Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) リードフレームを用いた半導体装置におい
て、該リードフレームのアイランドの主表面に半
導体素子固着エリヤを複数設け、該各エリヤに該
半導体素子の載置特性に応じた部材をその表面に
形成したことを特徴とする半導体装置用リードフ
レーム。 (2) リードフレームのアイランド主表面に形成
される部材は、Ａｇメツキ、Ａｕメツキ、Ｃｕメ
ツキ、Ｎｉメツキ、などの表面処理金属及びポリ
イミド、アクリル、シリコン、エポキシ樹脂等の
絶縁性部材から成る請求項１記載の半導体装置用
リードフレーム。
