[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a siding board (hereinafter simply referred to as a board) useful for forming horizontal walls for the interior and exterior of buildings and structures. Examples of this type of board that have been used in the past include Tokko No. 51-29339 and Utility Model No. 51-
These include No. 11882 and Utsuko No. 54-26649. However, the biggest drawback of this type of board is that the decorative surface becomes mountain-like, and a wall formed using it has the appearance of a continuous mountain.
In other words, when the decorative surface of the board becomes mountain-like, it not only has poor aesthetics, but also is difficult to install, and there are disadvantages such as a lack of waterproofness at the connecting portion and the possibility of the board coming off. In addition, many of these types of boards have a hanging structure, which has the disadvantage of uneven joint width due to construction considerations. Furthermore, the decorative surface of this type of board is flat (including embossing) by design, and is merely a step or uneven surface, lacking a three-dimensional effect and having a small working width, so it has the disadvantage of lacking workability. It was hot. In addition, on this type of board,
Boards with a drop-in type connecting structure are also known, but they have the disadvantages of lacking three-dimensionality, waterproofness, heat insulation, ease of construction, and economy. In order to eliminate these drawbacks, the present invention forms the decorative surface part in a step-like manner, makes the board wide with multiple steps, and provides a recessed part with a gap that emphasizes the step difference, and a dividing line. Furthermore, the appearance of the joint formed when connecting the male and female joints formed when the boards are connected, and the appearance of the step on the decorative surface are very similar, making the construction of the boards easier and requiring only one person to do the work. It can be done by a person without any skill, and the width of the horizontal joints is uniform. Moreover, there is no deformation of the decorative surface, and it greatly promotes waterproofness and three-dimensionality.
Furthermore, when the board is installed, the back side of the board is flush with the surface of the board, and the company proposes a board that has improved insulation, workability, and productivity. The board according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. That is, as shown in FIG. 1, the board A is made of, for example, a surface-treated steel sheet, a steel sheet plated with a zinc-nickel alloy, an aluminum-zinc alloy plated steel sheet (product name: Gulfuan, Galvalume Steel Sheet, Super Zinc), or an aluminum sheet. ,
A metal plate made of one type of aluminum alloy plate, copper plate, etc. (including flat plates and embossed plates) is formed into the shape shown in Figure 2 a by forming it with a roll or press, or by extrusion molding or the like. A heat insulating material 26 is integrally filled between the formed surface material 1 and back surface material 25 to form a sanderch structure. To explain further, the surface material 1 is composed of a long decorative surface portion 2 , a male connecting portion 6 , a female connecting portion 16 , and a gutter-like portion 24 filled with a heat insulating material 26. That is, the decorative surface portion 2 has at least one surface at an arbitrary position (approximately the center in the figure) on the surface of the elongated plate, as shown in the figure, parallel to the longitudinal direction of the surface.
A plurality of long pieces separated by the step piece 3 and a step part 5 formed by a step piece 3 forming a step and a recessed part 4 with a depth of about 2 to 10 mm, for example, by folding the lower end inward. It is composed of inclined decorative pieces 2a and 2b (hereinafter simply referred to as decorative pieces) shaped like the shape of the decorative piece, and a gap 5a formed at the upper edge of the decorative piece 2b. In addition,
The size of the gap 5a is the size of the gap that occurs when the surface material 1 is bent, or it is arbitrarily formed.By more clearly separating the lower end of the stepped piece 3 and the decorative piece 2b, In addition to promoting the three -dimensional effect of Board A, the appearance is very similar to the appearance of the joints of Board A, eliminating the distinction from the joints, and
This also reinforces the strength of board A. The decorative surface part 2 mainly forms the surface of the surface material in a step-like manner to promote a three-dimensional effect, and even though the board A itself is wide, it looks as if the decorative piece 2 has a narrow width.
This is similar to the case where a plurality of boards each consisting of boards a and 2b are used for construction, so the strength of board A is improved, the boards are prevented from becoming mountain-like, and aesthetics can be maintained. In particular, the recessed portion 4 is
It is effective for clearly forming the dividing line and making the step piece 3 visually larger and clearer, and when the board A is installed, the joint part and the step part 5 are made similar and unified. This creates horizontal lines and creates a wall with a beautiful exterior. The male connecting part 6 has a groove part 7 which is recessed in the upper edge of the decorative surface part 2 in parallel with the longitudinal direction to prevent rain and capillary phenomenon, and a reinforcing rib 8 formed at the tip of the groove part 7.
