[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a siding board (hereinafter simply referred to as a board) useful for forming internal and external walls of buildings and structures. [Prior Art] Boards of this kind that have been used in the past include Japanese Patent Publication No. 51-29339, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 51-11882, and Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 54-26649. However, the above board had various problems. In other words, if rainwater is blown by the wind on the board (closing board), the rainwater will leak to the back side because it is simply a connecting structure between flat plates, corroding the edges and pillars, and causing moisture in the room and closet. There were some drawbacks. In addition, since the length of the sloped part of the lower edge to the rising part of the board is long, it is weak in tensile force and has the disadvantage that only an exterior without joints can be formed. Furthermore, although the exterior was originally without joints, due to the skill of the builder, the exterior was made up of joints of varying widths, some without joints, some with joints, and there was a risk of injury at the rising parts during construction. Furthermore, the board has a complicated side shape, making it difficult to mold and expensive. [Purpose of the invention] In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention forms a female type connecting part on one end edge of the decorative surface and a male type connecting part on the other end edge, and also forms a female type connecting part on the insertion edge of the female type connecting part. A step is provided on the upper surface to form a joint base, an inclined surface, and a protruding piece, and the lower end of the side wall of the cross-sectional shape of the fitting groove provided in the male connector is bent in a semicircular or triangular shape. It is formed from a protrusion, a groove with the tip of the protrusion bent almost parallel to the decorative surface, and a depression provided at the tip of the groove, and when connecting the boards, the protrusion of the insertion edge is inserted into the depression of the fitting groove. At the same time, the lower edge of the fitting groove is fitted into the engagement groove to make the connecting structure of the board a double structure, which strengthens waterproofness and engagement force. By forming a space to prevent capillary action, and having a heat-insulating and fire-retardant core material that bulges out below the surface material and is also placed at the bottom of the joint, various tests such as fire protection tests are possible. In addition, when this board is used as a horizontal panel, it can be easily installed by one worker without requiring any skill, and it can also be used as a vertical panel. This board proposes a unique board. [Structure of the invention] Representative embodiments of the board according to the invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. That is, FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the above-mentioned board A, and includes, for example, a surface-treated steel sheet, a steel sheet plated with a zinc-nickel alloy, a steel sheet plated with an aluminum-zinc alloy (product name: Gulfuan, Galvalume Steel Sheet, Super Zinc), and an aluminum sheet. , aluminum alloy plate, copper plate, etc. 1
A metal plate made of seeds (including flat plates and embossed plates) or a synthetic resin plate is formed by rolls, presses, or one type of extrusion molding, and the surface material 1 and the back side of the surface material 1 are filled. In addition, it is formed into a sanderch structure by a core material 21 disposed in a bulging manner at the lower part thereof, and a back surface material 22 covering the back surface of the core material 21. To explain further, the surface material 1 has a decorative surface 2 as shown in FIG.
It is formed from a female type connecting part 3 and a male type connecting part 13 . Although not shown, the decorative surface 2 has 1
A book or a plurality of concave or convex decorative ribs may be provided. Further, as shown in an enlarged view in FIG .
The inclined piece 4 is bent at an angle of 90° and its edge is bent at an angle of θ 2
The insertion edge 5 is bent at (θ 2 ≒ θ 1 ), the engagement groove 9 has a substantially U-shaped cross section inward with the insertion edge 5 as the upper edge, and the lower edge 10 of the engagement groove 9 It is composed of an extension part 11 which is extended outwardly, and a tongue piece 12 which is formed in the shape of a seam at the tip of the extension part 11. To explain further, the insertion edge 5 is formed from a joint base 6, an inclined surface 7, and a protruding piece 8 with a step provided in the middle of the upper surface. This insertion edge 5 is inserted into a fitting groove 15 which will be described later when connecting the board A, and the protruding piece 8
The tip of the board A is inserted into the recess 18 provided in the fitting groove 15, and the sloped surface 7 allows rainwater that has entered the gap to flow downward without being retained, thereby improving the waterproofness of the connection part of the board A. improves. Also, the inclined piece 4
When board A is used as a horizontal tension, θ 1
The 90° angle improves the flow of rainwater, prevents rainwater from accumulating in the joints, enhances the three-dimensional appearance of the joints, and helps increase the working width. Further, the extension portion 11 is a portion where the board A is fixed with a fixing device such as a nail at a position where rainwater does not directly enter. Furthermore, the tongue piece 12 is the tip of the extension part 11 bent into a seam shape, and the tongue piece 12
This is to prevent the ends of the extension part 11 from waving and to prevent injuries caused by the ends of the extension part 11 during work. In addition, the male type connecting portion 13 is shown in FIG. 3b.
