No. 2, @Jitko No. 54-26649, etc. However, the biggest drawback of this type of board is that the decorative surface becomes mountain-like, and walls formed using it have the appearance of a continuous mountain. In other words, when the decorative surface of the board becomes mountain-like, it not only has poor aesthetics, but also has disadvantages such as difficulty in construction, lack of waterproofness at the connecting portion, and the possibility of separation. In addition, this type of board has many hook structures, and has the disadvantage that the width of the joints is uneven due to construction. Furthermore, this type of board has a flat decorative surface (
(including embossing), and it is merely a step or unevenness, lacking a three-dimensional effect, and the width of the gap is small, resulting in a disadvantage of poor workability. In addition, boards of this type that have a drop-in type connection structure are also known, but these have the disadvantages of lacking three-dimensionality, waterproofness, heat insulation, workability, and economic efficiency.

さらに、断熱材、表面材のいずれかが水平面的でないと
製造が容易でない欠点があった。

In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the present invention forms the decorative surface part in a step-like manner, and the corners of the steps are formed at acute angles or obtuse angles to make the step portion more clear, and when the boards are connected. The appearance of the joints in the male and female connecting parts that are formed is structured to closely resemble the step appearance of the decorative surface part, and the construction of the board is easy and can be done by one worker without the need for skill. Moreover, the present invention proposes a board that has a uniform horizontal joint width, is easy to manufacture, does not cause deformation of the decorative surface, and is waterproof and has a three-dimensional effect.

The board according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In other words, as shown in Figure 1, board A is made of, for example, surface-treated steel sheets, steel sheets plated with zinc/Ninkel alloy, aluminum/zinc alloy plated steel sheets (product names: Galfan, Galvalume steel sheet, Super Zinc), Roll metal plates (including flat plates and embossed plates) made of one type of aluminum plate, aluminum alloy plate, copper plate, etc.
Alternatively, a sandwich structure is obtained by integrally filling a heat insulating material 23 between the surface material 22 and the surface material 22 formed by press molding or extrusion molding or the like as shown in FIG. It is. To explain further, the surface material is composed of a long decorative surface part 1, a male connecting part side, a female connecting part side, and a gutter-like part 21 filled with a heat insulating material 23. In other words, the decorative surface section has at least one step formed at an arbitrary position (in the center in the figure) on the surface of the long plate material, parallel to the longitudinal direction of the surface, as shown in the figure, and its lower end is turned outward. It is composed of a plurality of long oblique decorative pieces 4.5 (hereinafter simply referred to as decorative pieces) which are folded back and sectioned. The above-mentioned decorative surface mainly forms the surface of the surface material in a slanted step shape to promote a three-dimensional effect.
It helps improve strength. In addition, the male connection part has a groove part 7 that is recessed parallel to the longitudinal direction at the upper end of the decorative surface part clump to prevent rain and capillarity, and a reinforcing rib 8 formed at the tip of the groove part 8 (in the figure, it is a pipe pipe). The engagement groove 10 has the insertion edge 9 as its upper edge, and the extension portion 12 projects outward from the lower edge 11 of the engagement volume 10. To explain further, the extension part 12
is formed from a nailing piece 13 and a tongue piece 14 whose tip is bent outward. The female type connecting part (■) has a step piece 16 whose lower end of the decorative surface part is bent inward, an upper edge 17 whose lower edge is bent inward, and a lower edge 18 whose tip is bent outward.
A fitting groove 19 and a lower edge 1 forming a fitting groove 19 into which the insertion edge 9 is fitted.
The lower edge 18 is inserted into the engagement groove 19 and serves to further strengthen the engagement force. Moreover, the gutter-like part 21 is a space surrounded by the decorative surface part 1 and the male and female connecting parts (2) and (2), and is for filling with a heat insulating material 23. The dimensions and angles of each part on the surface material were set as follows. The angles θ1 and θ2 of the decorative piece 4.5 with respect to the horizontal line A are θ1 - θ2, or θ1 length θ2, or a somewhat different θ.
1 mm θ2, the angles θ3 and θ4 between the decorative surface 4 and the stepped portion 3, and between the decorative piece 5 and the stepped piece 16 are θ3-θ4, or θ3#
For example, θ3=90°±α, step piece 16 and upper edge 1
The angle θ5 between 7 and the angle θG of the fitting groove 19 are determined according to the angle of the insertion edge 9. In addition, the angle θ7 between the stepped portion 3 and the decorative piece 5, and the board A1 as shown in FIG.
, A2, where the angle of the horizontal joint portion is θ8, it is formed to be about 07-00, or θ7#θ8.
