[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a siding board (hereinafter simply referred to as a board) useful for forming internal and external walls of buildings and structures. [Prior art] This type of board that has been used in the past includes Tokoku No. 51-29339, Utility Model No. 51-11882,
There is Jikko No. 54-26649. however,
There were various problems with the above board. In other words, if rainwater is blown by the wind on the board (closing board), the rainwater will leak to the back side because it is simply a connecting structure between flat plates, corroding the edges and pillars, and causing moisture in the room and closet. There were some drawbacks. In addition, the length of the sloped part of the lower edge to the rising part of the board is long, so it is weak against tensile force.
The disadvantage was that only an exterior without joints could be formed.
Moreover, although the exterior was originally without joints, due to the skill of the builder, the exterior was made up of joints of varying widths, some without joints, some with joints, and there was a risk of injury from the rising parts during construction. Furthermore, the board had a complicated side shape, making it difficult to mold and expensive. [Purpose of the invention] In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention forms a female type connecting part on one end edge of the decorative surface and a male type connecting part on the other end edge, and a cover piece and a cover piece are formed on the female type connecting part. A protruding piece, an insertion groove, and a fitting groove are provided, and the male connecting part is provided with a depression, an insertion edge, and an engagement groove, and the connection structure of the board is connected to the tip of the cover piece, the depression, and the insertion groove. The four-layer structure of the groove and insertion edge, the protruding piece and the engagement groove, and the engagement groove and the lower edge greatly strengthens the waterproofness, engagement force, and sealing performance of the connecting part of the board, and also increases the mechanical strength of the board. A core material that prevents warping and twisting, has heat insulating and fireproof properties, and bulges out below the surface material.
By placing it at the bottom of the joint area, it passes various tests such as fire prevention tests. Moreover, when this board is used as a horizontal lining, it can be easily installed by one worker, and requires no skill. It can be done without
Furthermore, the present invention proposes a board that can also be used for vertical installation. [Structure of the invention] Representative embodiments of the board according to the invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. That is, FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the above-mentioned board A, and includes, for example, a surface-treated steel sheet, a steel sheet plated with a zinc-nickel alloy, a steel sheet plated with an aluminum-zinc alloy (product name: Gulfuan, Galvalume Steel Sheet, Super Zinc), and an aluminum sheet. , aluminum alloy plate, copper plate, etc. 1
A metal plate made of seeds (including flat plates and embossed plates) or a synthetic resin plate is formed by rolls, presses, or one type of extrusion molding, and the surface material 1 and the back side of the surface material 1 are filled. In addition, it is formed into a sanderch structure by a core material 19 disposed in a bulging manner at the lower part thereof, and a back surface material 20 covering the back surface of the core material 19. To explain further, the surface material 1 has a decorative surface 2 as shown in FIG.
It is formed from a female type connecting part 3 and a male type connecting part 12 . Although not shown, the decorative surface 2 has 1
A book or a plurality of concave or convex decorative ribs may be provided. Further, as shown in an enlarged view in FIG .
90°) and its edge at an angle θ 2
(The cover piece 5 is bent at θ 2 ≒ θ 1 and extended outward approximately parallel to the decorative surface 2, and its tip is folded inward, and then bent outward approximately parallel to the decorative surface 2 to protrude. An insertion groove 7 having a U-shaped cross section with the cover piece 5 as the upper edge and the protruding piece 6 as the lower edge, and the tip of the protruding piece 6 folded inward, then outward. A fitting groove 8 which is bent to form a U-shaped cross section, an extension part 10 that extends the lower edge 9 of the fitting groove 8 outward, and a flap-like tongue piece provided at the tip of the extension part 10. 11. That is, the female connecting part 3 is formed into a substantially W-shaped cross section by the cover piece 5, the protruding piece 6, and the lower edge 9. This is shown in FIG. As shown in FIG.
The connection structure of the board A is made into four layers by connecting with the recessed part 14, the insertion edge 15, the engagement groove 16, and the lower edge 17, which improves the sealing performance of the wall body and improves waterproofness and engagement force. In addition to greatly improving the mechanical strength of the board A in the longitudinal direction, it is also useful for preventing warping and twisting. That is, the cover piece 5 functions as a waterproof base for the joint, and by inserting the tip into the recess 14, it prevents rainwater from entering the inside of the wall. In addition, the insertion groove 7
The insertion edge 15 is fitted into the insertion edge 15, the protrusion piece 6 is engaged with the engagement groove 16, and the fitting groove 8 is adapted to fit the lower edge 17. In addition, since θ 1 ≧90° of the slanted piece 4 is used when board A is used as a horizontal panel, it improves the flow of rainwater, prevents rainwater from accumulating in the joints, and improves the three-dimensional appearance of the joints. It is useful for promoting the development of the human body and increasing the range of work. Also, the extension part 10
is the part where board A is fixed with fixing tools such as nails in a position where rainwater does not directly enter. Furthermore, tongue piece 1
Reference numeral 1 indicates a bent end of the extension part 10, which is used to prevent the end of the extension part 10 from waving and to prevent injuries caused by the end of the extension part 10 during work. It is. The male connecting portion 12 also includes a side wall 13 with the other end edge of the decorative surface 2 bent at an angle θ 3 , as shown in an enlarged cross-section in FIG. 3b.
