒抽出プロセスに供給する工程をさらに含む、請求項3から8いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 水素化分解された芳香族化合物の含有量の多い分画からLPG分画を回収する工程、および該LPG分画を前記水蒸気分解ユニットに戻す工程をさらに含む、請求項1から9いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 水素化分解された芳香族化合物の含有量の多い分画からLPG分画を回収する工程、および該LPG分画を、特に、該LPG分画から水素、メタンおよびもしあればH2Sを除去した後、脱水素化ユニットに供給する工程をさらに含む、請求項1から10いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記回収する工程が蒸留ユニットにより行われる、請求項10または11記載の方法。
- 前記パラフィンを含むラフィネート分画から溶媒を回収する工程、および回収された害溶媒を前記溶媒抽出プロセスに戻す工程をさらに含む、請求項1から12いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記炭化水素原料が、200℃未満の沸点を有する全範囲ナフサおよび灯油の群から選択される、請求項1から13いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記水素化分解ユニットにおいて、水素化脱硫反応も行われる、請求項1から14いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 工程(a)を行う前に、前記炭化水素原料に水素化脱硫反応が行われない、請求項1から15いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 工程(b)の後、前記溶媒抽出プロセスへの炭化水素原料の総量に基づいて計算して、前記ナフテンの半分超が前記抽出物中にある、請求項1から16いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 工程(a)の前記炭化水素原料中に元々存在する硫黄化合物が、工程(b)の後に、前記芳香族化合物とナフテンを含む分画中に濃縮される、請求項1から17いずれか1項記載の方法。
