[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a drop-in type siding board (hereinafter simply referred to as a board) useful for forming horizontal walls for the interior and exterior of buildings and structures. Examples of this type of board that have been used in the past include A○Special Publication No. 51-29339 and B○Jetko No. 51-
There are No. 11882, C○Jitko No. 54-26649, etc. However, the biggest drawback of this type of board is that
The problem was that the horizontal joints when the boards were connected lacked waterproofness and insulation. Additionally, this type of board often has a hanging structure, which has the disadvantage of uneven joint width due to construction. Furthermore, the decorative surface of this type of board is flat (including embossing) due to its design, and is merely a step or uneven surface, which has the disadvantage of lacking a three-dimensional effect. In addition, boards with a drop-in type connection structure are also known among this type of board, but these have disadvantages in terms of three-dimensional appearance, waterproofness, heat insulation, and workability. In order to eliminate these drawbacks, the present invention forms the decorative surface part in an inclined shape so that a sloped wall body with an emphasized appearance that is not just a step between the boards can be constructed, and the construction of the boards is facilitated. Therefore, it can be carried out by one worker without requiring any skill, and the width of the horizontal joints is uniform. In addition, it forms a horizontal surface, which facilitates manufacturing, and the horizontal joints are easy to clean during construction. This project proposes a board with significantly improved waterproof and thermal insulation properties. The board according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. That is, as shown in FIG. 1, the board A has a sandwich structure in which a heat insulating material 20 is integrally filled between the front surface material 1 and the back surface material 19. To further explain, the surface material 1 is, for example, a surface-treated steel plate, a steel plate plated with a zinc/nickel alloy, an aluminum/zinc alloy plated steel plate (product name: GULF-AN, GALVARYUM steel plate, SUPER ZINK), an aluminum plate, an aluminum alloy plate,
A metal plate (including flat plates and embossed plates) made of one type of metal plate, such as a copper plate, is formed into the shape shown in Figure 2 by a roll or press, or by a method such as extrusion. It is something. Its shape is composed of an elongated decorative surface part 2, a male connecting part 3, a bottom part 13, a female connecting part 14 , and a gutter-like part 18 filled with a heat insulating material 20.
That is, the decorative surface part 2 is a long piece that is inclined from the male type connecting part 3 toward the female type connecting part 14 . In addition, the male connecting part 3 has a groove part 4 in which the upper edge of the decorative surface part 2 is recessed parallel to the longitudinal direction to prevent rain and capillarity, and a reinforcing rib 5 (in the figure, a groove part 4 is formed at the tip of the groove part 4). The engagement groove 7 has the insertion edge 6 as its upper end, and the extension portion 9 projects outward from the lower edge 8 of the engagement groove 7. To explain further, the extension part 9
It is formed of a nailing piece 10, a reinforcing/heightening piece 11 whose tip is bent inward in an L-shape parallel to the longitudinal direction, and a tongue piece 12 whose tip is bent inward. Further, the bottom surface portion 13 is formed by forming the lower end of the decorative surface portion 2 at either an acute angle or an obtuse angle inward with respect to the decorative surface portion 2, and is intended to drain water and promote a three-dimensional effect. Further, the female connecting portion 14 has an edge of the bottom portion 13 formed in a U-shape, and an insertion edge 6.
It is formed from a fitting groove 15 that fits into the fitting groove 15 and a tongue piece 17 provided at the tip of the lower edge 16 of the fitting groove 15, and the lower edge 16 is inserted into the engagement groove 7 to further strengthen the engagement force. It is useful to do. In addition, the gutter-like part 1
Reference numeral 8 denotes a space surrounded by the decorative surface section 2, the bottom surface section 13, and the male and female connecting sections 3 and 14 , which is filled with a heat insulating material 20. Note that the dimensions and angles of each part of the surface material 1 are set as follows.
