No. 2, O-Jikko No. 54-26649, etc. However, the biggest drawback of this type of board is that the decorative surface has a mountain-like shape, and a wall formed using this has the appearance of a continuous mountain. In addition, this type of board has many hook structures, and has the disadvantage that the width of the joints is uneven due to construction. Furthermore, the decorative surface of this type of board is flat (including embossing) due to its design, and is merely a step or uneven surface, which has the disadvantage of lacking a three-dimensional effect. In addition, boards with a drop-in type connection structure are also known among this type of board, but because the drainage part at the connection part is small, the waterproofness at the side joint part is inferior.
A waterproof sheet-like material such as felt had to be placed on the base of the board, which had the disadvantage of poor workability.

(Objective of the Invention) In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention forms the decorative surface part in a step-like manner and provides the step part with a recessed part having a void that strengthens the step, thereby making the dividing line even better. In addition, the horizontal joints and the stepped portions formed when the boards are connected look very similar to each other, and the boards can be easily installed by one worker without requiring any skill. In addition, by disposing the back material on the entire back surface of the board, thermal bridging by the surface material is prevented, and by making the back material protrude outward from the side edge of the male connection part. The present invention proposes a board that has improved waterproofness at the side joints, and also significantly enhances the engagement force and three-dimensional effect.

(Structure of the Invention) The structure of the board according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. That is, as shown in FIG. 1, the board A is made of, for example, a surface-treated steel sheet, a steel sheet plated with a zinc-nickel alloy, or an aluminum-zinc alloy plated steel sheet (product name Galfan, Galvalume steel sheet, Super Zinc).
, on a surface material formed by forming a metal plate (including flat plate and embossed plate) made of one type of aluminum plate, aluminum alloy plate, copper plate, etc. by roll or press, or by one type of extrusion molding. The heat insulating material 21 is integrally filled between the backing materials 22 to form a sandwich structure. To explain further, on the surface material, as shown in FIG. It is composed of That is, the main decorative surface part is formed by forming at least one stepped piece 3 parallel to the longitudinal direction of the surface at an arbitrary position (almost in the center in the figure) on the surface of a long plate material, and moving the lower end inward and then outward. A plurality of long slanted decorative pieces (hereinafter simply referred to as decorative pieces) are folded back toward the side and separated by a stepped part 5 formed from a recessed part 4 with a depth of about 1 to 10 degrees, and a stepped piece 3. ) 2a and 2b. The size of the gap 5a is the size of the gap that occurs on the surface material when it is bent, or it is arbitrarily formed.
By clearly separating the lower end of the step piece 3 and the decorative piece 2b, the three-dimensional effect of the decorative surface part 1 is promoted, and by making the appearance closely similar to the horizontal joint part when the board is installed, it is unified into the wall body. This creates sharp lines, improves aesthetics, and also reinforces strength. In addition, the male connecting part i has a groove part 7 in which the upper edge of the main part of the decorative surface part is depressed parallel to the elongated direction to prevent rain and capillary phenomenon, and a reinforcing rib 8 (in the figure, it is shaped like a pipe) formed at the tip of the groove part 7. ), an engagement groove 10 with the insertion edge 9 as the upper end, and an engagement groove 1.
0, an extension part 12 which protrudes outward from the lower end 11 of the extension part 1;
2 and a flap-like tongue piece 13 provided at the tip of the tongue. The female type connecting part has a stepped piece 15 whose lower end is bent inwardly and an upper edge 16 whose lower edge is bent inwardly.
A lower edge 17 is formed by bending the tip of the upper edge 16 outward, a fitting groove 18 having a U-shaped cross section, and a tongue piece 19 by bending the tip of the lower edge 17 inward. and
The lower edge 17 is inserted into the engagement groove 10 when the insertion edge 9 is fitted into the engagement groove 18, and serves to further strengthen the engagement force and waterproofness. The dimensions and angles of each part on the surface material were set as follows. That is, Fig. 2(b)
As shown in the figure, the height from the apex 3a, 15a of the step piece 3.15 to the base line A when board A is installed is -h1.
, h2, the height of the step piece 3.15 is h3, h 4, the angle of the step piece 3.15 with respect to the base line A is θ1, θ2, the angle between the decorative pieces 2a, 2b and the step piece 3.15 is θ3, Assuming θ4, the relationship is as follows: h, = h2, or =, h2 h3 = h4, or = h4 θ, = θ2, or θ, #θ2 θ3 = θ4, or θ9'4θ4. Further, θ1 and θ2 may be arbitrary angles, for example, about 45 to 110 degrees. The above relationship is so that when board A is installed on one body α as shown in Fig. 3, the step part 5 and the horizontal joint part form almost the same appearance, and the wall formed by board A This is to create a unified horizontal line for the body, improve aesthetics, and create a clear three-dimensional effect. Moreover, the gutter-like part 20 is a space surrounded by the decorative surface part D and the male and female type connecting part H, and the heat insulating material 21
It is for filling. The heat insulating material 21 is filled in at least the gutter-like portion 20 to impart heat insulating properties to the board A, and is made of one type of material that has secondary functions such as adhesiveness and nonflammability. Specifically, synthetic resin foam, rock wool, glass wool, sheathing board,
It is made of one type such as a gypsum board or a wood wool cement board, and it is made of one type such as a material that is discharged from a raw material, molded, hardened, and self-adhesive, or a molded body. In addition, when a molded body is used, an adhesive (not shown) is required between the heat insulating material 21, the surface material, and the back material 22. To explain further, synthetic resin foam is mainly used as the heat insulating material 21, such as resin for polyurethane foam, resin for phenol foam, resin for polyisocyanurate foam, and flame retardants and flame retardant aids (borax, methane). It consists of one or more of the following: sodium borate, antimony dioxide, calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide), bentonite, pearlite grains, and shirasu balloons. The back surface material 22 covers the back surface of the board A and is arranged so as to protrude outward by ΔW from the tip of the extension part 12, and the board A is formed into a sandwich structure together with the heat insulating material 21 on the surface material. This not only strengthens the mechanical strength of the board A itself, but also improves the waterproofness of the horizontal joints. Moreover, it functions as a member of a noncombustible sheet, a waterproof membrane, a heat shield sheet, a water absorbing sheet, a soundproof sheet, a release sheet, a backing material, a reinforcing sheet, and the like. The material is, for example, one of asbestos paper, kraft paper, asphalt felt, metal foil (An!, Pb, Fe), synthetic resin sheet, rubber sheet, cloth sheet, glass cloth, or a combination of one or more of these. Alternatively, this type of sheet may be treated to make it waterproof or flame retardant, or it may be made of one type of metal plate as described above. To explain further, since the backing material 22 has a protruding part 22a that projects outward by ΔW from the side edge of the extension part 12, when the board A is installed, the backing material 22 has a
The protrusion 22a of No. 1 extends to the back surface of the upper board A,
Since rainwater, etc. that enter through the side joints are prevented from penetrating into the wall base, the waterproofness of the side joints is improved. In addition, when installing Board A, there is no need to place a sheet-like material such as asphalt felt on the wall base, and the nailing work is easier because you can watch the rim while installing Board A. can.

