These include No. 11882 and Utsuko No. 54-26649. However, the biggest drawback of this type of board is that the decorative surface becomes mountain-like, and walls formed using it have the appearance of a continuous mountain. Additionally, this type of board often has a hanging structure, which has the disadvantage of uneven joint width due to construction. Furthermore, the decorative surface of this type of board is flat (including embossing) due to its design, and is merely a step or uneven surface, which has the disadvantage of lacking a three-dimensional effect. In addition, boards with a drop-in type connection structure are also known, but because the drainage part at the connection part is small, the waterproofness at the side joints is poor, so the base of the board is made of felt, etc. A waterproof sheet-like material had to be installed, which had the disadvantage of poor workability.

In addition, the horizontal joints and the stepped portions formed when the boards are connected look very similar to each other, and the boards can be easily installed by one worker without requiring any skill. In addition, by disposing the back material on the entire back surface of the board, thermal bridging by the surface material is prevented, and by making the back material protrude outward from the side edge of the male connection part. The present invention proposes a board that has improved waterproofness at the side joints, and also significantly enhances the engagement force and three-dimensional effect.

That is, as shown in FIG. 1, the board A is made of, for example, a surface-treated steel sheet, a steel sheet plated with a zinc-nickel alloy, an aluminum-zinc alloy plated steel sheet (product name: Gulfuan, Galvalume Steel Sheet, Super Zinc), or an aluminum sheet. Surface material 1 and back surface material 22 formed by forming metal plates (including flat plates and embossed plates) made of one type of aluminum alloy plate, copper plate, etc. by roll or press, or by one type of extrusion molding. A heat insulating material 21 is integrally filled between them to form a sandwich structure. To explain further, as shown in FIG.
1 and a gutter-like part 20 filled with water. That is, the decorative surface part 2 is formed by forming at least one level difference piece 3 parallel to the longitudinal direction of the surface at an arbitrary position (approximately the center in the figure) on the surface of a long plate material, and extending the lower end inward and then outward. A plurality of long slanted decorative pieces (hereinafter simply referred to as decorative pieces) are folded back toward the side and divided by a stepped part 5 formed from a recessed part 4 having a depth of about 1 to 10 mm, and a stepped piece 3. 2a,
2b. The size of the gap 5a in the recessed portion 4 is the size of the gap that occurs when the surface material 1 is bent, or it is formed arbitrarily, and is determined by clearly separating the lower end of the stepped piece 3 and the decorative piece 2b. This promotes the three-dimensionality of the decorative surface section 2, and also makes the appearance closely similar to the horizontal joint section when Board A is installed, creating a unified line on the wall, improving aesthetics, and increasing strength. It is reinforcing. In addition, the male connecting portion 6 is connected to the decorative surface portion 2.
An insertion edge 9 formed from a groove 7 which is recessed in parallel to the longitudinal direction of the decorative piece 2a to prevent rain and capillarity, and a reinforcing rib 8 (pipe-shaped in the figure) formed at the tip of the groove 7. An engagement groove 10 whose upper end is the insertion edge 9, an extension portion 12 that projects outward from the lower end 11 of the engagement groove 10, and a flap-like tongue piece 13 provided at the tip of the extension portion 12. This is what I did. The female connecting portion 14 includes a stepped piece 15 which is formed by bending the side end of the decorative piece 2b inward, its lower end is bent inward to form an upper edge 16, and the tip of the upper edge 16 is bent outward to form a lower edge. 17
It is formed from a fitting groove 18 formed in a horizontal U-shape in cross section, and a tongue piece 19 whose tip of the lower edge 17 is bent into a seam shape. It is inserted into the engagement groove 10 when fitting into the groove 18, and is useful for further strengthening the engagement force and waterproofness. Note that the dimensions and angles of each part of the surface material 1 are set as follows. In other words, as shown in Fig. 2b, the height from the vertices 3a, 15a of the step pieces 3, 15 to the base line A when board A is installed is
h 1 , h 2 , heights of the step pieces 3, 15 are h 3 , h 4 , angles of the step pieces 3, 15 with respect to the base line A are θ 1 , θ 2 , decorative pieces 2a, 2b and the step pieces 3, 15 θ 3 ,
