[Detailed description of the invention] [Industrial application field] The present invention relates to a siding board (hereinafter simply referred to as a board) useful for forming internal and external walls of constructions, especially horizontal walls. . [Prior art] This type of board that has been used in the past includes Japanese Patent Publication No. 51-29339 and Utility Model Publication No. 51-11882.
No., Jikko No. 54-26649, etc. However, the above board had various problems. In other words, if rainwater is blown by the wind on the board (closing board), the rainwater will leak to the back side because it is simply a connecting structure between flat plates, corroding the edges and pillars, and causing moisture in the room and closet. There were some drawbacks. In addition, since the length of the sloped part of the lower edge to the rising part of the board is long, it is weak in tensile force and has the disadvantage that only an exterior without joints can be formed. Moreover, although the exterior was originally without joints, due to the skill of the builder, the exterior was made up of joints of varying widths, some without joints, some with joints, and there was a risk of injury from the rising parts during construction. In addition, this type of board has a complicated side surface shape, making it difficult and expensive to mold.Furthermore, there are no reinforcing ribs on the flat part, making it impossible to make the board itself wide, and it is prone to warping and twisting. It had the disadvantage that it appeared significantly on the cosmetic surface and spoiled the beauty. In addition, since all of the boards do not have a backing material, condensation can form on the back of the decorative surface, causing rust, and the wall itself lacks heat insulation and soundproofing properties. In addition, it cannot prevent the decorative surface from deforming, and the board itself may deform. The drawback was that it was easy to use and lacked connection strength. In addition, boards with a drop-in type connection structure are also known among this type of board, but these have the disadvantage of being inferior in waterproofness and workability. [Purpose of the invention] In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention forms at least one decorative groove on the decorative surface to prevent warping, twisting, and unevenness of the decorative surface, and forms a board with a wide width. At the same time, the shapes of the joints and decorative grooves formed when the boards are connected are made to closely resemble each other, creating a unified line on the wall, and
It creates a three-dimensional effect, and by planting caulking material on the male or female joints, it greatly improves the packing and waterproofing properties of the joints. Moreover, the board can be installed by just one worker. We propose a board that can be used easily and without requiring any skill. [Structure of the invention] Representative embodiments of the board according to the invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. That is, FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the above-mentioned board A. 1 is a surface material, such as a surface-treated steel plate, a steel plate plated with a zinc-nickel alloy, or an aluminum-zinc alloy plated steel plate (product name: Gulfuan, Galvalume). Metal plates (including flat plates and embossed plates) made of one type of metal plate (steel plate, super zinc), aluminum plate, aluminum alloy plate, copper plate, etc., or synthetic resin plates are formed by rolls, presses, or extrusion molding. It is molded as shown in FIG. 2 using one type of molding. To explain further, 2 is a decorative surface on which at least one decorative groove 3 is formed along the longitudinal direction. As shown in FIG. 3, the shape of this decorative groove 3 is as follows: a side surface 3a that intersects the decorative surface 2 at θ 1 ; a bottom surface 3b with the tip of the side surface 3a bent horizontally; 2 and θ 2
The vertical cross section is formed into a substantially scalene trapezoid shape from the inclined surface 3c that intersects with the slope 3c. In particular, the decorative groove 3 prevents the decorative surface 2 from warping, twisting, and slipping, and has a shape that closely resembles the appearance of the joint formed when the male connecting portion 4 and female connecting portion 14 are connected, which will be described later. , which improves the design of the wall when Board A is installed. Incidentally, in order to prevent rainwater from accumulating in the decorative groove 3, the inclined surface 3c has an obtuse angle θ 2 . As shown in FIG. 4, the male connecting portion 4 includes a sloped piece 5 inclined at an angle θ 2 corresponding to the angle θ 2 of the sloped surface 3c of the decorative groove 3 of the decorative surface 2, and an inclined piece 5 that is inclined upwardly with its edge. A joint base portion 6 extending vertically or slightly inclined, an insertion edge 7 provided at the tip thereof, an engagement groove 10 with the insertion edge 7 as an upper end, and an engagement groove 10.
It is formed from an extension part 12 whose lower end 11 protrudes outward, and a flap-shaped tongue piece 13 provided at the tip of the extension part 12. To explain further, the inclined piece 5
improves the flow of rainwater, prevents rainwater from accumulating in the joints, and promotes the three-dimensional appearance of the joints.
Moreover, it is useful for increasing the range of work.
