[Detailed Description of the Invention] (Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to a siding board (hereinafter simply referred to as a board) useful for forming horizontal walls in buildings and structures. (Prior art and problems) Examples of this type of board that have been used in the past include Japanese Patent Publication No. 51-29399 and Utility Model Publication No. 51-29399.
These include No. 11882 and Utsuko No. 54-26649. However, the biggest drawback of this type of board is that the decorative surface becomes mountain-like, and walls formed using it have the appearance of a continuous mountain. In other words, when the decorative surface of the board becomes mountain-like, it not only has poor aesthetics, but also is difficult to install, and there are disadvantages such as a lack of waterproofness at the connecting portion and the possibility of the board coming off. In addition, many of these types of boards have a hanging structure, which has the disadvantage of uneven joint width due to construction. Furthermore, the decorative surface of this type of board is flat (including embossed) by design, and
It was just a step or unevenness, lacking a three-dimensional effect, and the working width was small, so it had the disadvantage of lack of workability. In addition, boards of this kind that have a drop-in type connection structure are also known, but these have the drawbacks of lacking three-dimensionality, waterproofness, heat insulation, workability, and economic efficiency. (Purpose of the invention) In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the present invention forms the decorative surface part in a step-like manner, makes the board wide with multiple steps, and forms the corners of the steps into acute or obtuse angles. In addition, the male connecting part has decorative ribs to further emphasize the level difference in the connecting part of the boards and improve the waterproofness of the connecting part of the boards, making it possible for one person to install the boards. It can be easily performed by workers without any skill, and it also creates rhythmic changes on the wall surface.
Moreover, the present invention proposes a board that does not cause deformation of the decorative surface and has significantly improved waterproofness, three-dimensional effect, and engagement force. (Structure of the invention) The board according to the invention will be described below using drawings. That is, as shown in FIG.
Metals (including flat plates and embossed plates) made of one type of steel plate plated with nickel alloy, aluminum/zinc alloy plated steel plate (product name: Gulfuan, Galvalume steel plate, Super Zinc), aluminum plate, aluminum alloy plate, steel plate, etc. A heat insulating material 23 is filled between a surface material 1 and a back surface material 22 formed by a method such as roll molding, press molding, or extrusion molding to form a sandwich structure. To explain further, the surface material 1 is formed from an elongated decorative surface part 2 , a male type connecting part 4 , and a female type connecting part 14 , as shown in FIGS. 2a and 2b. That is,
The decorative surface portion 2 includes a step piece 3 formed with at least one step as shown in the figure parallel to the longitudinal direction at an arbitrary position (approximately the center in the figure) on the surface of a long plate material, and a plurality of step pieces divided by the step pieces 3. It is composed of two long oblique decorative pieces (hereinafter simply referred to as decorative pieces) 2a and 2b. The decorative surface portion 2 mainly forms the surface of the surface material 1 in an inclined step-like shape to promote a three-dimensional effect and improve strength, so that it has sufficient strength even if the board A itself is made wide. In addition, the male connecting part 4 has a groove part 5 which is recessed in parallel to the longitudinal direction of the upper end of the decorative surface part 2 to prevent rain and capillary phenomenon, and a reinforcing rib (pipe-shaped in the figure) formed at the tip of the groove part 5. 6, an engagement groove 8 having the insertion edge 7 as an upper edge, and an extension portion 10 projecting outward from the lower edge 9 of the engagement groove 8. To explain further, the extension part 10 includes a nailing piece 11, a reinforcing/heightening piece 12 whose tip is formed inward in an L-shape, and a tongue piece 1 whose tip is bent inward.
