[Detailed description of the invention] [Industrial application field] The present invention is a siding board (hereinafter simply referred to as "siding board") which is useful for forming horizontal walls inside and outside buildings, structures, and even stepped roofs. board)
It is related to. [Prior Art] Examples of this type of board that have been used in the past include A○ Special Publication No. 51-29339 and B○ Utility Publication No. 51-29339.
There are No. 11882, C○Jitko No. 54-26649, etc. However, the biggest drawback of this type of board is that the decorative surface becomes mountain-like, and walls formed using it have the appearance of a continuous mountain. Additionally, this type of board often has a hanging structure, which has the disadvantage of uneven joint width due to construction. Furthermore, the decorative surface of this type of board is flat (including embossing) due to its design, and is merely a step or uneven surface, which has the disadvantage of lacking a three-dimensional effect. In addition, boards of this kind that have a drop-in type connection structure are also known, but these have the disadvantages of lacking three-dimensionality, waterproofness, heat insulation, workability, and economy. [Purpose of the invention] In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention forms the decorative surface part in a step-like manner, and provides a recessed part having a gap that emphasizes the difference in steps, and
The horizontal joints and the stepped portions formed when the boards are connected look very similar to each other, and a groove is formed above the insertion edge to prevent capillary action.
In addition, a reinforcing rib that functions as a rain cover within the connection part is provided to improve the waterproofness of the connection part of the board, and the edge of the extension part of the male connection part is provided with a guide when filling the core material. Or, it forms a reinforcing piece to prevent raw material leakage, and also makes it easier to install the board.
It can be carried out by human workers without requiring any skill, and in addition, by bulging out the backing material below the surface material, it prevents thermal bridges caused by the surface material, improving heat insulation and fire prevention. This paper proposes a board that has significantly improved durability, waterproofness, engagement force, and three-dimensional appearance. [Structure of the invention] A typical embodiment of the board according to the invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. That is, as shown in FIG. 1, the board A is made of, for example, a surface-treated steel plate, a steel plate plated with a zinc-nickel alloy,
Metal plates made of one type of aluminum/zinc alloy plated steel sheets (product names: GULF-AN, GALVALUM steel sheets, SUPER ZINC), aluminum plates, aluminum alloy plates, copper plates, clad steel plates, vibration-damping steel plates, etc. (including flat plates and embossed plates) ) roll, press,
Alternatively, the surface material 1 formed by extrusion molding etc.
The core material 20 is filled in the back surface of the surface material 1 , and the sheet-like back material 22 covers the back surface of the core material 20, forming a sandwich-like structure. To explain further, the surface material 1 is composed of an elongated decorative surface part 2 , a male type connecting part 6 , and a female type connecting part 14 , as shown in cross section in FIG. That is,
The decorative surface part 2 is placed at an arbitrary position on the surface of the long board material (approximately the center in the figure) parallel to the longitudinal direction of the surface, at an angle with respect to the horizontal line (the line of the base when board A was installed). Fold the step piece 3 bent at θ 1 and the lower end of the step piece 3 inward, then outward,
For example, at least one stepped portion 5 is formed from a recessed portion 4 having a depth of approximately 1 to 10 mm, and the stepped portion 5 is
It is composed of a plurality of inclined decorative pieces (hereinafter simply referred to as decorative pieces) 2a and 2b divided by. This stepped portion 5 improves the strength of the board A and is useful for preventing warping, twisting, and slippage even if the board A is widened. In addition,
The size of the recess 4 is the size of the gap that occurs when the surface material 1 is bent, or it is formed arbitrarily.By clearly separating the lower end of the stepped piece 3 and the decorative piece 2b, By promoting the three-dimensional effect of the surface part 2 and making the appearance closely similar to the horizontal joint part when board A was installed, it looks like the decorative piece 2
It looks like a wall made of individual boards a and 2b, creating a unified line on the wall and improving its aesthetics. The male connecting part 6 is formed by recessing the upper edge of the decorative surface part 2 in parallel with the longitudinal direction to form a groove part 8 and a reinforcing rib (pipe-shaped in the figure) 9 to prevent rain and capillary phenomenon. Insertion edge 7
and an engagement groove 10 in which the tip of the insertion edge 7 is folded inward and then bent outward to form a U-shaped cross section.
It is formed from an extension part 12 that extends the lower edge 11 of the engagement groove 10 outward, and a reinforcing piece 13 that bends the tip of the extension part 12 downward. To explain in more detail, as shown in FIG. The connection structure is double-layered to improve engagement force, waterproofness, and airtightness. In addition, there is a plug-in edge 7 in the connection structure.