(in the figure, it is pipe-shaped) and an insertion edge 9 formed from the
It consists of an engagement groove 10 whose upper end is the insertion edge 9, and an extension part 12 which projects outward from the lower edge 11 of the engagement groove 10. To explain further, the extension part 12
is formed from a nailing piece 13, a reinforcing and raising piece 14 whose tip is bent inward in an L-shape parallel to the longitudinal direction, and a tongue piece 15 whose tip is bent inward. . This reinforcing/heightening piece 14 prevents deformation of the extension part 20 when the board A is nailed to the base, and when filling the insulation material 26, it is filled by discharging raw material like synthetic resin foam. The insulation material 26 functions as a mold for the side surface of the board A, and functions to prevent leakage from the side edge.
Further, when the heat insulating material 26 is a molded body, the ends of the heat insulating material 26 are sandwiched to reinforce the integration with the surface material 1 . The female connecting part 16 has a stepped piece 17 with the lower end of the decorative surface part 2 bent inward, an upper edge 18 with the lower end bent inward, and a lower edge 19 by bending the tip of the upper edge 18 outward. It is formed from a fitting groove 20 which is formed and into which the insertion edge 9 is fitted, and a raised portion 21 which is bent inward at the tip of the lower edge 19 and projects. To explain further, the insertion edge 9 is inserted into the fitting groove 20.
When fitted, the upper edge 18 has a length that wraps around the end of the decorative piece 2a (the upper decorative piece of the decorative surface part 2), preventing rainwater from entering from the connecting part of the board, and preventing the intrusion of rainwater from the connecting part of the board. This is to improve waterproofness. In addition, the lower edge 19 is inserted into the engagement groove 10,
Inserting the insertion edge 9 into the fitting groove 20 serves to further strengthen the engagement force. In addition, the raised portion 21 bends the tip of the lower edge 19 inward, and the protruding upper surface piece 22 and the tip of the upper surface piece 22 are bent inward.
It consists of a raised piece 23 bent in a letter shape, which functions as a shape material and a clamping material for the heat insulating material 26, and together with the reinforcing and raised piece 14 , prevents the heat insulating material from leaking to the outside. It functions to strengthen the integration of Moreover, as shown in FIG. 3, the raised portion 21 raises the female connecting portion 16 , and
When engaged, the upper surface piece 22 and the nailing piece 13, the raising piece 23 and the reinforcing/raising piece 14 come into contact, the back side of the board A becomes a flat surface with no gaps, and the base and the board A are in close contact with each other. Therefore, it functions to improve the heat insulation performance of board A. Furthermore, since the raised piece 23 also functions as a stopper at the drop-in position when the board A is installed, a uniform joint can be formed without requiring any skill in the installation. The gutter-shaped portion 24 is a space surrounded by the decorative surface portion 2 and the male and female connecting portions 6 and 16 , and the gutter-like portion 24 is a space surrounded by the decorative surface portion 2 and the male and female connecting portions 6 and 16.
It is for filling. In addition, Fig. 2b,
The dimensions and angles of each part of the surface material 1 shown in c are set as follows. That is, if the angles of the step pieces 3, 17 with respect to the back surface of the board (indicated by line A) are θ 1 , θ 2 and the angles of the decorative pieces 2a, 2b with respect to the step pieces 3, 17 are θ 3 , θ 4 , θ 1 =θ. 2 , or θ 1 ≒ θ 2 θ 3 = θ 4 , or θ 3 ≒ θ 4 , and the step pieces 3 and 17 are parallel or approximately parallel,
The decorative pieces 2a and 2b are parallel or approximately parallel.
Further, the angle θ 5 between the step piece 17 and the upper edge 18 and the angle θ 6 of the fitting groove 20 are determined depending on the insertion edge 9. In addition, the heights of the step pieces 3 and 17 are h 1 and h 2 , the height from the apex 5b of the step part 5 to line A is h 3 , the height from the upper end of the step piece 17 to line A is h 4 , and the reinforcement The height of the vertical piece 14a of the raising piece 14 is h 5 , the height of the raising piece is h 6 , the length from the innermost part of the engagement piece groove 10 to the side edge of the extension part 12 is W 1 , and the length of the lower edge 19 is Letting the length from the tip to the raised piece 23 be W 2 , h 1 = h 2 , or h 1 ≒ h 2 h 3 = h 4 , or h 3 ≒ h 4 h 5 = h 6 , W 1 = W 2 There is a relationship between The backing material 25 is at least the heat insulating material 2

Specifically, it consists of one type of synthetic resin foam, rock wool, glass wool, sheathing board, gypsum board, wood wool cement board, etc., and it is a molded body or one that is discharged with raw materials, molded, solidified, or self-adhesive. It consists of seeds. In addition, when a molded body is used, an adhesive (not shown) is required between the front material 1 and the back material 25. To explain further, the heat insulating material 26 is mainly made of synthetic resin foam, such as resin for polyurethane foam, resin for polyisocyanurate foam, resin for phenol foam, etc.