It was formed from 3. This reinforcement/heightening piece 12 serves to prevent the edge of the extension 10 from being deformed during nail driving. Further, the female connecting part 14 has a stepped piece 15 which is bent inward at the lower end of the decorative surface part 2 , the tip of which protrudes briefly outward, and then a decorative rib 16 which is bent inward, and a stepped piece 15 which is bent inward at the lower end of the decorative surface part 2, and a decorative rib 16 which is bent inward. The edge 17 is an upper edge, the tip thereof is bent outward and the fitting groove 18 into which the insertion edge 7 is fitted is formed, and the lower edge 19 thereof is formed by a tongue piece 20 bent inward, The lower edge 19 is inserted into the engagement groove 8 at the same time as the insertion edge 7 is fitted into the engagement groove 18, and serves to further strengthen the engagement force. In addition, the decorative rib 16 clarifies the division at the joint, and by separating the step piece 3 of board A and the joint, it creates periodic changes in the wall surface when forming a wall with board A, and also At the same time, decorative piece 2 of the lower board
It also serves the function of covering the upper end of a and reinforcing the waterproofness of the joint area. The gutter-like portion 21 is a space surrounded by the decorative surface portion 2 and the male and female connecting portions 4 and 14 , and is filled with a heat insulating material 23. Note that the dimensions and angles of each part of the surface material 1 are set as follows. That is, the step piece 3,
The height from the vertices 3a, 15a of 15 to the base line A when board A is installed is h 1 , h 2 , step pieces 3, 1
5 is h 3 , h 4 , step piece 3 and decorative pieces 2a, 2b
Assuming that the angles are θ 1 and θ 2 and the angles between the step piece 15, the decorative piece 2b, and the decorative rib 16 are θ 3 and θ 4 , h 1 = h 2 , or h 1 ≒ h 2 h 3 = h 4 , or The relationship is h 3 ≒ h 4 θ 1 = θ 3 , or θ 1 ≒ θ 3 θ 2 = θ 4 , or θ 2 ≒ θ 4 . Further, the back material 22 is for covering at least the back surface of the heat insulating material 23, and is used to strengthen the mechanical strength of the board A itself by sandwiching it together with the face material 1 and the heat insulating material 23 to form the board A. In addition, non-combustible sheets, waterproof membranes,
It functions as a component of heat shielding sheets, water absorption sheets, soundproof sheets, release sheets, packing materials, reinforcing sheets, etc., and its materials include, for example, asbestos paper, metal foil (Al, Fe, Pb), synthetic resin sheets, Rubber sheet, cloth sheet, glass cloth 1
or a combination of one or more of these, a sheet treated with waterproofing, flame retardant, etc., or one of the metal plates described above. Further, the heat insulating material 23 has at least the gutter-like portion 21 (in the figure, the extension portion 1
0), and the back side of the heat insulating material 23 is formed to be flat, giving the board A itself heat insulation properties, and has secondary functions such as adhesiveness and nonflammability. It is made of one type of material. Specifically, synthetic resin foam, rock wool,
glass wool, sheathing board, gypsum board,
It consists of one type of wood wool cement board, etc., and one type of molded body, or one type of material that is discharged from raw materials, molded, hardened, and self-adhesive. Note that when a molded body is used, an adhesive (not shown) is required between the heat insulating material 23, the surface material 1 , and the back material 22. To explain further, the heat insulating material 23 is mainly made of synthetic resin foams, such as polyurethane foam resins, polyisocyanurate foam resins, phenol foam resins, and flame retardants.
Flame retardant aids (borax, sodium metaborate, calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, antimony trioxide),
It is made of one or more of bentonite, pearlite grains, and shirasu balloons. (Example of construction) Next, an example of construction will be explained. Assume that the board A shown in FIG. 1 is laid horizontally as shown in FIG. 3 to form an outer wall. In addition, in board A, the surface material 1 is a 0.27 mm color steel plate, the back material 22 is aluminum kraft paper, and the heat insulating material 23 is a polyisocyanurate foam raw material discharged between the surface material 1 and the back material 22, reacting and foaming. , hardened, and then cured to integrate. Therefore, the extension part 10 of the n-th stage board A 1 is fixed to the wall base α consisting of main pillars, studs, waterproof sheets, etc. (the figure shows the wall base when no waterproof sheets are used) via nails β. .
