等の特徴がある。 [Detailed Description of the Invention] [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to a siding board (hereinafter simply referred to as a board) useful for forming horizontal walls and vertical walls inside and outside buildings and structures. ) regarding. [Prior art] This type of board that has been used in the past includes Tokoku No. 51-29339, Utility Model No. 51-11882,
There is Jikko No. 54-26649. however,
There were various problems with the above board. In other words, when rainwater is blown by the wind on the board (closing board), the rainwater leaks to the back side because it is simply a connecting structure between flat plates, corroding the edges and pillars, and adding moisture to the room and closet. There was a drawback. In addition, because the length of the sloped part of the lower edge to the rising part of the board is long, it is weak in tensile force and has the disadvantage that only an exterior without joints can be formed. Moreover, although the exterior was originally without joints, depending on the skill of the builder, the exterior was made up of joints of varying widths, some without joints, some with joints, and there was a danger that the exterior would cause injury at the rising parts during construction. In addition, the board has a complicated side shape, making it difficult and expensive to mold.Furthermore, there are no reinforcing ribs on the flat part, so warping, twisting, etc. appear on the decorative surface, which spoils the aesthetic appearance. It was hot. In addition, since all boards have no backing material and the wall base and surface material are in direct contact, condensation forms on the back of the decorative surface, leading to rust and corrosion of the wall base, and the insulation of the wall itself. fire retardant,
It lacks soundproofing properties, fails to prevent deformation of the decorative surface, and has the disadvantages that the board itself is easily deformed and lacks connection strength. Moreover, this type of board had the disadvantage of lacking a three-dimensional effect. [Object of the invention] In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention has the following features:
At least one decorative groove with a triangular cross-section formed from the side wall and the inclined side wall is provided in the decorative surface part formed at both ends of the side wall and the inclined side wall to divide it into a plurality of horizontal decorative pieces. By increasing the ratio to the piece, the cosmetic piece stands out due to specular reflection and diffused reflection, thereby enhancing the three-dimensional effect, and by applying an embossed pattern or a cylindrical pattern only to the cosmetic piece, or applying a sloped side wall, The three-dimensional effect of the board is enhanced by applying a different color and gloss treatment to the sloped surface, and the decorative grooves prevent the board from twisting, flattening, or warping, and the board is made wide to improve economy and workability. In addition, a male type connecting part having an insertion edge and an engaging groove is formed at the edge of the inclined side wall of the decorative surface part, and a female type connecting part having a fitting groove is formed at the end edge of the side wall. , the board connection structure is double-layered, consisting of the insertion edge and the engagement groove, and the engagement groove and the lower edge of the engagement groove, improving engagement force and waterproofness, and making it easy for one person to install the board. We are proposing a board that is a drop-in type that can be used vertically. [Structure of the Invention] Representative embodiments of the board according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. That is,
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the board A, which includes, for example, surface-treated steel sheets, zinc/nickel alloy plated steel sheets, aluminum/zinc alloy plated steel sheets (product names: Gulfuan, Galvalume steel sheet, Super Zinc), aluminum plates, and aluminum alloy plates. , a surface material 1 made of a metal plate (including flat plate and embossed plate) made of one type of copper plate, clad steel plate, vibration damping steel plate, etc., or a synthetic resin plate by one type of roll, press, or extrusion molding. , a core material 19 filled in the back surface of the surface material 1 , and a sheet-like back material 20 covering the back surface of the core material 19.
To explain further, the surface material 1 is composed of a decorative surface part 2 , a male connecting part 8 , and a female connecting part 14, as shown in FIGS. 2a and 2b. To explain further, the decorative surface part 2 has a side wall 3 bent at θ 1 at one end,
The cross section is formed into a substantially gutter-like shape with an inclined side wall 4 inclined at an angle of θ 2 at the other end. This inclined side wall 4 is θ 2
<90°, which improves the flow of rainwater and prevents rainwater from accumulating in the joints. The decorative pieces 2a are divided by decorative grooves 5, which will be described later, and 1:
It is formed to have a ratio of 5 to 0.2, and the three-dimensional effect of the joint is strengthened by specular reflection and diffused reflection, and
It is useful for increasing the range of work. side wall 3
This casts shadows on the joints and enhances the three-dimensional feel of the wall. Further, at least one cosmetic groove 5 is formed along the longitudinal direction in the decorative surface portion 2 , and a plurality of horizontal decorative pieces 2a, 2b are formed by the decorative groove 5. This cosmetic groove 5 is composed of a side surface 6 that intersects with the cosmetic piece 2a at least at an angle θ 3 corresponding to the angle θ 1 described above, and an inclined surface 7 that intersects with the cosmetic piece 2b at an angle θ 4 corresponding to the angle θ 2 . , if necessary, the fourth
It is formed as shown in Figures a to n. That is, FIG. 4a shows a decorative groove 5 in which θ 3 is formed at an acute angle;
Figure b shows the decorative groove 5 with θ 3 formed at an obtuse angle, and figure c shows the side surface 6.