A recess 14 formed by bending the lower end of the side wall 13 inward and then outward in a U-shape, pot-shape, etc.
and the tip of the recess 14 is directed outward at an angle θ 4 with the side wall 13.
4 ≒ θ 3 ), and the tip of the insertion edge 15 is bent inward, and then the lower edge 17 is bent outward to form an almost U-shaped cross section. It is formed from an engaging groove 16 which is curved, and a tongue piece 18 which is bent at the tip of the lower edge 17 into a seam shape. That is, the tip of the cover piece 5 of the female connecting part 3 is inserted into the recessed part 14, and the insertion edge 15 is inserted into the insertion groove 7.
In addition, the lower edge 17 engages with the fitting groove 8,
Further, the engagement groove 16 is for inserting the protruding piece 6. By making the connection structure of board A fourfold in this way, the engagement force and sealing performance of the connection part are improved, and even if board A is slightly deformed in the event of a fire, the connection part will not come off. Fire protection is improved by preventing flames and hot air from entering the wall. Furthermore, since the circulation of air between the inside and the outside of the wall is prevented, the core material 19, which will be described later, has the characteristic of fully exhibiting its heat insulation performance. Furthermore, the cover piece 5 and the recess 14
Due to the connection, a clear dividing line appears between the side wall 13 and the cover piece 5, the joint is emphasized, and the three-dimensional space between the boards A is promoted. Further, the tongue piece 18 prevents the tip of the lower edge 17 from waving, helps to smoothly insert the lower edge 17 into the fitting groove 8, and improves work safety similarly to the tongue piece 11. It is something. Note that the tongue piece 18 does not need to sandwich one end of the backing material 20 as shown in FIG. 1, or may be formed into a bottom flap shape so that the tongue piece 18 does not need to sandwich the backing material 20. The core material 19 is filled in a gutter-shaped part surrounded by the decorative surface 2, the female connecting part 3, and the male connecting part 12 on the back side of the surface material 1 , and is disposed so as to bulge downward. It imparts heat insulation and fireproof properties to A, and is made of one type of material that additionally has functions such as adhesiveness, cushioning properties, and soundproofing properties. Specifically, it consists of one type of synthetic resin foam, rock wool, glass wool, sheathing board, gypsum board, wood wool cement board, etc., and it consists of something that is discharged with raw materials, molded, hardened, self-adhesive, or a molded body. It is something. To explain further, the core material 19 bulges downward from the surface material 1 , and a notch 19a is formed in the vicinity of the male connecting portion 12. When the boards A are connected, the extension part 10 of the female connecting part 3 comes into contact with this notch 19a, and the board A
The back surface is a flat surface with no gaps, and the wall base is entirely covered with a core material 19 having heat insulating and fireproof properties. For this reason, the core material 19 is also provided at the bottom of the joint part of board A, improving the fire resistance of the joint part, which is a weak point in terms of fire prevention, and in the event of a fire, the above-mentioned female joint part 3 and male The four-fold connection structure with the mold connection part 12 prevents flames and hot air from entering the wall, making it possible to pass various fire protection tests. Note that when a molded body is used, an adhesive (not shown) is required between the core material 19, the surface material 1 , and the back material 20. In addition, as the core material 19, synthetic resin foams are mainly used, such as resins for polyurethane foam, resins for phenol foam, resins for polyisocyanurate foam, and flame retardants, etc.
Flame retardant aids (borax, sodium metaborate, antimony trioxide, calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide),
It is made of one or more of bentonite, pearlite grains, and shirasu balloons. Note that when an acidic foam such as a phenol foam resin is used as the core material 19, an anti-rust paint may be applied to the back surface of the surface material 1 to prevent the surface material 1 from rusting. Furthermore, the back material 20 covers at least the back surface of the core material 19 to make the board A a sandwich structure, thereby improving the mechanical strength of the board A itself, and improving the mechanical strength of the board A itself. It serves as a packing material, such as asbestos paper, kraft paper, asphalt felt, metal foil (Al, Fe, Pb, Cu), synthetic resin sheet, rubber sheet, cloth sheet, gypsum paper, aluminum hydroxide paper. , a laminate of one or more types of glass fiber nonwoven fabric, etc., or a sheet treated with waterproofing or flame retardant treatment. Here, the dimensional relationship of the board A according to the present invention will be explained. In the female connecting part 3 (Fig. 3a), the height of the inclined piece 4 is h 1 , the height from the decorative surface 2 to the extension part 10 is h 2 , and the distance from the deepest part of the insertion groove 7 to the tip of the cover piece 5 is h 1 . l 1 is the distance from the innermost part of the fitting groove 8 to the tip of the protruding piece 6, and l 2 is the distance from the innermost part of the fitting groove 8 to the tip of the protruding piece 6.
