[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a siding board (hereinafter simply referred to as a board) useful for forming horizontal walls for the interior and exterior of buildings and structures. Examples of this type of board that have been used in the past include Tokko No. 51-29339 and Utility Model No. 51-
These include No. 11882 and Utsuko No. 54-26649. However, the biggest drawback of this type of board is that the decorative surface becomes mountain-like, and walls formed using it have the appearance of a continuous mountain. In other words, when the decorative surface of the board becomes mountain-like, it not only has poor aesthetics, but also is difficult to install, and there are disadvantages such as a lack of waterproofness at the connecting portion and the possibility of the board coming off. In addition, many of these types of boards have a hanging structure, which has the disadvantage of uneven joint width due to construction considerations. Furthermore, the decorative surface of this type of board is flat (including embossed) by design, and
It was just a step or unevenness, lacking a three-dimensional effect, and the working width was small, so it had the disadvantage of lack of workability. In addition, boards of this kind that have a drop-in type connection structure are also known, but these have the disadvantages of lacking three-dimensionality, waterproofness, heat insulation, workability, and economy. In order to eliminate these drawbacks, the present invention forms the decorative surface part in a step-like manner, and provides a hollow part with a gap that emphasizes the difference in the step part to make the dividing line clearer and connect the boards. The appearance of the joints in the male and female joints that are formed when this process is made is a structure that closely resembles the appearance of the steps in the decorative surface area, and the board can be easily installed by one worker without requiring any skill. Moreover, the horizontal joint width is uniform, there is no deformation of the decorative surface, and a protrusion is provided in the middle of the upper edge of the engagement groove of the male connecting part parallel to the longitudinal direction of the board. During construction, the projecting ridges come into contact with the decorative surface of the adjacent board, thereby preventing rainwater from seeping into the interior due to blown up water, thereby significantly promoting waterproofness and three-dimensionality. The board according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. That is, as shown in FIG. 1, the board A is made of, for example, a surface-treated steel sheet, a steel sheet plated with a zinc-nickel alloy, an aluminum-zinc alloy plated steel sheet (product name: Gulfuan, Galvalium Steel Sheet, Super Zinc), or an aluminum sheet. ,
Forming a metal plate (including flat plate and embossed plate) made of one type of aluminum alloy plate, copper plate, etc. by roll or press, or by extrusion molding into the shape shown in Figure 2. A heat insulating material 25 is integrally filled between the front surface material 1 and the back surface material 24 to form a sanderch structure. To explain further, the surface material 1 has a long decorative surface portion 2.
It is composed of a male connecting portion 6 , a female connecting portion 16 , and a gutter-like portion 23 filled with a heat insulating material 25.
That is, the decorative surface part 2 includes a stepped piece 3 formed with at least one step and its lower end at an arbitrary position (approximately the center in the figure) on the surface of the elongated plate material, as shown in the figure, parallel to the longitudinal direction of the surface. A plurality of long slanted decorative pieces (hereinafter simply referred to as decorative pieces) are divided by a stepped part 5 and a stepped piece 3 formed from a recessed part 4 with a depth of about 2 to 10 mm by folding back toward the side (hereinafter simply referred to as a decorative piece). )
2a, 2b, and a gap 5a formed at the upper edge of the decorative piece 2b. In addition, the void 5
The size of a is the size of the gap that occurs when the surface material 1 is bent, or is arbitrarily formed.
By more clearly separating the lower end of the stepped piece 3 and the decorative piece 2b, the three-dimensional effect of the decorative surface portion 2 is promoted, and the strength is also reinforced. The decorative surface section 2 mainly forms the surface of the surface material in a step-like manner to promote a three-dimensional effect, improve strength, prevent the board from becoming mountainous even if it is made wide, and improve the aesthetic appearance. It is possible to keep it. In particular, the recessed portion 4 is effective in clearly forming a dividing line of the stepped portion 5 and making the stepped piece 3 visually larger and clearer. The male connecting part 6 has a groove part 7 whose upper edge of the decorative surface part 2 is depressed parallel to the longitudinal direction to prevent rain and capillary phenomenon, and a reinforcing rib 8 (pipe-shaped in the figure) formed at the tip of the groove part 7. It is composed of an insertion edge 9 formed from the above, an engagement groove 10 having the insertion edge 9 as an upper end, and an extension portion 12 projecting outward from the lower edge 11 of the engagement groove 10. To explain further, the extension part 12 includes a nailing piece 13 and a reinforcing/raising piece 14 whose tip is bent inward in an L-shape parallel to the longitudinal direction.
and a tongue piece 15 whose tip is bent inward. This reinforcement/heightening piece 14 prevents the insulation material 25 from being crushed when the board is nailed to the base, and when filling the insulation material 25, it is filled by discharging raw material like synthetic resin foam. The insulation material 25 functions as a mold for the side surface of the board and prevents leakage from the side edges.