Bend the lower edge inward and outward again to form a small recess 5a (approximately 0.5 to 5 mm in depth, with an opening height of 0.2 to 5 mm).
In the decorative grooves 5, d, and e, which are designed to strengthen the draining and step functions, a chamfered surface 5b is formed between the decorative piece 2a and the side surface 6, or between the side surface 6 and the recessed portion 5a. , a decorative groove 5 designed to strengthen the level difference,

The decorative groove 5 is bent to form a decorative groove base portion 5c, and the decorative groove 5 shown in FIG. Furthermore, the cosmetic groove 5 is the decorative surface portion 2.
One piece is provided in the center of the decorative piece 2b, or a plurality of pieces (same shape, irregular shape) are provided so as to divide the decorative surface part 2 into 3 to 5 parts. : The sloped surface 7 is the so-called decorative piece 2a, which has a ratio of about 1:5 to 0.2 with the sloped side wall 4, creating a large shadow different from the conventional decorative rib and enhancing the three-dimensional effect of the decorative surface part 2 . 2b, the mirror reflection and the diffused reflection between the inclined side wall 4 and the decorative groove 5 create a sense of unevenness, and as shown in FIG. In cross section, the joints between the boards A are made into decorative grooves to improve the design of the wall. Note that the size of θ 3 may be an acute angle, an obtuse angle, or a right angle, but an acute angle is effective in making the step more clear and emphasizing the slope 7 more. Also, 2c, 2d
is a structure for enhancing the three-dimensional effect, which is applied to the decorative pieces 2a and 2b, and mainly functions to enhance the three-dimensional effect in contrast with the inclined side wall 4 and the inclined surface 7. Specific examples of the three-dimensional effect reinforcing structures 2c and 2d include an embossed pattern as shown in the figure, a ricin pattern, gloss,
Applying colors, etc. by any method such as printing, painting, embossing, etc. In addition, at this time,
In comparison with the surfaces of the inclined side wall 4 and the inclined surface 7, the decorative pieces 2a and 2b may be raised, darkened, or highly reflective due to differences in brightness and reflection. Of course, differences may be provided in the embossed pattern depending on depth, density, etc. The male connecting portion 8 connects the tip of the inclined side wall 4 outward to the decorative piece 2.

4, and the lower edge 16 of the engagement groove 17 is fitted into the engagement groove 10 to make the connection structure of the board A double, strengthening waterproofness, engagement force, and packing performance. , the board A can be used both horizontally and vertically. To explain further, the insertion edge 9, the engagement groove 10, and the extension part 12 can also be formed as shown in FIGS. 5a to 5o. That is, Figure A shows the insertion edge 9 in which the upper edge 10a of the engagement groove 10 is formed at an angle of θ 5 with respect to the lower edge 11, and Figures B and C show the edge of the inclined side wall 4 bent downward by Δh to form a connection. The insertion edge 9 is formed by forming a contact surface 9a that contacts the side wall 3 at a portion thereof, and then bending outward. In particular, FIG.
A core material 19 is placed between the upper edge 10a of the engagement groove 10 and
The insertion edge 9 is formed so as to dispose the insertion edge 9. Figure d shows the insertion edge 9 with a groove 9c formed on the upper side surface 9b of the insertion edge 9 to prevent capillarity, and Figure e shows the insertion edge 9 formed on the upper side surface 9b of the insertion edge 9. Insert edges 9, f with a protrusion 9d formed at the tip of the side surface 9b
The figure shows an engagement groove 10 in which a protrusion 10b is formed on the upper edge 10a of the engagement groove 10, and the figures g to i illustrate an engagement groove 10 in which the end edge of the inclined side wall 4 is bent upward by Δh' to form a raised surface 9e.
