[Detailed description of the invention] [Field of industrial application] This invention is applicable to buildings with excellent waterproofness, design, fireproofing, and thermal insulation properties, internal and external horizontal walls of structures, and even terraced roofs. Architectural panels (hereinafter simply referred to as panels) useful for forming. [Prior art] This type of panel that has been used in the past includes Japanese Patent Publication No. 51-29339, Utility Model Publication No. 51-11882,
There is Jikko No. 54-26649. however,
There were various problems with the above panel. In other words, when rainwater is blown by the wind on the panel (cladding board), the rainwater leaks to the back side because it is simply a connecting structure of flat plates, corroding the rim and pillars, and adding moisture to the room and closet. There was a drawback. In addition, since the length of the sloped part of the lower edge to the rising part of the panel is long, it is weak in tensile force and has the disadvantage that only an exterior without joints can be formed. Furthermore, although the exterior was originally without joints, due to the skill of the builder, the exterior was made up of joints of varying widths, some without joints, some with joints, and there was a risk of injury at the rising parts during construction. In addition, the panel has a complicated side surface shape, making it difficult and expensive to mold.Furthermore, there are no reinforcing ribs on the flat part, so warping, twisting, etc. appear on the decorative surface and spoil the aesthetic appearance. It was hot. In addition, since none of the panels have a backing material and the wall base and surface material are in direct contact, condensation forms on the back of the decorative surface, leading to rust and corrosion of the wall base, and the insulation of the wall itself. fire retardant,
It lacked soundproofing properties, failed to prevent deformation of the decorative surface, was prone to deformation of the panel itself, and lacked connection strength. Among this type of panels, panels having a drop-in type connection structure are also known, but these have the disadvantage of being inferior in waterproofness and workability. [Purpose of the invention] In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention forms a wide panel with the decorative surface part shaped like a step, and also provides a recessed part with a void that emphasizes the step difference, so that the decorative surface part In addition to clarifying the division between the inclined decorative pieces, the appearance is very similar to that of the joint, and a groove is formed on the upper surface of the insertion edge of the male connecting part provided at one end of the decorative surface part. In order to prevent capillary phenomenon and return rain, the insertion edge is formed to be slanted upward relative to the lower edge of the engagement groove, and the upper edge of the engagement groove provided in the female type connecting portion is inserted. The present invention proposes a panel that is formed to be inclined to correspond to the edges and can be easily constructed by one worker without requiring any skill. [Structure of the invention] The structure of the panel according to the invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. That is, as shown in FIG. 1, the above-mentioned panel A is made of, for example, a surface-treated steel sheet, a steel sheet plated with a zinc-nickel alloy, an aluminum-zinc alloy plated steel sheet (product name: Gulfuan, Galvalume steel sheet, Super Zinc), an aluminum sheet. , a metal plate made of one type of aluminum alloy plate, copper plate, etc. (including flat plates and embossed plates), or a synthetic resin plate formed by rolls or presses, or surface materials formed by one type of extrusion molding. A core material 20 is integrally filled between the core material 1 and the back surface material 21 to form a sandwich structure. To explain further, the surface material 1 is composed of an elongated decorative surface part 2 , a male type connecting part 6 , and a female type connecting part 14 , as shown in FIG. That is, 2
is a decorative surface part, which forms at least one step parallel to the longitudinal direction of the surface at an arbitrary position (approximately the center in the figure) on the surface of a long board, and extends its lower end inward, then A plurality of long inclined decorative pieces (hereinafter simply referred to as "slanted decorative pieces") divided by a stepped part 5 formed by folding outward and having a recessed part 4 with a depth of about 1 to 10 mm, for example, and a stepped piece 3 are formed. (referred to as makeup pieces) 2a,
2b. The size of the space 4a in the recess 4 is the size of the space created when the panel A is folded, or it is formed arbitrarily, and it clearly separates the lower end of the stepped piece 3 and the decorative piece 2b. , the appearance of the side joints when Panel A was constructed is very similar, and the wall looks like individual decorative pieces 2.