Next, the female connecting part 14 of the n+1st stage board A2
The fitting groove 18 is fitted into the insertion edge 7 of the male connecting portion 4 of the board A1 to form a joint as shown in FIG. In other words, the joints are board A 1 , A 2
It is formed to have the same appearance as the step piece 3 of . In other words, female connection part 1 of board A 2
The decorative ribs 16 of No. 4 cover the upper end of the decorative piece 2a of the board A1 , and improve the waterproofness of the joints of the boards A1 and A2 . Furthermore, in order to form the entire outer wall, it is sufficient to carry out the steps described above from the base to the girders. It is necessary to use a starter (not shown) for the base, and caulking material and accessories for vertical joints, external corners, internal corners, etc. (not shown) of the walls. (Other Embodiments) What has been described above is only one embodiment of the board according to the present invention, and the board may also be formed as shown in FIGS. 4 a to 8 a to 8 n. That is, FIGS. 4 a to 4 i are explanatory views showing other embodiments of the extension part 10, and figure a shows the extension part 1 with the tongue piece 13 removed.
Figures 0, b, and c show the edge of the extension 10 or an extension 10 with a protrusion 10a in the middle, and figures d to f show the reinforcing and raising piece 12 not having an L-shaped cross section, but only the vertical piece 12a. A surface material 1 in which vertical ribs 24a (not shown) or ribs 24b are formed on the decorative pieces 2a and 2b as shown by the dashed-dotted lines, Figure b shows the decorative piece 2a and the stepped piece 3, and the decorative piece 2b and the stepped piece. 15 (not shown) is provided with ribs 24c as shown in the figure, and the surface material 1 has a flat tile-like appearance. 8A to 8N show other embodiments of board A, and in FIG. Back material 22
Board A is formed to cover one end of the male connector 4, and board A is formed to cover the side edge of the male connecting portion 4 as shown in the figure. Boards A, d to g are board A in which fire-retardant and waterproof caulking material 25 is planted in the hatched areas, and board h is board A in which the insulation material 23 on the back side of the nailing piece 11 is completely removed, or Although not shown, half of the board A is removed and a noncombustible material (gypsum board, rock wool board) 26 is placed there. Figure i shows the back side of the heat insulating material 23, and board A is used as the wall base. No gaps are formed between Board A and the wall base during construction.
Boards A and j formed to be in close contact
The figure shows board A with two layers of heat insulating material 23 (same and different), figure k shows board A with voids 27 formed on the back of decorative pieces 2a and 2b, and figure l shows board A with two layers of step pieces 3 formed. , m shows a board A with the reinforcing/heightening piece 12 removed and the back side of the nailing piece 11 of the heat insulating material 23 removed, and the back side is made flat, and n shows a board with the surface material 1 extruded. It is A. Although not shown, a back material 2 is provided on the back surface of the heat insulating material 23.
It is also possible to form a board A to which no 2 is attached. Of course, the surface material 1 may be a combination of each of FIGS. 4 to 7. (Effect of the invention) As mentioned above, according to the board according to the invention,
Since at least one step is formed on the decorative surface, the strength is sufficiently reinforced, and even if the board is made wide, it looks like it is made up of multiple boards, so it does not look like a mountain. There is nothing to do. Decorative ribs are formed on the female joints of the boards, improving waterproofness at the joints.
Since the male and female connecting portions are formed in the above-mentioned drop-in structure, even one person can perform the construction, and the joint width (horizontal) can be formed to be constant. No skill is required to connect the boards, and construction can be performed with extremely high efficiency. The board has a sanderch structure, which improves its strength. When a wall is formed from boards, there are changes in the step portions and side joints, and by creating periodic changes in the wall, it is possible to form a wall with a beautiful appearance and a rich three-dimensional effect. Since the board is wide, it is easy to install, and the width of the material can be used effectively, making it highly economical. The board is filled with a heat insulating material as a core material, and the side joints are double layers of heat insulating material, making it possible to form a wall with excellent heat insulation properties. When synthetic resin foam is used as a heat insulating material, it is lightweight and has excellent heat insulating properties, and the constituent materials can be formed into one piece very easily without an adhesive by utilizing the self-adhesive properties of foaming. When the boards are installed, a continuous triangular space is created between the boards and the wall base, creating an air cycle effect.