Further, the joint base portion 6 serves as a waterproof base for the joint portion. Furthermore, a board A is installed on the upper side of the insertion edge 7 to prevent capillary action and return rain.
A groove 8 is provided parallel to the longitudinal direction of the groove 8, and a reinforcing rib 9 (hollow in the figure) is provided at the tip of the groove 8. Although not shown, a core material 20 may be interposed between the upper surface and the lower surface of the insertion edge 7, or the core material 20 may not be interposed as shown. Also,
The tongue piece 13 prevents the edge of the extension part 12 from waving, and also reinforces the longitudinal strength of the board A, and during construction, the tip of the extension part 12 becomes like a sharp knife, which may cause injury. This is to prevent accidents and ensure work safety. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 6, when the boards A are connected, the tongue piece 13 bites into the back surface of the core material 20 of the upper board A, and tightly contacts the lower edge 17 of the fitting groove 18, which will be described later, with the insertion edge 7. This is useful for improving the connecting force at the connecting portion, improving sealing performance by preventing flow between the inside and outside of the wall body, and greatly improving packing performance and heat insulation performance. In addition, as shown in FIG .
A side wall 15 is bent inward at an angle θ' 1 corresponding to the angle θ 1 of a, and an upper edge 16 is formed by bending its lower edge inward.
Fold the tip of the upper edge 16 outward to form the lower edge 17.
It is formed from a fitting groove 18 which is approximately U-shaped in cross section, and a tongue piece 19 which is bent at the tip of the lower edge 17 into a seam shape. As shown in FIG. 6, this lower edge 17 is inserted into the engagement groove 10 when the insertion edge 7 is fitted into the engagement groove 18, and is inserted by the tongue piece 13 of the lower board A. It is in close contact with the inner surface of the edge 7 and helps to significantly strengthen the engagement force and waterproofness of the connecting portion. Note that, like the tongue piece 13, the tongue piece 19 prevents the tip of the lower edge 17 from waving, and prevents the engagement groove 10 from waving.
This makes it easier to engage and improves safety during work. Also, tongue piece 1
When 9 holds one end of the back material 21 as shown in FIG. 1, it improves the integration of the boards A and serves to prevent the back material 21 from peeling off when the boards A are connected. The core material 20 is filled at least on the back side of the surface material 1 to impart heat insulation properties to the board A, and is made of one or more materials having secondary functions such as adhesiveness and nonflammability. be. Specifically, synthetic resin foam, glass wool,
Rock wool, sheathing board, gypsum board,
It is made of one type such as a wood wool cement board, one that is discharged as a raw material, molded, hardened, and self-adhesive, or one or more of molded bodies. In addition, when using a molded body , an adhesive (not shown) is required between the core material 20, the surface material 1, and the back material 21. To explain further, the core material 20 is mainly made of synthetic resin foam, such as resin for polyurethane foam, resin for phenol foam, resin for polyisocyanurate foam, and flame retardants and flame retardant auxiliaries (borax, methane). It consists of one or more of the following: sodium borate, antimony trioxide, calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide), bentonite, pearlite grains, and shirasu balloons. 21 is the back material and at least the core material 20
By covering the back side of the board A with a sandwich structure, the mechanical strength of the board A itself is improved, and
Noncombustible sheets, waterproof membranes, heat shield sheets, water absorption sheets,
It is useful as a soundproof sheet, packing material, etc., such as asbestos paper, kraft paper, asphalt felt, metal foil (Al, Fe,
A laminate of one or more of Pb, Cu), synthetic resin sheet, rubber sheet, cloth sheet, gypsum paper, aluminum hydroxide paper, glass fiber nonwoven fabric, or a waterproof or flame-retardant sheet. It consists of etc. Further, 22 is a caulking material, which is applied in the form of a strip along the longitudinal direction of the board A to either the male connecting portion 4 or the female connecting portion 14 , as shown in Figs. 7 a to e and 8 a to c. , which is planted in the form of a string, and is intended to greatly improve the packing and waterproofing properties of the connecting portion of board A. To explain further, caulking material 22
can be implanted in the positions shown in FIGS. 7a-e and 8a-c. That is, FIGS. 7a to 7e show the caulking material 22 implanted in the male connecting portion 4 ,
Figures a and b show a caulking material 22 planted in a part of the groove 8 of the insertion edge 7, and figures c to e show a caulking material 22 planted in the engagement groove 10. Also, Figure 8 a~
C is a caulking material 22 implanted on the inner surface of the fitting groove 18 of the female connecting portion 14 . Also, caulking material 2
The materials for 2 are mainly hot melt, rubber,
Soft foam type, urethane resin type, or combinations of these with acrylic super absorbent resin that expands when water is absorbed and contracts when dry, borax, sodium metaborate, etc. that foams and hardens by releasing crystal water under high heat, Alternatively, it is made of one or more types of adhesive tape. To explain in more detail, the caulking material 22 is in close contact with the connecting part of the upper or lower board A at the connecting part of the board A, as shown in FIG. This is a significant improvement.