The boards A1 and A2 were formed using a 0.27 mm thick color steel plate on a surface material as shown in FIG. 2(a). In addition, aluminum kraft paper was used for the backing material 22, and the heat insulating material 21 was made by discharging the raw material for polyisocyanurate foam between the surface material and the backing material 22, reacting and foaming, and then curing and integrating. It is something. Therefore, the extension part 12 of the nth board A1 is placed on the wall base α consisting of the main pillars, studs, etc.

Next, fit the fitting groove 18 for the female connection part of the n+1-th board A2 into the insertion edge 9 of the male connection part work of the board A1,
This forms horizontal joints as shown in Figure 3. Furthermore, in order to form the entire wall, the steps described above may be performed from the base toward the girder. The wall body formed in this manner has excellent waterproofness at the horizontal joints, and the horizontal joints and the stepped portions 5 have a very similar appearance, so that uniform horizontal lines are created and the wall is aesthetically pleasing. Note that the protruding portion 22 may be fixed to the wall base with nails, joints, etc., or it may be simply held at one end with the upper board A. In addition, it is necessary to use a starter (not shown) for the base, caulking material, and accessories for the exit and entry corners (not shown).

■Since a recess with a void is provided in the step part, the horizontal joint part and the step part have a very similar appearance, creating a unified horizontal line in the wall, and making it possible to construct a wall with excellent aesthetics. . ■Since the male and female joints have the above-mentioned drop-in structure, it can be easily installed by one person, and the joint width (horizontal)
can be kept constant, and has excellent waterproofness. ■
Since the backing material protrudes outward from the side edge of the male connection part of the board, waterproofness at the horizontal joints is improved. ■The board has a sand inch structure, which improves its strength. ■The core material of the board is filled with heat insulating material, and the side joints have a double layer of heat insulating material, providing excellent heat insulation. Since the width of the surface material is wide, it is easy to work with, and the width of the material can be used effectively, making it highly economical. ■Since the back material covers the entire back surface of the board, the surface material does not form a thermal bridge, improving insulation.