As shown in an enlarged cross-sectional view, a side wall 14 is formed by bending the other end of the decorative surface 2 downward, and a protrusion 16 is provided by bending the lower end of the side wall 14 into a semicircular or triangular shape. The tip of the strip 16 is bent almost parallel to the decorative surface 2, then bent downward to form a groove 17, and the tip of the groove is bent into a U-shape, pot shape, etc. to form a recess 18, and the recess Lower edge 19 extending the tip of 18 outward
It is composed of a fitting groove 15 formed from the above, and a tongue piece 20 whose tip end of the lower edge 19 is bent into a seam shape. To explain further, the fitting groove 15 is
is inserted, and the lower edge 19 is inserted into the engagement groove 9 to make the connection structure of the board A double. Further, the protrusion 16 comes into contact with the joint basement 6 and prevents rainwater from entering. Further, the groove portion 17 forms a void within the connecting structure of the board A, and prevents capillary phenomenon. Further, the tip of the protruding piece 8 is inserted into the recessed part 18, and together with the protrusion 16, it prevents rainwater from entering due to blowing up. Further, when the lower edge 19 projects outward from the side wall 14 as shown in the figure, it serves as a guide when connecting the boards A and is useful for facilitating construction. Further, since the recessed portion 18 fits the protruding piece 8 at the tip of the insertion edge 5, the insertion edge 5
can be fixed without wobbling by fitting into the recess 18 and fixing by the protrusion 16. Also, tongue piece 2
0 prevents the tip of the lower edge 19 from waving, and
This helps in smoothly inserting the tongue into the engagement groove 9, and improves work safety similarly to the tongue piece 12. Note that the tongue piece 20 does not need to sandwich one end of the back material 22 as shown in FIG. 1, or may be formed into a bottom flap shape so that the tongue piece 20 does not sandwich the back material 22.
The core material 21 is filled in a gutter-shaped part surrounded by the decorative surface 2, the female connecting part 3 , and the male connecting part 13 on the back side of the surface material 1 , and is disposed so as to bulge downward. It imparts heat insulation and fireproof properties to A,
It is made of a type of material that has secondary functions such as adhesiveness, cushioning properties, and soundproofing properties. Specifically, it consists of one type of synthetic resin foam, rock wool, glass wool, sheathing board, gypsum board, wood wool cement board, etc., and is discharged as a raw material, molded,
It can be hardened, self-adhesive, or made of a molded body. To explain further, core material 21
protrudes downward from the surface material 1 , and forms a notch 21a in the vicinity of the male connecting portion 13 . This notch 21a is where the extension part 11 of the female connecting part 3 is combined when the boards A are connected.
The back surface of the board A is a flat surface with no gaps, and the wall base is entirely covered with a core material 21 having heat insulating and fireproof properties. For this reason, the core material 21 is also provided under the joints of the board A, and the fire resistance of the joints, which are weak points in terms of fire protection, is improved, and the board can pass various fire protection tests. Note that when a molded body is used, an adhesive (not shown) is required between the core material 21, the surface material 1 , and the back material 22. In addition, core material 2
As 1, synthetic resin foams are mainly used, such as resins for polyurethane foam, resins for phenol foam, resins for polyisocyanurate foam,
and flame retardants, flame retardant aids (borax, sodium metaborate, antimony trioxide, calcium carbonate,
(aluminum hydroxide) bentonite, pearlite grains, and shirasu balloons. Note that when an acidic foam such as a phenol foam resin is used as the core material 21, an anti-rust paint may be applied to the back surface of the surface material 1 to prevent the surface material 1 from rusting. Furthermore, the back material 22 covers at least the back surface of the core material 21 to make the board A a sandwich structure, and improves the mechanical strength of the board A itself. It serves as a packing material, such as asbestos paper, kraft paper, asphalt felt, metal foil (Al, Fe, Pb, Cu), etc.
1. Synthetic resin sheets, rubber sheets, cloth sheets, gypsum paper, aluminum hydroxide paper, glass fiber non-woven fabrics, etc.
It is made of seeds, a laminate of two or more kinds, or a sheet that has been treated with waterproofing or flame retardant treatment. Here, the dimensional relationship of the board A according to the present invention will be explained. In the female connecting portion 3 (Fig. 3a), the height of the inclined piece 4 is h 1 , the distance from the innermost part of the engagement groove 9 to the tip of the insertion edge 5 is l 1 , and the distance of the protruding piece 8 is l 2 ,