This is to sandwich the edges of the material 1 and reinforce its integration with the surface material 1 . The female connecting part 16 includes a step piece 17 whose lower end of the decorative surface part 2 is bent inward, an upper edge 18 whose lower end is bent inward, and a protrusion 19 provided in the middle thereof parallel to the longitudinal direction. The lower edge 20 is formed by bending the tip of the upper edge 18 outward, and a fitting groove 21 into which the insertion edge 9 is fitted, and a tongue piece 22 with the tip of the lower edge 20 bent inward. It is. To explain further, when the insertion edge 9 is fitted into the fitting groove 20, the upper edge 18 wraps around the groove 7 and the end of the decorative piece 2a (the upper decorative piece of the decorative surface part 2 ). contacts at the upper end of the decorative surface part 2 , prevents rainwater from entering from the connection part of the board, strengthens the engagement force, and reliably forms a gap with the groove part 7 between the reinforcing rib 8 and prevents capillary action. This is to prevent water damage and improve the waterproofness of the connecting parts of the boards. In addition, the lower edge 20 is inserted into the engagement groove 10, and the insertion edge 9 is inserted into the engagement groove 21, which together serve to further strengthen the engagement force. Also,
The gutter-like portion 23 connects the decorative surface portion 2 with male and female connecting portions 6 and 1.
This is a space surrounded by 6, and is for filling with a heat insulating material 25. Note that the dimensions and angles of each part of the surface material 1 are set as follows. That is, the decorative pieces 2a and 2b are parallel or substantially parallel, and the stepped pieces 3 and 17 are also parallel or substantially parallel to each other. Also, the angle θ 1 between the step piece 17 and the upper edge 18,
The angle θ 2 of the fitting groove 21 is determined according to the angle of the insertion edge 9. Further, the heights h 1 and h 2 of the stepped pieces 3 and 17 are the same or almost the same. moreover,
Although the height Δh 1 of the void 5a of the recessed portion 4 is arbitrary,
As shown in FIG. 3, by making the gap Δh 2 substantially the same as the gap between the boards A, the appearance appears as if the entire wall is made up of the same stepped portions 5. Also, if the height of the protrusion 19 is h 3 , then h 3
There is a relationship of Δh 2 , and the position of the protrusion 19 is such that it comes into contact with the upper end of the decorative surface portion 2 when the board A is engaged. The back material 24 is for covering at least the back surface of the heat insulating material 25, and strengthens the mechanical strength of the board itself, and is made of noncombustible sheet, waterproof membrane,
It functions as a component of heat shielding sheets, water absorbing sheets, soundproofing sheets, release sheets, packing materials, reinforcing sheets, etc. For example, asbestos paper, kraft paper, asphalt felt, metal foil (Al,
Pb, Fe), synthetic resin sheet, rubber sheet, cloth sheet, glass cloth, or a combination of one or more of these, or a sheet treated with waterproofing, flame retardant, etc. Alternatively, it may be made of one type of metal plate as described above. Further, the heat insulating material 25 is filled in at least the gutter-like portion 23 (in the figure, up to the back surface of the extension portion 12),
It imparts heat insulation properties to the board, and is made of a type of material that also has adhesion, non-combustibility, and other functions. Specifically, synthetic resin foam,
It is made of one type of rock wool, glass wool, sheathing board, gypsum board, wood wool cement board, etc., and it is also made of one type of molded product or one that is discharged from raw materials, molded, solidified, and self-adhesive. In addition, when using a molded body , an adhesive (not shown) is required between the front material 1 and the back material 24. To explain further, the heat insulating material 25 is mainly made of synthetic resin foam, such as resin for polyurethane foam, resin for polyisocyanurate foam, resin for phenol foam, and flame retardants and flame retardant aids (borax, borax, etc.). It consists of one or more of sodium metaborate, calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, antimony trioxide), bentonite, pearlite grains, shirasu balloons, etc. Next, a construction example will be explained.