Next, there is the insertion edge 9 formed by bending outward, especially the insertion edge 9 whose upper side surface 9b is formed in a dogleg shape, as shown in Fig. h.
Figure I shows the insertion edge 9 with a groove 9c formed therein, Figure J shows the entire insertion edge 9 formed with an upward slope, and Figures K and L show the extension 12 with a step. In Figures m and n, the inclined side wall 4 is curved, and in Figure O, the lower edge 11 is inclined. Further, the tongue piece 13 functions to prevent the extension part 12 from waving and to prevent injuries caused by the edge of the extension part 12 during work. Furthermore, as shown in FIGS. 6a to 6o, the tongue pieces 13 can sandwich a backing material 20, which will be described later, and have a synergistic effect with the core material 19 to improve engagement force, waterproofness, heat insulation, and mechanical strength. This is what we aim to do. Particularly, figures ko to 0 have shapes that can be filled with the core material 19. Female type connecting part 14
bends the edge of the side wall 3 inward to form an upper edge 15;
Next, it is bent outward to form a lower edge 16, and is formed from a fitting groove 17 whose cross section is approximately U-shaped from the upper edge 15 and the lower edge 16, and a tongue piece 18 provided at the tip of the lower edge 16. As shown in FIG. 3, when the insertion edge 9 is fitted into the fitting groove 17, the lower edge 16
It is inserted into the engagement groove 10, and has a double connection structure to further strengthen waterproofness and engagement force. To explain further, the female type connecting portion 14 is the seventh
It can also be formed as shown in Figures a to l. In other words, figures a to e are female type connecting parts with h 1 > h 2 , figures f to l are female type connecting parts with h 1 ≦ h 2 , and d,
In figures e and l, decorative ribs 14a and 14b are formed. Furthermore, in FIGS. 8a to 8c, the lower edge 16 is made to protrude from the side wall 3 by about 2 to 30 mm to make it easier to engage the board A and to strengthen the engagement force and waterproofness. The core material 19 is filled at least in a gutter-shaped part surrounded by the decorative surface part 2, the male connecting part 8, and the female connecting part 14 on the back side of the surface material 1 , and mainly provides insulation to the board A. It is made of one or more materials that have secondary functions such as adhesives, noncombustible materials, cushioning materials, and soundproofing materials. Specifically, it is made of synthetic resin foam, rock wool, glass wool, sheathing board, gypsum board, wood wool cement board, etc., and the raw materials are discharged, molded, hardened,
It is self-adhesive or made of a molded body. Note that when a molded body is used as the core material 19, an adhesive (not shown) is required between the core material 19, the surface material 1 , and the back material 20. To explain further, a synthetic resin foam is mainly used as the core material 19, for example, a resin for polyurethane foam, a resin for phenol foam, a resin for polyisocyanurate foam, a polystyrene foam, a phenol foam resin is coated around the perlite, This foam is foamed by humidifying and pressurizing it.
and flame retardants, flame retardant aids (borax, sodium metaborate, antimony trioxide, calcium carbonate,
It is made by adding one or more of the following: aluminum hydroxide, bentonite, pearlite grains, and shirasu balloons. Further, in order to prevent play in the connecting portion of the board A and to improve the fit, a recessed portion 19a is provided on the back surface near the female connecting portion 14 . Although not shown, it is also possible to provide the core material 19 in a bulging manner on the back surface of the extension portion 12 to improve heat insulation and fire protection. Reference numeral 20 is a backing material that covers at least the backside of the core material 19 to give the board A a sandwich structure, which improves the mechanical strength of the board A itself, as well as a noncombustible sheet, a waterproof membrane, a heat shielding sheet, a water absorbing sheet, a soundproofing sheet, and a packing material. For example, asbestos paper, kraft paper, asphalt felt, metal foil (Al, Fe, PB, Cu), etc.
1. Synthetic resin sheets, rubber sheets, cloth sheets, gypsum paper, aluminum hydroxide paper, glass fiber non-woven fabrics, etc.