Here, the dimensional relationship of each part will be explained. That is, in the decorative groove 3 (FIG. 3), the angle between the decorative surface 2 and the side surface 3a is θ 1 , the angle between the decorative surface 2 and the sloped surface 3c is θ 2 , the height of the side surface 3a is h 1 , and the sloped surface 3c The height is H 2 , the opening width of the decorative groove 3 is W 1 , and the width of the bottom surface 3b is
w 2 , the decorative surface 2 at the male connection part 4 (Fig. 4)
The angle between and the inclined piece 5 is θ′ 2 , the height of the inclined piece 5 is h 2 ,
In the female joint part 14 (Fig. 5), the angle between the decorative surface 2 and the side wall 15 is θ' 1 , the height of the side wall 15 is h 4 , the joint opening width in the joint part (Fig. 6) is W 3 , and the width of the joint opening is W 3 . If the width of underground ground is W 4 , then the relationship is θ 1 ≒ θ′ 1 θ 2 ≒ θ′ 2 h 1 ≒h 4 h 2 ≒h 3 W 1 ≒W 3 W 2 ≒W 4 . The above relationship is for making the appearance of the decorative groove 3 and the joint portion almost similar. [Construction Example] Now, assume that boards A as shown in FIG. 1 are laid horizontally as shown in FIG. 6 to form a wall. In addition, boards A 1 and A 2 use a 0.27 mm thick color steel plate for the surface material 1 , aluminum kraft paper is used for the back material 21, and the core material 20 is made of the surface material 1 and the back material 2.
During step 1, raw materials for polyisocyanurate foam are discharged, reacted and foamed, and then cured and integrated, and the caulking material 22 is made of a hot melt type and is implanted at the position shown in FIG. 7b. did. Therefore, the extension part 12 of the n-th board A 1 is attached to the wall base α consisting of the main pillar, interlocking pillar, waterproof sheet, etc. (the figure shows the wall base when no waterproof sheet is used) through the nail β. Fix it. Next, connect the fitting groove 18 of the female connecting portion 14 of the n+1-th board A 2 to the board A 1
It is inserted into the insertion edge 7 of the male type connecting part 4 to form a joint part as shown in FIG. In addition, in order to form the entire wall, it is sufficient to carry out the steps described above from the base to the girder. The wall formed in this way has a connecting force at the joints,
It is highly waterproof. Note that it is necessary to use a starter (not shown) for the base, and caulking material and accessories for the exit and entry corners (not shown). Or, although not shown, boards A and g have both ends disposed between the core material 20 and the surface material 1 ;
The figure shows boards A, h, and i in which the core material 20 is formed in multiple layers (same and different).
Board A has one or more distribution grooves 23 formed except for the area where the flow grooves 23 dig in, Figure j is a board A with two or more decorative grooves 3, Figure K is bent at θ 5 at approximately the center of Board A, and the whole is bent. Boards A, l, m bent in a dogleg shape
The figure shows a board A in which the core material 20 is disposed up to the back surface of the extension part 12. Although not shown, the core material 20
It is also possible to form a board A in which the back material 21 is not attached to the back surface of the board A. Of course, the board A may be a combination of each of FIGS. 7 to 12. [Effects of the invention] As mentioned above, according to the board according to the invention,
Because at least one decorative groove is formed on the decorative surface, its strength is sufficiently reinforced and it will not warp, twist, or
Pekotsuki can be prevented, and the decorative surface will not become mountain-like. Since the male and female connecting parts have the above-mentioned drop-in structure, it can be easily constructed by one person, the joint width (horizontal) can be kept constant, and it has excellent waterproofness. Because the decorative grooves and joints look very similar, it is possible to create a unified line on the wall, creating a wall with a three-dimensional feel and rich design. Because the caulking material is implanted in the male or female joint, the packing and waterproofing properties of the joint are greatly improved.
The board has a sanderch structure, which improves its strength. Since the board can be made wide, it is easy to construct, and the width of the material can be used effectively, making it highly economical. There are other effects.