The groove 8 provided on the upper edge forms a gap between the fitting groove 18 and the upper edge 16, which prevents capillary action, and the reinforcing rib 9 acts as a rain cover in the connection structure. This function greatly improves waterproofness. In addition, the reinforcing piece 13 prevents the tip of the extension part 12 from waving, and serves as a guide when a molded body is used as the core material 20, which will be described later. The reinforcing piece 13 also serves as a guide when a molded body is used as the core material 20, and is made of a material that is discharged in liquid form and reacts, foams, and hardens as the core material 20. When used, it helps to prevent leakage from the edge of the male connector 6 . moreover,
Since the reinforcing piece 13 reinforces the strength of the end of the extension part 12, it also has the effect of preventing deformation of the extension part 12 during nailing. Although not shown, it is also possible to form a flap-like tongue piece at the tip of the reinforcing piece 13. The female connecting part 14 includes a step piece 15 which bends the lower end of the decorative surface part 2 inward at an angle θ 2 similar to that of the step piece 3, and a step piece 15 whose lower edge is bent inward to form an upper edge 16.
6 is bent outward to form a lower edge 17, a fitting groove 18 is formed with a U-shaped cross section, and a tongue piece 19 is formed by bending the tip of the lower edge 17 into a seam shape if necessary. The lower edge 17 is inserted into the engagement groove 10 when the insertion edge 7 is fitted into the engagement groove 18, and serves to further strengthen the engagement force and waterproofness. Furthermore, since the step piece 15 is bent in the same way as the step piece 3, it is difficult to distinguish between the step part 5 and the connecting part when forming the wall. It looks like it is forming a . 20 is a core material filled on the back side of the surface material 1 ,
It mainly provides heat insulation properties and mechanical strength to board A, and is made of one or more materials having secondary functions such as adhesive properties, noncombustible materials, cushioning materials, and soundproofing materials. Specifically, synthetic resin foam,
It is made of one or more types of rock wool, glass wool, sheathing board, gypsum board, wood wool cement board, etc., and it is made of one type of material such as discharged raw materials, molded, hardened, and self-adhesive, or molded bodies. In addition, when using a molded body, the core material 2
An adhesive (not shown) is required between 0, the surface material 1 , and the back material 22. To explain further, the core material 20
Synthetic resin foams are mainly used, such as resins for polyurethane foam, resins for phenol foam, and resins for polyisocyanurate foam, and flame retardants and flame retardant aids (borax, sodium metaborate, antimony trioxide, Calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide), bentonite, pearlite grains, and shirasu balloons. To explain further,
For convenience, the core material 20 includes a decorative surface portion 2 , a male connecting portion 6 ,
The female type connection of the bulge part 20b consists of an upper part 20a filled in a gutter-like part surrounded by the female type connection part 14 and a bulge part 20b bulged downward from the back surface of the extension part 12 and having a rectangular cross section. A cutout portion 21 is provided near the portion 14 . Since this bulging portion 20b has a square shape, as shown in FIG.
When connecting, the surface material 1 is prevented from coming into contact with the wall base α, the surface material 1 is prevented from becoming a thermal bridge,
This helps improve insulation and fire protection. Furthermore, since the bulging portion 20b is also disposed at the lower part of the connecting portion, which is a weak point in terms of fire prevention, it is possible to further improve fire prevention and pass the fire protection structure test and quasi-noncombustible test. When a material with cushioning properties is used as the material 20, the vibration of the wall base α is prevented from being transmitted to the connecting portion, and the connecting portion is prevented from coming off. In addition, when the boards A are connected, the cutout part 21 is combined with the extension part 12 of the lower board A and the bulge part 20b of the core material 20,
Since the back surfaces of the boards A are made flat and the wall base α is coated all over, the sealing performance inside the wall is improved, the circulation of outside air and the air inside the wall is prevented, and the waterproofness of the joint part is improved. 22 is the back material and at least the core material 20
By covering the back side of the board A with a sandwich structure, the mechanical strength of the board A itself is improved, and
Noncombustible sheets, waterproof membranes, heat shield sheets, soundproof sheets,