θ 4 , then h 1 = h 2 , or h 1 ≒ h 2 h 3 = h 4 , or h 3 ≒ h 4 θ 1 = θ 2 , or θ 1 ≒ θ 2 θ 3 = θ 4 , or θ There is a relationship of 3 ≒ θ 4 . Further, θ 1 and θ 2 may be arbitrary angles, for example, 45 to 110 degrees. The above relationship is so that when the board A is installed on the building frame α as shown in Fig. 3, the step part 5 and the horizontal joint part form almost the same appearance, and the wall formed by the board A is Creates unified horizontal lines, improves aesthetics,
This is to create a three-dimensional effect more clearly. In addition, the gutter-like portion 20 connects the decorative surface portion 2 to the male and female connecting portions 6 and 14.
This is a space surrounded by , and is for filling the heat insulating material 21 . The heat insulating material 21 is filled in at least the gutter-shaped portion 21 to impart heat insulating properties to the board A, and is made of one type of material that has secondary functions such as adhesiveness and nonflammability. Specifically, it consists of one type of synthetic resin foam, rock wool, glass wool, sheathing board, gypsum board, wood wool cement board, etc., and is discharged as a raw material, molded,
It is made of one type, such as one that hardens, self-adhesive, or a molded body. In addition, when using a molded body, an adhesive (not shown) is required between the heat insulating material 21, the surface material 1, and the back material 22. To explain further, the heat insulating material 21 is mainly made of synthetic resin foam, such as resin for polyurethane foam, resin for phenol foam, resin for polyisocyanurate foam, and flame retardants and flame retardant aids (borax, methane). Sodium borate, antimony trioxide,
Calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide), bentonite, pearlite grains, and shirasu balloons. The back material 22 covers the back surface of the board A and is disposed so as to have a protrusion 22a that projects outward from the tip of the extension 12 by ΔW. By forming a sanderch structure together with 21, the mechanical strength of the board A itself is strengthened, and the waterproofness of the horizontal joints is improved. In addition, non-combustible sheets, waterproof membranes, heat shield sheets, water absorption sheets, soundproof sheets, release sheets,
It functions as a member of packing material, reinforcing sheet, etc. The material is, for example, one of asbestos paper, kraft paper, asphalt felt, metal foil (Al, Pb, Fe), synthetic resin sheet, rubber sheet, cloth sheet, glass cloth, or a combination of one or more of these. Alternatively, this type of sheet may be treated to make it waterproof, flame retardant, etc., or it may be made of one type of metal plate as described above. To explain further, since the back material 22 has a protrusion 22a that protrudes outward by ΔW from the side edge of the extension part 12, when the board A is installed, the protrusion of the back material 21 as shown in FIG. 2
2a extends to the back surface of the upper board A and prevents rainwater etc. from penetrating through the side joints from penetrating into the wall base, improving the waterproofness of the side joints. In addition, when installing Board A, there is no need to place a sheet-like material such as asphalt felt on the wall base, and the nailing work is made easier because the construction can be done while observing the rim while installing Board A. can.

Since at least one stepped portion is formed in the decorative surface portion, the strength is sufficiently reinforced and the decorative surface does not become mountain-like. Because the decorative pieces are tilted at an acute angle with respect to the base, the steps of the boards are emphasized, creating a wall with a rich three-dimensional effect. Since the recessed part with a gap is provided in the step part, the horizontal joint part and the step part have a very similar appearance, creating a uniform horizontal line in the wall body, and making it possible to construct a wall body with excellent aesthetics. Since the male and female joints have the above-mentioned drop-in structure, it can be easily constructed by one person, the joint width (horizontal) can be kept constant, and it is highly waterproof. Since the backing material protrudes outward from the side edge of the male connection part of the board, waterproofness at the horizontal joints is improved. The board has a sanderch structure, which improves its strength. The core material of the board is filled with a heat insulating material, and the side joints have a double layer of heat insulating material, so it has excellent heat insulation properties. Because the surface material is wide, it is easy to install,
Moreover, it is highly economical because the width of the material can be used effectively. Since the back material covers the entire back surface of the board, the surface material does not form a thermal bridge, improving insulation. There are other effects.