That is, the angle θ 1 of the decorative surface portion 2 with respect to the horizontal line A
= about 1 to 20 degrees, angle θ 2 between the decorative surface part 2 and the bottom part 13 = 90°±Δα, the upper edge 1 of the bottom part 13 and the fitting groove 15
Angle θ 3 between 5a = 90°±Δβ, upper edge 1 of fitting groove 15
The angle θ 4 between 5a and the lower edge 16 corresponds to the angle of the insertion edge 6, or the upper edge 15a and the lower edge 16 are parallel. In addition, the height relationship is that h 1 and h 2 of the male and female connecting portions 3 and 14 are h 2 > h 1 , the height of the reinforcing and raising piece 11 is h 3 , and the height of the fitting groove 15 is from the horizontal line A to The height to the surface of the tongue piece 17 is h4 , and the height from the horizontal line A to the connecting part (side joint) of board A is H (third
), then h 3 = h 4 , or h 3 ≒ h 4 , H
= h 2 + h 4 or h 1 + h 2 , the depth of the engagement groove 7
d 1 , the depth of the fitting groove 15 is d 2 , the length from the tip of the insertion edge 6 to the groove part 4 is l 1 , the length from the bottom part 13 to the fitting groove 1
If the length to the deepest part of 5 is l 2 , then d 1 = d 2 , d 1
d 2 , l 2 >l 1 . The reason for setting l 2 > l 1 is to ensure that the horizontal joints of board A are waterproof, especially to form gaps B that prevent capillary action, as shown in Figure 3, and to prevent grooves 4 from being exposed on the decorative surface. This is to form a first waterproof structure. Further, the back material 19 described above is for covering at least the back surface of the heat insulating material 20, and not only strengthens the mechanical strength of the board itself, but also serves as a noncombustible sheet, a waterproof film, a heat shield sheet, a water absorbing sheet, a soundproof sheet, and a peelable sheet. It functions as a member of sheets, packing materials, reinforcing sheets, etc., such as asbestos paper, kraft paper, asphalt felt,
One type of metal foil (Al, Pb, Fe), synthetic resin sheet, rubber sheet, cloth sheet, glass cloth, or a combination of one or more of these, or waterproof, flame retardant, etc. for this type of sheet. or a metal plate as described above.
It consists of seeds. Further, the heat insulating material 20 is filled in at least a space formed by the back surface of the decorative surface section 2, the back surface of the bottom surface section 13, and the back surface of the female connecting section 14 (in the figure, up to the back surface of the extension section 9 of the male connecting section 3 ). At the same time, it bulges out in a slope from the male type connecting part 3 toward the female type connecting part 14 in order to make the back surface of the board A a horizontal surface, and when the board A is connected to the end of the female type connecting part 14 , the lower side A notch 21 is formed to accommodate the male connecting portion 3 of the board. That is, the heat insulating material 20 is divided into an upper layer 20a for convenience.
A bulging portion 20b with a triangular cross-sectional shape shown by hatching
and a notch 21, which mainly gives the board itself insulation properties, workability, and productivity (if there is a horizontal surface, continuous production is possible with belts and rollers), and secondarily gives it adhesive properties. It is made of a type of material that has features such as nonflammability. Specifically, it consists of one type of synthetic resin foam, rock wool, glass wool, sheathing board, gypsum board, wood wool cement board, etc., and it is a molded body or one that is discharged with raw materials, molded, solidified, or self-adhesive. It consists of seeds. Note that when a molded body is used, an adhesive (not shown) is required between the front material 1 and the back material 19. To explain further, the heat insulating material 20 is mainly made of synthetic resin foams, such as resins for polyurethane foam, resins for polyisocyanurate foam, resins for phenol foam, and flame retardants and flame retardant aids (borax, sodium metaborate). , calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, antimony trioxide, bentonite, pearlite grains,
It is made by adding one or more types of whitebait balloons. Next, a construction example will be explained. Assume now that the boards shown in FIG. 1 are laid horizontally as shown in FIG. 3 to form an exterior wall.
In addition, for boards A 1 and A 2 , the surface material 1 is a 0.27 mm color steel plate, the back material 19 is aluminum kraft paper, and the insulation material 20 is a material for polyisocyanurate foam discharged between the surface material 1 and the back material 19. , reacted and foamed, and then cured and integrated. Therefore, the nailing piece 10 of board A 1 of the nth stage is attached to the wall base consisting of main pillars, studs, waterproof sheets, etc. (the figure shows the wall base when no waterproof sheet is used) α.
is fixed through nail β. Next, insert the fitting groove 15 of the female connecting portion 14 of the n+1st stage board A 2 into the board.
It is inserted into the insertion edge 6 of the male connecting part 3 of A1 to form a horizontal joint part as shown in FIG. In addition, in order to form the entire outer wall, it is sufficient to carry out the steps described above from the base to the girder. In addition, a starter (not shown) is attached to the base.
It is necessary to use caulking material and accessories at vertical joints, exits, and entrance corners of the wall (not shown). What has been described above is only one embodiment of the board according to the present invention, and the board may also be formed as shown in FIGS. 4 a-i to 7 a-j. That is, FIGS. 4 a-i to 6 a-i show other embodiments of the surface material 1 , and FIGS. 7 a-j show other embodiments of the board. To explain further, Fig. 4 a~

Figures b and c show an extension part in which a protrusion 9a is formed at the tip of the nailing piece 10 or in the middle thereof in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the decorative surface part 2 to further strengthen the engagement force and waterproofness.