The appearance is made to look like it is made up of individual panels consisting of panels a and 2b, creating a unified line on the wall and improving the aesthetics. Further, the stepped portion 5 also reinforces the strength of the panel A and is useful for preventing warping, twisting, and twisting. The male connecting portion 6 includes an insertion edge 7 with the upper edge of the decorative surface portion 2 protruding outward, an engagement groove 10 with the insertion edge 7 as the upper edge, and a bottom edge of the engagement groove 10. It is formed from a nailing piece 12 with an edge 11 projecting outward, and a tongue piece 13 provided at the tip of the nailing piece 12. To explain further, a groove 8 provided along the longitudinal direction of the panel A and a reinforcing rib (pipe-shaped in the figure) 9 provided at the tip thereof are formed in the middle of the upper surface of the insertion edge 7, which will be described later. It fits into the fitting groove 18 of the female type connecting part 14 . Further, the groove portion 8 serves to prevent capillary action and return rain at the connecting portion of the panel A, thereby improving the waterproofness of the connecting portion. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 3a, the insertion edge 7 is formed to be inclined upward so as to form an acute angle θ 5 with the lower edge 11. This facilitates the fitting with the fitting groove 18 which will be described later, increases the space created by the groove part 8, makes it possible to further prevent capillarity, and prevents not only the reinforcing rib 9 but also the insertion edge. 7 as a whole acts as a rain cover, greatly improving the waterproofness of the horizontal joints. In addition, the tongue piece 13 is the nailing piece 1
2 is formed in the shape of a lower ridge as shown in the figure, or in the shape of an upper ridge (not shown), to prevent the tip of the nailing piece 12 from waving and to prevent injury to workers during construction. This prevents accidents and improves work safety. The female connecting part 14 includes a step piece 15 which is bent inward at the other end of the decorative surface part 2 , a step piece 15 whose lower end is bent inward to form an upper edge 16, and then bent outward to form a lower edge 17. It is formed from a fitting groove 18 whose cross section is formed into a substantially U-shape from the edge 16 and the lower edge 17, and a tongue piece 19 which is bent at the tip of the lower edge 17 into a seam shape. To explain further, the upper edge 16 is formed to be inclined upward so as to form an angle θ 6 with the stepped piece 15, as shown in FIG. In this case, it is not necessary to vertically insert the panel A, making it easier to install the panel A. Furthermore, when the panels A are connected, even if the panels A are pulled upward, they are difficult to come off, and the engagement force is greatly improved. Also, the lower edge 1
7 is inserted into the engagement groove 10 when the insertion edge 7 is fitted into the engagement groove 18, and serves to further strengthen the engagement force. Further, like the tongue piece 13, the tongue piece 19 is bent in an upper seam shape or a lower seam shape (not shown), and prevents the tip of the lower edge 17 from waving and prevents the engagement of the lower edge 17. This facilitates engagement with the groove 10 and improves work safety. 20 is a core material which is filled in at least the gutter-like portion of the surface material 1 . This core material 20 mainly provides heat insulation properties to the panel A, and secondarily includes an adhesive material,
It is made of one type of material that has functions such as noncombustible material, cushioning material, and soundproofing material. Specifically, it consists of synthetic resin foam, rock wool, glass wool, sheathing board, gypsum board, wood wool cement board, etc., and it consists of one type of material such as one that is discharged with raw materials, molded, hardened, self-adhesive, or a molded body. It is something. Note that when a molded body is used, an adhesive (not shown) is required between the core material 20, the surface material 1 , and the back material 21. To explain further, the core material 20 is mainly made of synthetic resin foam, such as resin for polyurethane foam, resin for phenol foam, resin for polyisocyanurate foam, and flame retardants and flame retardant aids (borax). , sodium metaborate, antimony trioxide, calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide), bentonite, pearlite grains, and shirasu balloons. Reference numeral 21 is a back material that covers at least the back surface of the core material 20 to make the panel A a sandwich structure, which improves the mechanical strength of the panel A itself, as well as a noncombustible sheet, a waterproof membrane, a heat shield sheet, a water absorbing sheet, a soundproof sheet, and packing. It is useful as a material such as asbestos paper, kraft paper, asphalt felt, metal foil (Al, Fe, Pb, Cu), synthetic resin sheet, rubber sheet, cloth sheet, gypsum paper, aluminum hydroxide paper,
It is made of a laminate of one or more types of glass fiber nonwoven fabric, or a sheet that has been treated with waterproofing or flame retardant treatment. Here, the dimensions and angles of each part of panel A will be explained as follows. That is , as shown in FIG.
The height to the horizontal line A drawn so as to touch 2.
h 3 , h 4 , the angles between the step pieces 3, 15 and the horizontal line A are θ 1 , θ 2 , the angles between the step pieces 3, 15 and the decorative pieces 2 a, 2b are θ 3 , θ 4 , the groove of the insertion edge 7 If the length from the end of the decorative surface portion 2 of No. 8 to the tip of the reinforcing rib 9 is l 1 , and the length from the step piece 15 to the deepest part of the fitting groove 18 is l 2 , then h 1 ≒ h 2 , h 3 The relationships are ≒h 4 , l 1 ≦l 2 , θ 1 ≒θ 2 , and θ 3 ≒θ 4 . This is because when the panel A is installed on the wall base α as shown in Fig. 4, the step of the decorative surface portion 2 and the step of the horizontal joint portion are formed to have almost the same appearance.
This is to create a unified horizontal line on the wall formed by Panel A and improve the aesthetics.
Furthermore, the angles θ 5 and θ 6 of the insertion edge 7 and the upper edge 16 of the fitting groove 18 described above have a relationship of θ 56 ≈180°−θ 2 . This means that when panel A is connected, panel A

Of course, the panel A may be a combination of each of FIGS. 5a-g to 8a-p. [Effects of the invention] As mentioned above, according to the panel according to the invention,
Because at least one level difference is formed on the decorative surface, the strength is sufficiently reinforced to prevent warping, twisting, and
Pekotsuki can be prevented, and the decorative surface will not become mountain-like. Since the male and female joints have the above-mentioned drop-in structure, even one person can perform the work, and the joint width (horizontal) can be kept constant. By making the shape of the stepped part of the decorative surface part and the shape of the joint part very similar, it creates a unified horizontal line on the wall, giving the wall a three-dimensional feel,
Aesthetics can be improved. Empty on the step
Since the recessed portion is provided, the decorative pieces can be clearly distinguished from each other, and a wall with a three-dimensional effect can be formed. Since the panels have a sandwich structure, soundproofing, heat insulation, vibration proofing, fire resistance, condensation resistance, and mechanical strength are significantly improved. Since the insertion edge is formed to be inclined diagonally upward with respect to the extension part, and the upper edge of the fitting groove of the female type connecting part is sloped in accordance with the insertion edge, the panels can be easily connected and engaged. The resultant force is improved. Since grooves and reinforcing ribs are formed on the upper surface of the insertion edge, and the insertion edge is sloped, the waterproofness of the connecting portion of the panel is improved. Since the panel can be made wide, it is easy to construct, and the width of the material can be used effectively, making it highly economical. There are other effects.