It is made of seeds, a laminate of two or more kinds, or a sheet that has been treated with waterproofing or flame retardant treatment. Here, the sizes of the above-mentioned parts will be briefly explained. As shown in FIG. 1 and FIGS. 2a and 2b, the flow of the decorative pieces 2a and 2b is L 1 and L 2 respectively, the range of the inclined side wall 4 is W 1 , the range of the inclined surface 7 is W 2 , and the fitting The distance from the deepest part of the groove 17 to the tip of the lower edge 16 is
l 1 , the distance from the deepest part of the fitting groove 17 to the lower end of the side wall 3 is l 2 , the distance from the edge of the inclined side wall 4 to the tip of the insertion edge 9 is l 3 , the distance from the tip of the insertion edge 9 to the end of the insertion edge 9 is l 2 ; The distance to the deepest part of the engaging groove 10 is l 4 , the distance from the deepest part of the engaging groove 10 to the edge of the extension part 12 is l 5 , the range of the recessed part 19a is l 6 , and the height of the side wall 3 is h 1 , the height from the lower end of the side wall 3 to the lower edge 16 is h2 , the height of the side surface 6 of the decorative groove 5 is h3 , the distance from the decorative piece 2a to the upper side surface 9b of the insertion edge 9 is h4 , Extension part 1 from the upper surface 9 of the insertion edge 9
The height up to 2 is h 5 , from the decorative pieces 2a and 2b to the core material 1.
If the heights to the back side of 9 are h 6 and h 7 , l 1 ≒ l 4 , l 2
≧l 3 , l 5 ≒ l 6 , h 1 ≒ h 3 , ≒ h 4 , h 2 ≒ h 5 , h 6 ≒ h 7 , and L 1 :W 1 =1:5-0.2, L 2 : W2 =1:
The relationship is between 5 and 0.2. In other words, the above relationship is
When boards A are connected, the decorative grooves 5 and the joints look very similar, creating a unified line on the wall.
This is to form a wall body rich in design, and to improve the three-dimensional appearance of the board due to the specular reflection and diffused reflection of the inclined surface 7, inclined side wall 4, and decorative pieces 2a and 2b. Note that L 1 and L 2 and W 1 and W 2 are as shown in the figure, L 1 ≒ L 2 , W 1 ≒ W 2 , and L 1 :W 1 ≒L 2 :W 2
It is preferable that L 1 <L 2 , as necessary.
Alternatively, a relationship such as L 1 >L 2 , W 1 <W 2 , or W 1 >W 2 , that is, L 1 :W 1 ≠L 2 :W 2 , is also possible. [Construction Example] Now, assume that boards A as shown in FIG. 1 are laid horizontally as shown in FIG. 3 to form a wall. In addition, boards A 1 and A 2 use a 0.27 mm thick color steel plate for the surface material 1 , aluminum kraft paper is used for the back material 20, and the core material 19 is composed of the surface material 1 and the back material 2.
The raw material for polyisocyanurate foam is discharged during 0.000 hours, reacted and foamed, and then cured and integrated. Therefore, the nth board is placed on the wall base consisting of main pillars, studs, waterproof sheets, etc. (the figure shows the wall base when no waterproof sheets are used).
The extension part 12 of A1 is fixed via the nail β. Next, the fitting groove 17 of the female connecting portion 14 of the n+1th board A 2 is combined with the insertion edge 9 of the board A 1 to form an eye part as shown in FIG. 3. be. In addition, in order to form the entire wall, the steps described above may be performed from the base to the girder. Although not shown, it is necessary to use a starter for the base, jointer and caulking for the vertical joints, and caulking and accessories for the exit and entry corners. Although not shown, the board A can also be used vertically as described above. [Other Embodiments] What has been described above is only one embodiment of the board A according to the present invention, and it can also be formed as shown in FIGS. 9 to 13. That is, FIG. 9 a to j,
10A to 10D are explanatory diagrams showing the mounting state of the backing material 20 at the male and female connecting portions 8 and 14 ends, and in FIG. 9, FIGS. When laminated or glued on the back side,
Figures b, e, g, i, and j show that when the back material 20 is disposed between the surface material 1 and the core material 19, it serves to prevent liquid leakage when the core material 19 is discharged as a raw material or as a mold release material. In the case shown in figure c, it is held by the tongue pieces 13,
The board A is installed to prevent deformation and improve mechanical strength. Figure d shows the installed state in which the tongue piece 13 is protruded from the tongue piece 13 to improve waterproofness. 10a to 10d show a method of attaching the back material 20 on the fitting groove 17 side, and the purpose, function, and effect are the same as in FIG. 9. Furthermore, Figures 11 a to t, Figures 12 a to e, and Figures 13 a to h are just examples of board A constructed by combining one of the configurations shown in Figures 1 to 10. Although not shown, these can be arbitrarily combined to form boards A with various configurations. To explain one example in detail, Fig. 11a
-t are mainly modified examples of the surface material 1 , in which L 1 : W 1 or L 2 : W 2 is variously changed to produce diffuse reflection, specular reflection,
This board A has various three-dimensional effects created by the shading of the decorative grooves 5. In particular, in figure a, the decorative pieces 2a,
Boards A and 2b have intermediate decorative grooves 2e parallel to the longitudinal direction formed in the middle, and boards A and k have the recessed portion 19a removed and the core material 19 formed in a sloped shape.
