Claims (1)
- 中心に穴を有する磁気デイスク基板の内周部を
保持して回転するスピンドルと、前記磁気デイス
ク基板に対して前記スピンドルの反対側に前記磁
気デイスク基板と平行に配設され前記磁気デイス
ク基板の外径よりも大きい外径を有する薄板状の
円形の制御プレートと、前記制御プレートを保持
して前記磁気デイスク基板に対して垂直に前進後
退させるプレート移動部と、前記磁気デイスク基
板と前記制御プレートとの間に設けられ先端部か
ら前記磁気デイスク基板に対して塗料を吐出する
ノズルと、前記ノズルを前記磁気デイスク基板と
平行にその中心に向つて前進後退させるノズル移
動部と、前記ノズルから前記塗料を所定の量だけ
吐出させる塗料供給部とを備えることを特徴とす
る塗装膜形成装置。
