Description
本発明は公知化合物を二種組み合せることによ
つて特異的に有効な毛髪の生長促進作用を示す養
毛化粧料に関するものである。本発明者は頭髪の
脱毛が男性に多いことに着目し、女性ホルモンと
降圧剤ミノキシジル(2,4−ジアミノ−6−ピ
ペリジノピリミジン−3−オキサイド)を配合し
て毛根部に塗布したところ、各々単独塗布に比べ
てさらに優れた養毛作用を示すのを見い出し、本
発明を完成するにいたつたものである。女性ホル
モンに属するものとしては、卵胞ホルモンと黄体
ホルモンがある。卵胞ホルモンには、エストラジ
オール系、エストリオール系、及びスチルベスト
ロール系がある。又、黄体ホルモンには、プロゲ
ステロン系、クロルマジノン、ノルエチステロン
などがある。女性ホルモン、ミノキシジル共にア
ルコール類、水などを溶媒として用いこれにヘア
ローシヨン、ヘアトニツクなどの製造上通常用い
られる香料、湿潤剤、清涼剤、頭皮刺戟剤などを
加えて成る溶液1中に、通常女性ホルモン(エ
ストリオールなど)0.1〜1.0g、ミノキシジル1
〜10gの範囲で溶存せしめることにより、十分に
目的を達成することができる。本願養毛化粧料は
その性質上ヘアローシヨンタイプが最も効果的で
あるが、ヘアクリーム、ポマード等の整髪料とし
て用いることも可能である。
以下に女性ホルモン及びミノキシジル配合の養
毛効果を検討した試験例および、同じく毛髪化粧
料の製造実施例を掲げるが、本剤塗布に基く皮膚
の発赤発疹その他の副作用は一切認められなかつ
た。
試験例
マウスに対する女性ホルモン・ミノキシジル配
合養毛剤の効果
BDF1〓マウス(6週齢、平均30g)の背部を
安全カミソリで剃つたマウス12匹を3匹ずつ4群
に分かち、各群に対して以下の混合溶液を剃毛翌
日から1日2回朝夕塗布し、定期的に各マウスか
ら5本あて抜毛し、長さを測定した。

女性ホルモンによる養毛効果は、2.3−1.8=0.5
mm、ミノキシジルによる効果は、3.0−1.8=1.7mm
で、これら両者の相加効果は、0.5+1.2=1.7であ
る。
然るに、両者を併用した場合における養毛効果
は、4.1−1.8=2.3である。
この二つの場合について、有意性を検討する
と、両者の期待される相加効果(A)は、
(1.8+0.5+1.2)±(0.17+0.16)=3.5
±0.33両者併用によつて得られる効果(B)は、
4.1±0.19であるので、これら(A)と(B)について、
t検定を行えば、t=6.12となり、0.001%以下
の危険率で、有意の差が、認められる。
上記試験例に準じて、以下の実験を行つた。

夫々、1.4mm、1.6mm、1.4mm、1.4mm、1.5mmであ
るのに対して、ミノキシジル+各女性ホルモン併
用の相乗効果、即ち、(第8群−第1群)、(第9
群−第1群)、(第10群−第1群)、(第11群−第1
群)、(第12群−第1群)は、夫々、2.2mm、2.6
mm、2.4mm、2.3mm、2.4mmであり、明らかに有意の
差がみとめられる。
以上の試験から、本願養毛化粧料は、現在用い
られている夫々の系の女性ホルモンと、ミノキシ
ジルとの併用による相乗的な養毛効果を有するこ
とが明らかである。
また、本願養毛剤は、肉眼観察所見から明らか
なように養毛効果にむらが無く、優れた養毛効果
が期待できるものである。
以下に実施例を掲げる。