Figure m shows a decorative groove base portion 5c between the side surface 6 and the inclined surface 7.
(ΔW=3 to 50 mm), and the decorative surface part 2
Boards A and N, which have been made wider and have expanded steps to enhance the three-dimensional effect, have the lower edge 16 protruding from the side wall 3 (l 1 > l 2 ), and can be used as a guide during construction, or as a vertical Board A that can be stretched, board A with two decorative grooves 5 is shown in figure o, and board A with core material 19 is shown in figure p.
Board A with two layers (phenol foam-polyisocyanurate foam), q is a board in which caulking material 21 is implanted in at least one place in the illustrated part, and the caulking material 21 is a hot melt adhesive or It consists of a molded packing material and a packing material with no adhesive strength that is implanted with hot melt adhesive after applying the adhesive. Of course, caulking material 21
When planting it in the groove 9c, it should be planted in half.
This prevents the capillary phenomenon prevention function of c itself from being reduced. Figure r shows a board that is bent at an angle of θ 6 and becomes a flat type after construction, so that elasticity acts on the connecting parts. Figures s and t have h 1 and h 3 formed differently to strengthen the three-dimensional effect. This is board A with a different image. 12a to 12e, the core material 19 is bulged downward from the back surface of the extension part 12,
This is Board A, which has enhanced fireproofing, heat insulation, vibration proofing, and waterproofing properties at the joints. Figures 13a to 13f show the core material 19.
Board A is formed as shown in the figure to strengthen the air cycle and reduce the amount of resin used in the core material 19. Figure g is board A in which the decorative groove 5 is formed into an almost trapezoidal shape, and figure h is a decorative board. Both ends of the surface portion 2 in the short direction,
Alternatively, an end wall 22 is formed on one of the edges,
This board A facilitates waterproofing of the joints by butting the boards A together in the longitudinal direction. [Effects of the Invention] As described above, according to the board according to the present invention,
Since the male and female joints have the above-mentioned drop-in structure, even one person can perform the construction, and the joint width can be kept constant. Since at least one cosmetic groove is formed on the decorative surface, the strength is sufficiently reinforced and the decorative surface can be prevented from warping.
Twisting and flattening can be prevented, and the decorative surface portion will not become mountain-like. Since the decorative grooves and the joints have almost the same cross-sectional shape, the entire wall has no joints and is made up of only the so-called decorative grooves, making it possible to form a wall that is both beautiful and rich in design. Since the decorative surface part is formed as follows: inclined side wall - decorative piece - side surface of the decorative groove - inclined surface of the decorative groove - decorative piece - side wall, diffused reflection and specular reflection are effectively utilized to make the decorative piece bulge. The difference in level is made clear by the decorative grooves on the top that are similar to the joints, and the decorative pieces are raised to form a wall with a three-dimensional effect. The board has a sanderch structure, which greatly improves mechanical strength. Since the board can be made wide, it is easy to install, and the width of the material can be used effectively, making it highly economical. The board can be stretched vertically or horizontally. Flatness of the entire wall can be easily obtained. Visually, the three-dimensional effect enhanced structure applied to the horizontal decorative piece, the slanted side walls, and the slanted surface of the decorative groove greatly enhance the visual difference in level and three-dimensional effect.