It serves as a packing material, such as asbestos paper, kraft paper, asphalt felt, metal foil (Al, Fe, Pb, Cu), synthetic resin sheet, rubber sheet, gypsum paper, aluminum hydroxide paper, glass fiber. It is made of a laminate of one or more types of non-woven fabrics, etc., or a sheet that has been treated with waterproofing or flame retardant treatment. Although the end of the male connecting portion 6 of the backing material 22 is arranged between the reinforcing piece 13 and the core material 20 in the figure, it is also possible to arrange it outside the reinforcing piece 13. . Further, although the end portion on the female connecting portion 14 side is held between the tongue pieces 19, it is also possible to form the board A without being held between the tongue pieces 19. Here, the dimensions and angular relationships of the above-mentioned parts will be briefly explained. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the distance from the deepest part of the engagement groove 10 to the tip of the insertion edge 7 is l 1 ,
The distance from the tip of the insertion edge 7 to the end of the groove portion 8 on the decorative surface portion 2 side is l 2 , and the distance from the innermost part of the engagement groove 10 to the reinforcing piece 1 is
3 , the distance from the innermost part of the fitting groove 18 to the lower edge 1
7, the distance from the deepest part of the fitting groove 18 to the tip of the upper edge 16 is l 5 , the distance from the tip of the lower edge 17 to the side of the notch 21 is l 6 , and the step The height of the piece 3 is h 1 , the height of the step piece 15 is h 2 , the height of the reinforcing piece 13 is h 3 , the thickness of the edge of the bulge 20b on the male connecting part 6 side is h 4 , Assuming that the height of the side surface of the notch 21 is h 5 and the angles of the step pieces 3 and 15 with respect to the horizontal line are θ 1 and θ 2 , l 1 ≒ l 4 , l 2 ≦ l 5 , l 3 ≒ l 6 , h 1 ≒ h 2 ,
The relationships are h 3 ≦h 4 , h 4 ≒h 5 , and θ 1 ≒θ 2 . This is so that when board A is installed on the wall base α as shown in Figure 3, the step part 5 and the connecting part will have almost the same appearance, and the wall body formed by board A will be unified. This is to create horizontal lines and improve aesthetics. [Construction Example] Now, assume that boards A as shown in FIG. 1 are laid horizontally as shown in FIG. 3 to form a wall. In addition, for boards A 1 and A 2 , the surface material 1 has a thickness of 0.27
mm color steel plate is used, and aluminum kraft paper is used for the back material 22, and the core material 20 is made by discharging the raw material for polyisocyanurate foam between the surface material 1 and the back material 22, reacting and foaming, and then It has been integrated into one. Therefore, we fixed the extension 12 of the nth board A 1 to the wall base α consisting of main pillars, studs, waterproof sheets, etc. (the figure shows the wall base when no waterproof sheets are used) via nails β. do.
Next, the female connecting part 14 of the n+1st stage board A2
The fitting groove 18 is fitted into the insertion edge 7 of the male connecting part 6 of the board A1 to form a horizontal joint part as shown in FIG. Also, to form the entire wall,
It is sufficient to carry out the process described above from the base to the girder. The wall body formed in this manner has an appearance in which the horizontal joints and the stepped portions 5 are very similar, so that uniform horizontal lines are created and the wall body is aesthetically pleasing. Note that it is necessary to use a starter (not shown) for the base, caulking material, and accessories for the exit and entry corners. Although not shown, a board A in which the back material 22 is not attached to the back surface of the core material 20 can also be formed. Of course, the board A may be a combination of each of FIGS. 4 to 7. [Effects of the invention] As mentioned above, according to the board according to the invention,
Since at least one stepped portion is formed in the decorative surface portion, the strength is sufficiently reinforced and the decorative surface portion does not become mountain-like. A groove is formed on the upper side of the insertion edge to prevent capillary action, and the reinforcing rib functions as a rain cover inside the connecting part.
The waterproofness of the connecting part is greatly improved. Since the recessed part with a gap is provided in the step part, the horizontal joint part and the step part have a very similar appearance, creating a uniform horizontal line in the wall body, and making it possible to construct a wall body with excellent aesthetics. Since the male and female joints have the above-mentioned drop-in structure, it can be easily installed by one person.
Moreover, the joint width (horizontal) can be made constant.
The board has a sanderch structure, which improves its strength. Since a reinforcing piece is formed on the edge of the extension, it serves as a guide when the molded body is used as a core material. It is discharged in liquid form as a core material, reacts, foams,
When a hardening material is used, the reinforcing piece can prevent liquid leakage from the male connector side.
The strength of the extension is reinforced by the reinforcing piece, so there is no deformation due to nailing. Because the surface material is wide, it is easy to install, and the width of the material can be used effectively, making it highly economical. When the board is installed, the core material covers the entire wall base and is also placed at the bottom of the joints, so the surface material does not act as a thermal bridge, improving heat insulation and fire protection. There are other effects.