Figures to f show an extension of the reinforcing/heightening piece 11 formed only by the vertical piece 11a without making it an L-shaped cross section, and figure g shows the reinforcing/heightening piece 11 having an inverted L-shaped cross section, and nails are formed as necessary. An extension part that also functions as a connecting part, in figure h, the nailing piece 11 is inclined at an angle θ 5 , and the female connecting part 14 is
Figure i shows an extension from which the vertical piece 11a of the reinforcement/heightening piece 11 has been removed.
Note that figure e shows a tongue piece 11b at the lower end, and figure f shows an extension of the vertical piece 11a with a height h 5 of, for example, h 3 /2. Moreover, FIGS. 5a to 5e show the male type connecting part 3 ,
This is another example of the groove portion 4 and the engagement groove 7, in which figure a shows the engagement groove 7 formed so that the upper edge 7a of the engagement groove 7 forms an angle θ 6 with respect to the nail driving piece 10, and figure b Fig. c shows the engagement groove with the upper edge 7a made almost horizontal, and Fig. c shows the groove portion 4.
A groove 4 is formed so that the bottom surface 4a and the upper edge 7a are parallel to each other. Figure d shows an engagement groove with groove 4 removed.
The figure shows a male connecting portion 3 in which the tip of the insertion edge 6 is formed into a protruding shape and the groove portion 4 is not particularly provided. 6A to 6I show other embodiments of the female connecting portion 14 , and FIG. 6A shows a groove 15b formed in the middle of the upper edge 15a parallel to the longitudinal direction, or a rib (not shown) is formed, Female type connection part for waterproofing and strengthening of engagement force, figure b has a groove 16a on the lower edge 16 similar to figure a
Figures c and d are female type connectors that are formed to show the innermost part of the fitting groove 15 and prevent capillary action, and figures e and f are female type connectors that are formed to show the innermost part of the fitting groove 15 and the lower end of the bottom part 13. The corner part formed by the upper edge 15a is formed as shown in the figure, and the female type connection part is designed to strengthen waterproofness and step height . Figure h shows a female type connection part with the tongue piece 17 bent outward, and figure i shows a female type connection part where an acute angle θ 8 is formed between the decorative surface part 2 and the bottom part 13. . Of course, the tongue piece 17 can be formed to be longer inwardly if necessary. In addition, in FIG. 7a, the reinforcing/heightening piece 11 of the surface material 1 is removed, and the heat insulating material 20 is exposed at the side edge or is formed so as to be covered with one end of the back material 19 as shown by the dashed line. Board, figure b is a board formed with the side edge of the male connecting part 3 of the heat insulating material 20 as shown in the figure, figure c is a board inserted inside so as to show at least one end of the back material 19, figure d is a hatching. A board with caulking material 22 having fire retardant, waterproof, etc. properties installed in at least one part of the part shown in Figure e, the insulation material 20 on the back side of the nailing piece 10 is completely removed, or half of it (not shown) is removed. Then install fireproof material 23 made of noncombustible material (gypsum board, rock wool board, etc.)
Figure f shows a board with the bottom part 13 formed at an acute angle, Figure g shows a board with the bottom part 13 formed at an obtuse angle, and Figure H shows a board with a recess 24 formed in the center of the decorative surface part 2 in parallel to the longitudinal direction. Figure i shows a board removed from the back side of the extension 9 of the surface material 1 of the heat insulating material 20, and Figure J shows a board formed by extruding the surface material 1 . Although not shown, it is also possible to form a board in which the back material 19 is not attached to the back surface of the heat insulating material 20. Of course, the surface material shown in FIGS. 4 to 6 can also be combined. As mentioned above, according to the board according to the present invention,
Since the decorative surface portion is formed in an inclined shape, when a wall is constructed using boards, the difference in level between each board becomes clear, resulting in an appearance rich in three-dimensionality. Since the male and female joints are formed into a depressed structure, it can be easily installed by one person, and the joint width (horizontal) can be formed at a constant level. Moreover, it can be performed with extremely high efficiency without requiring any skill. . Since a groove is formed at the upper end of the decorative surface and the boards are connected to cover this groove, the waterproofness of the side joints is greatly enhanced. The board is filled with a heat insulating material as a core material, and the side joints are double layers of heat insulating material, making it possible to form a wall with excellent heat insulation properties. When synthetic resin foam is used as a heat insulating material, it is lightweight and has excellent heat insulating properties, and the constituent materials can be formed into one piece very easily without an adhesive by utilizing the self-adhesive properties of foaming. It has the following characteristics.