and one or more flame retardants, flame retardant aids (borax, sodium metaborate, calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, antimony trioxide), bentonite, pearlite grains, shirasu balloons, etc. are added to these. be. In addition, the insulation material 26
As mentioned above, since the back side is in contact with the base, the sealing performance is good and the insulation performance can be further demonstrated. Next, a construction example will be explained. Assume now that the boards shown in FIG. 1 are laid horizontally as shown in FIG. 3 to form an exterior wall. In addition, board A 1 ,
In A 2 , the surface material 1 is a 0.27 mm color steel plate, the back material 25 is aluminum kraft paper, and the heat insulating material 26 is a material for polyisocyanurate foam that is discharged between the surface material 1 and the back material 25. It is made by reacting and foaming, then curing and integrating. Therefore, we fixed the extension 12 of the nth board A 1 to the wall base α consisting of main pillars, studs, waterproof sheets, etc. (the figure shows the wall base when no waterproof sheets are used) via nails β. do. Next, connect the fitting groove 20 of the female connecting portion 16 of the n+1-th board A 2 to the board A 1
It is inserted into the insertion edge 9 of the male type connecting part 6 to form a joint part as shown in FIG. That is, the female connecting portion 16 of board A 2 and the decorative piece 2 of board A 1
The upper end of the board A is in contact with the upper end of the board A, and an appearance that closely resembles the step part 5 of the board A is formed. Further, in order to form the entire outer wall, it is sufficient to carry out the steps described above from the base to the girder.
Note that it is necessary to use a starter (not shown) for the base, and caulking material and accessories for vertical joints, exits, and corners of the wall (not shown). In addition, since the back surfaces of boards A 1 and A 2 and the wall base α are in close contact,
An outer wall is formed in which the inside of the base is highly sealed and the performance of the heat insulating material 26 can be better exhibited. What has been described above is only one embodiment of the board according to the present invention, and the surface material 1 can also be formed as shown in FIGS. 4a to 8a and 8b. The surface material 1 is provided with ribs 27c as shown in the figure (not shown) and has a flat appearance. 9a to 9k show other embodiments of board A, and in figure a, the reinforcing and raising piece 14 of the surface material 1 is removed, and the heat insulating material 26 is exposed on the side edge, or one point is removed. As shown by the chain line, the back material 25
Board A is formed to cover one end of the board A, and board A is formed to cover the side edge of the male connecting portion 6 of the heat insulating material 26 as shown in the figure. Board A inserted inside the board A, Figures d to f show board A with caulking agent 28 having fire retardant and waterproof properties implanted in the hatched areas, and Figure g shows the heat insulating material on the back side of the nailing piece 13. 26 has been removed entirely or about half (not shown) and a noncombustible material (gypsum board, rock wool board) 29 has been placed therein. Boards A and H are shown with the raised piece 23 removed and the heat insulating material 26 as shown in the figure. Board A, figure i, is formed using two layers of heat insulating material 26 (same quality,
or, although not shown, a board A in which a gap is formed between the decorative pieces 2a, 2b of the surface material 1 and the heat insulating material 26, a board A in which three step portions 5 are formed in figure j, and a board A in which three steps 5 are formed in figure k, Board A is made by extruding material 1 . Although not shown, a board A in which the back material 25 is not attached to the back surface of the heat insulating material 26 can also be formed. Of course, the surface material 1 may be a combination of each of FIGS. 4 to 7. As mentioned above, according to the board according to the present invention,
Because at least one step is formed on the decorative surface, the strength is sufficiently reinforced even when the width of the board is widened, and the decorative surface does not become mountain-like, creating a wall with excellent aesthetics. There are features that can be formed. In addition, by providing a recessed part with a gap in the step part, the difference in level between the decorative pieces is much larger than before, giving the entire decorative surface a rich three-dimensional appearance, and the appearance of the side joints of the step part is improved. Since they are at least almost the same, they have the characteristic of being able to form a wall with a beautiful appearance and a rich three-dimensional effect. Furthermore, since a joint is provided at the female connection part, the back side of the insulation material is flat, and when the boards are connected, the back side of the board is flush with the base, and the insulation material covers the base without any gaps. It has the characteristics of improved heat insulation, dew condensation resistance, and fire resistance. Further, since the insulation material is held between both ends by the reinforcing and raising piece of the male type connecting part and the raising piece of the female type connecting part, it has the feature that the integration of the board is strengthened. Furthermore, when the heat insulating material is a synthetic resin foam that is discharged as a liquid raw material and filled by reaction foaming, it functions as a mold material and has the characteristic of preventing leakage from both ends of the heat insulating material. Moreover, since the male and female joints are formed into a drop-down structure, it can be easily carried out by one person. The raised piece acts as a stopper by contacting the raised piece for reinforcement, so the joint width (horizontal) can be reduced. It can be formed uniformly, requires no skill to connect the boards, and because the boards are formed wide, it can be constructed with extremely high efficiency.
