Description
Claims (10)
- 1.少なくとも1つの揺動体(1)を含み、揺動体が前記物体に、振動によって 物体に作用する力に対して主として反対向きの力を伝えるように揺動するよう前 記揺動体を物体の表面に可動状に連結して成る物体(21)の表面の振動を制動 するための振動制動器において、振動制動器は形状不変性の材料からなりかつ物 体(21)の前記表面(20)に固定される取付け部品(19)を備え、前記取 付け部品は1つ又は数個の内向きの振動伝達支持壁(26〜29)をもち、揺動 体(1)は弾性材料の制動素子(10)を介して前記支持壁から或る距離をおい て支持され、前記制動素子は前記内向きの1つ又は複数の壁(26〜29)と協 働して取付け部品内の所定位置に保持されることを特徴とする振動制動器。
- 2.取付け部品(19)は制動体(10)と揺動体(1)を包囲する空洞部(2 2)をもつケーシングを形成し、揺動体は制動体(10)内に包囲され、制動体 は間隔素子(17、18)を形成され、前記間隔素子はケーシングの支持壁(2 6〜29)によって支持され、揺動体と前記支持壁間に隙間(36〜39)を形 成する、請求項1に記載の振動制動器。
- 3.揺動体(1)を包囲した制動体(10)はケーシングを物体(21)の前記 表面に取付ける前にケーシングの空洞部(22)に挿入できる、請求項2に記載 の振動制動器。
- 4.前記開口はケーシングを物体(21)の表面(20)に取付けることによっ てケーシングの据え付け状態で閉鎖される、請求項3に記載の振動制動器。
- 5.制動器の据え付け状態で、空洞部(20)は前記支持壁(26、27、28 )により画成され、前記支持壁は一部は物体表面により形成される物体(21) に最も近い複数の内部支持壁から、一部は数個の側方向きの側面支持壁(26、 28)の内の1つから、また一部は物体表面に向く複数の外部支持壁(27)か らなり、制動体と揺動体は外部支持壁と物体間に位置する、請求項2に記載の振 動制動器。
- 6.前記間隔素子(17、18)は前記隙間(36〜39)をケーシング内のす べての支持壁上に維持するため空洞部(22)の隅角領域に向かって突出するよ うに配置した、請求項5に記載の振動制動器。
- 7.揺動体(1)は制動体(10)内に鋳込まれ、従って制動体中の空洞部(5 )を占める、請求項6に記載の振動制動器。
- 8.前記ケーシング内の前記空洞部(22)と制動体(10)の両者は主として 平行六面体形状をなす、請求項6に記載の振動制動器。
- 9.間隔素子(17、18)は一部は外部の周囲方向に延びるフランジとして、 一部は内部の周囲方向に延びるフランジとして形成され、前記フランジは平行六 面体の縁領域から延びる、請求項6又は8に記載の振動制動器。
- 10.前記制動素子(10)は数個あり、かつ隅角片(48)として形成され、 前記隅角片は揺動体(1)の隅角領域を取り囲みかつ取付け部品(21)の隅角 領域まで延在する、請求項1に記載の振動制動器。
