Claims (1)
- その上に半導体チツプが接合されるダイボンド
部および前記半導体チツプとワイヤ接続されるワ
イヤボンド部を有する銅または銅合金からなる半
導体装置用リードフレームにおいて、前記ワイヤ
ボンド部はワイヤが前記リードフレーム上に直接
接合されるようにし、前記ダイボンド部は半導体
チツプが前記リードフレーム上に施しためつきの
上に接合されるようにしたものであることを特徴
とする半導体装置用リードフレーム。
