[Detailed description of the invention] [Field of industrial application] This invention is applicable to buildings with excellent waterproofness, design, fireproofing, and thermal insulation properties, internal and external horizontal walls of structures, and even terraced roofs. Architectural panels (hereinafter simply referred to as panels) useful for forming. [Prior art] This type of panel that has been used in the past includes Japanese Patent Publication No. 51-29339, Utility Model Publication No. 51-11882,
There is Jikko No. 54-26649. however,
There were various problems with the above panel. In other words, when rainwater is blown by the wind on the panel (cladding board), the rainwater leaks to the back side because it is simply a connecting structure of flat plates, corroding the rim and pillars, and adding moisture to the room and closet. There was a drawback. In addition, since the length of the sloped part of the lower edge to the rising part of the panel is long, it is weak in tensile force and has the disadvantage that only an exterior without joints can be formed. Furthermore, although the exterior was originally without joints, due to the skill of the builder, the exterior was made up of joints of varying widths, some without joints, some with joints, and there was a risk of injury at the rising parts during construction. In addition, the shape of the panel side surface is complex, making it difficult and expensive to mold.Furthermore, there are no reinforcing ribs on the flat part, so warping, twisting, etc. appear on the decorative surface, which impairs the aesthetic appearance. It was hot. In addition, since none of the panels have a backing material and the wall base and surface material are in direct contact, condensation forms on the back of the decorative surface, leading to rust and corrosion of the wall base, and the insulation of the wall itself. fire retardant,
It lacked soundproofing properties, failed to prevent deformation of the decorative surface, was prone to deformation of the panel itself, and lacked connection strength. Among this type of panels, panels having a drop-in type connection structure are also known, but these have the disadvantage of being inferior in waterproofness and workability. [Purpose of the invention] In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention forms a wide panel with the decorative surface part shaped like a step, and also provides a recessed part with a gap that emphasizes the difference in level in the stepped part. In addition to clarifying the division between the slanted decorative pieces, the appearance closely resembles that of the joint, and a groove is formed on the upper surface of the insertion edge of the male connecting part provided at one end of the decorative surface part to prevent capillary tubes in the connecting part. In addition, the core material bulges out in a triangular shape downward from the back surface of the facing material, making the back surface of the core material flat, preventing direct contact between the facing material and the wall base. It prevents the material from forming thermal bridges to improve insulation and fire resistance, and when the panel is installed, a triangular space is formed on the back of the panel to create an air cycle effect. We propose a panel that can be easily operated by one worker without requiring any skill. [Structure of the invention] The structure of the panel according to the invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. That is, as shown in FIG. 1, the above-mentioned panel A is made of, for example, a surface-treated steel sheet, a steel sheet plated with a zinc-nickel alloy, an aluminum-zinc alloy plated steel sheet (product name: GULF-AN, GALVALUM steel sheet, SUPER ZINK), an aluminum sheet. , a metal plate (including flat plate and embossed plate) made of one type of aluminum alloy plate, copper plate, etc., or a synthetic resin plate formed by roll or press molding, or a surface material formed by one type of extrusion molding. A core material 20 is integrally filled between the core material 1 and the back surface material 21 to form a sandwich structure. To explain further, the surface material 1 is composed of an elongated decorative surface part 2 , a male type connecting part 6 , and a female type connecting part 14 , as shown in FIG. That is, 2
is a decorative surface part, in which at least one level difference piece 3 is formed at an arbitrary position on the surface of a long plate material (approximately at the center in the figure) parallel to the longitudinal direction of the surface, and the lower end is turned inward. , then fold outward,
For example, a stepped portion 5 formed from a recessed portion 4 having a depth of about 1 to 10 mm, a plurality of long inclined decorative pieces (hereinafter simply referred to as decorative pieces) 2a separated by stepped pieces 3, 2b. Note that the size of the gap 4a of the recessed portion 4 is the size of the gap that occurs when the surface material 1 is bent, or it is arbitrarily formed, and the size of the gap 4a is the size of the gap that occurs when the surface material 1 is bent, or it is arbitrarily formed.
In addition to clearly dividing the space, the appearance is very similar to the side joint part when panel A was constructed, and the wall looks as if it were formed by individual panels made of individual decorative pieces 2a and 2b. This creates a unified line on the wall and improves its aesthetic appearance. Further, the stepped portion 5 also reinforces the strength of the panel A and is useful for preventing warping, twisting, and twisting. In addition, the male connecting portion 6 has an insertion edge 7 provided with an edge that is the upper end of the decorative surface portion 2 protruding outward.
, an engagement groove 10 whose upper edge is the insertion edge 7, and a nail driving piece 12 whose lower edge 11 of the engagement groove 10 projects outward.
and a tongue piece 13 provided at the tip of the nailing piece 12. To explain further, a groove 8 provided along the longitudinal direction of the panel A and a reinforcing rib (pipe-shaped in the figure) 9 provided at the tip thereof are formed in the middle of the upper surface of the insertion edge 7, as will be described later. It fits into the fitting groove 18 of the female type connecting part 14 .
Further, the groove portion 8 serves to prevent capillary phenomenon and return rain at the connecting portion of the panel A, thereby improving the waterproofness of the connecting portion. Further, the tongue piece 13 has a lower ridge shape at the tip of the nailing piece 12 as shown in the figure.
Alternatively, although not shown, it is formed in the shape of an upper ridge, which prevents the tip of the nailing piece 12 from waving, prevents workers from being injured during construction, and improves work safety. It is something. Female connection part 1
4 is a step piece 1 which bends the lower end of the decorative surface part 2 inward.
5 and its lower end are bent inward to form an upper edge 16, then bent outward to form a lower edge 17, and a fitting groove formed from the upper edge 16 and the lower edge 17 into a substantially U-shaped cross section. 1
8, and a tongue piece 1 with the tip of the lower edge 17 bent into a seam shape.
The lower edge 17 is inserted into the engagement groove 10 when the insertion edge 7 is fitted into the engagement groove 18, and serves to further strengthen the engagement force. Also, like the tongue piece 13, the tongue piece 19 has an upper flap shape,
Alternatively, the lower edge 17 is bent in the shape of a lower seam (not shown) to prevent the tip of the lower edge 17 from waving.
This is to facilitate the engagement with the engagement groove 10 and to ensure work safety. Reference numeral 20 denotes a core material which fills at least the gutter-like portion of the surface material 1 , bulges downward from the surface material 1 in a triangular shape, and has a flat back surface. This core material 20 mainly provides heat insulation properties to the panel A, and is made of one type of material that has secondary functions such as an adhesive, a noncombustible material, a cushion material, and a soundproof material. Specifically, it consists of synthetic resin foam, rock wool, glass wool, sheathing board, gypsum board, wood wool cement board, etc., and it consists of one type of material such as one that is discharged with raw materials, molded, hardened, self-adhesive, or a molded body. It is something. Note that when a molded body is used, an adhesive (not shown) is required between the core material 20, the surface material 1 , and the back material 21. To explain further, for convenience, the core material 20 has an upper part 20a filled in the gutter-like part, a bulge on the back side of the nailing piece 12 of the male type connection part 6 of the surface material 1 , and a female type connection part. 14 , the thickness gradually becomes thinner, and the back surface is flattened to form a triangular cross-section.
This prevents the surface material 1 from coming into contact with the wall base α when the panels A are connected, prevents the surface material 1 from forming a thermal bridge, and is useful for improving heat insulation. Furthermore, since the core material 20 is also disposed at the bottom of the joint, which is a weak point in terms of fire protection, panel A can further improve fire protection and pass the fire protection structure test and quasi-noncombustibility test. When a material with cushioning properties is used as the core material 20, it has the feature of preventing the vibration of the wall base from being transmitted to the connecting portion and preventing the connecting portion from coming off. Furthermore, since the bulging portion 20b has a triangular shape, a space B is formed inside the wall in the wall formed using the panel A as shown in FIG. 3, which brings about an air cycle effect. Moreover, since the back surface of the panel A is flat, a belt conveyor or the like can be used during the production of the panel A, and the panel A can be easily transported. The core material 20 is mainly made of synthetic resin foam, such as resin for polyurethane foam, resin for phenol foam, resin for polyisocyanurate foam, and flame retardants and flame retardant aids (borax, sodium metaborate). , antimony trioxide,
A material containing at least one of calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide), bentonite, pearlite particles, and shirasu balloons is used. 2
1 is a backing material that covers at least the backside of the core material 20 to make the panel A a sandwich structure, which improves the mechanical strength of the panel A itself, and also includes a noncombustible sheet, a waterproof membrane, a heat shielding sheet, a water absorption sheet, a soundproof sheet, and packing. It is useful as a material, etc.
For example, one or two of asbestos paper, kraft paper, asphalt felt, metal foil (Al, Fe, Pb, Cu), synthetic resin sheet, rubber sheet, cloth sheet, gypsum paper, aluminum hydroxide paper, glass fiber nonwoven fabric, etc. It is made of a laminate of seeds or more, or a sheet that has been treated with waterproofing or flame retardant treatment. Here, the dimensions and angles of each part of panel A will be explained as follows. That is, the first
As shown in Fig. 2, the height of the step pieces 3, 15 is
h 1 , h 2 , the angles between the step pieces 3 and 15 and the decorative pieces 2a and 2b are θ 1 and θ 2 , the angle between the step piece 3 and the decorative piece 2b is θ 3 , and when panel A is constructed (Fig. 3 ) step piece 1
5 and the decorative piece 2a is θ 4 , h 1 = h 2 , or h 1 ≒ h 2 θ 1 = θ 2 , or θ 1 ≒ θ 2 θ 3 = θ 4 , or θ 3 ≒ θ 4 This is the relationship. This is so that when panel A is installed on the wall base α as shown in Figure 3, the step of the decorative surface section 2 and the step of the horizontal joint section are formed to have almost the same appearance, and the wall formed by panel A. This is to create a unified horizontal line and improve aesthetics. [Construction Example] Now, it is assumed that the panel A shown in FIG. 1 is laid horizontally as shown in FIG. 3 to form a wall. In addition, for panels A 1 and A 2 , a 0.27 mm thick color steel plate is used as the surface material 1 , aluminum kraft paper is used as the back material 21, and the core material 20 is made of the surface material 1 and the back material 2.
During 1, raw materials for polyisocyanurate foam were discharged, reacted and foamed, and then cured and integrated. Therefore, the nth panel is placed on the wall base consisting of main pillars, studs, waterproof sheets, etc. (the figure shows the wall base when no waterproof sheets are used).
Fix the nailing piece 12 of A1 via the nail β. Next, fit the fitting groove 18 of the female connecting part 14 of panel A 2 in the n+1 stage into the insertion edge 7 of the male connecting part 6 of panel A 1 , and form the horizontal joint part as shown in Fig. 3. It is something that forms. In addition, in order to form the entire wall, the steps described above may be performed from the base to the girder. Note that it is necessary to use a starter (not shown) for the base, and caulking material and accessories for the exit and entry corners (not shown). The same process is also used to form the roof. [Other Embodiments] What has been described above is only one embodiment of the panel A according to the present invention, and it can also be formed as shown in FIGS. 4a-g to 7a-f. That is, the fourth

Panels A and d, which are formed in multiple layers (same and different), are panels A and d, which have two or more steps 5. Panels A and e are panels that are bent at an angle θ 7 from approximately the center of panel A, forming a dogleg shape. The lower edge 17 is shown in panels A and f.
Panel A is formed by bending the tip end inward and extending it as it is to form a core material holding piece 17b. Although not shown, it is also possible to form a panel A in which the back material 21 is not attached to the back surface of the core material 20, if necessary. Of course, the panel A may be a combination of each of FIGS. 4a to 7a to 7a to f. [Effects of the invention] As mentioned above, according to the panel according to the invention,
Because at least one level difference is formed on the decorative surface, the strength is sufficiently reinforced to prevent warping, twisting, and
Pekotsuki can be prevented, and the decorative surface area will not become mountain-like. Since the male and female joints have the above-mentioned drop-in structure, it can be easily constructed by one person, the joint width (horizontal) can be kept constant, and it is highly waterproof. Since the shape of the stepped part of the decorative surface part and the shape of the joint part are made to be very similar, it is possible to create a unified horizontal line on the wall, give the wall a three-dimensional effect, and improve its aesthetic appearance. Since the step portion is provided with a hollow portion having a gap, the decorative pieces can be clearly distinguished from each other, and a wall body with a three-dimensional effect can be formed. Since the panels have a sandwich structure, soundproofing, heat insulation, vibration proofing, fire resistance, condensation resistance, and mechanical strength are greatly improved. Because the core material bulges out below the surface material, the surface material does not come into direct contact with the wall base, preventing the surface material from forming a thermal bridge, which greatly improves the insulation properties, and is also a weak point in terms of fire prevention. The fire protection of the joint is improved. A wall body with an air cycle effect can be formed. Since the back surface of the panel is flat, it is easy to transport the panel. Since grooves and reinforcing ribs are formed on the upper side of the insertion edge, the waterproofness of the panel connection area is improved. Since the panel can be made wide, it is easy to construct, and the width of the material can be used effectively, making it highly economical. There are other effects.
