[Detailed description of the invention] [Industrial application field] The present invention is a siding board (hereinafter simply referred to as a board) that is useful for forming horizontal and vertical walls inside and outside buildings and structures. ) regarding. [Prior art] This type of board that has been used in the past includes Tokoku No. 51-29339, Utility Model No. 51-11882,
There is Jikko No. 54-26649. however,
There were various problems with the above board. In other words, when rainwater is blown by the wind on the board (closing board), the rainwater leaks to the back side because it is simply a connecting structure between flat plates, corroding the edges and pillars, and adding moisture to the room and closet. There was a drawback. In addition, because the length of the sloped part of the lower edge to the rising part of the board is long, it is weak in tensile force and has the disadvantage that only an exterior without joints can be formed. Furthermore, although the exterior was originally without joints, due to the skill of the builder, the exterior was made up of joints of varying widths, some without joints, some with joints, and there was a risk of injury at the rising parts during construction. In addition, the board has a complicated side shape, making it difficult and expensive to mold.Furthermore, there are no reinforcing ribs on the flat part, so warping, twisting, etc. appear on the decorative surface, which spoils the aesthetic appearance. In addition, since both boards have no backing material and the wall base and surface material come into direct contact, condensation forms on the back of the decorative surface, leading to rust and corrosion of the wall base, and damage to the wall itself. insulation, fire protection,
It lacks soundproofing properties, fails to prevent deformation of the decorative surface, and has the disadvantages that the board itself is easily deformed and lacks connection strength. Furthermore, these boards had the drawback of lacking a three-dimensional effect. [Purpose of the invention] In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention
The decorative surface part is formed from a mountain-shaped decorative surface with a triangular cross section to prevent the board from twisting and warping, and the board is made wide to improve economic efficiency and workability, and the two slanted decorative pieces reduce the diffused reflection. A wall with a three-dimensional effect is formed by mirror reflection, and the shape of the male connecting part is formed by an insertion edge and an engaging groove, and the shape of the female connecting part is formed by a waterproof wall and a fitting groove. The connecting structure of the board is double layered between the insertion edge and the fitting groove, and the engaging groove and the lower edge of the fitting groove, which strengthens waterproofness, packability, and engagement force, and the board can be used as a horizontal tension. If this is the case, we recommend a board that is easy to install and can be done by one person, and that can also be used vertically. [Structure of the invention] Representative embodiments of the board according to the invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. That is,
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the board A, which includes surface-treated steel sheets, zinc-nickel alloy plated steel sheets, aluminum-zinc alloy plated steel sheets (product names: GULF-AN, GALVALUM steel sheets, SUPER ZINC), aluminum plates, and aluminum alloy plates. , a surface formed by one type of metal plate (including flat plate and embossed plate) such as copper plate, stainless steel plate, clad steel plate, vibration damping steel plate, etc., or synthetic resin plate by one type of roll, press, or extrusion molding. It is formed from a material 1 , a core material 18 filled in the back surface of the surface material 1 , and a sheet-like back material 19 covering the back surface of the core material 18. To explain further, the surface material 1 is composed of a decorative surface part 2 , a male connecting part 4 , and a female connecting part 12 , as shown in FIG. Further, the decorative surface portion 2 is composed of a mountain-shaped decorative surface 3 having a substantially triangular cross section. This mountain-shaped decorative surface 3 has a triangular cross section, and the shading and mirror reflection between the inclined decorative pieces (hereinafter simply referred to as decorative pieces) 3a and 3b or between the decorative pieces 3b and 3a create a three-dimensional effect on the wall. In addition, the surface material 1 is reinforced by the mountain-shaped decorative surface 3, preventing warping, flattening, and twisting, and is useful for forming a wide board. In addition, since the decorative surface portion 2 is all sloped, there is no accumulation of rainwater, and the draining effect is good.
The male connecting portion 4 includes an insertion edge 5 that projects the edge of the decorative piece 3a outward, and an engagement groove 8 with the insertion edge 5 as an upper edge.
and an extension portion 10 that protrudes outward from the lower edge 9 of the engagement groove 8. To explain further, the insertion edge 5 is inserted into a fitting groove 16 of a female connecting part 12 , which will be described later, and the engaging groove 8 engages a lower edge 15 of the fitting groove 16 to form a connecting structure of the board A. It is double-layered to strengthen waterproofness, engagement force, and packability, and allows Board A to be used both horizontally and vertically. Further, on the upper side of the insertion edge 5, a groove 6 recessed parallel to the longitudinal direction and a reinforcing rib (pipe-shaped in the figure) 7 at the tip are formed as necessary. This groove 6 serves to form a void in the connecting structure of the board A, as shown in FIG. 3, and to prevent capillary action. Further, the reinforcing ribs 7 function as rain repellents within the connecting structure of the boards A, prevent capillary action in the grooves 6, and strengthen the waterproofness of the connecting portions. Further, the extension portion 10 is a portion where the board A is fixed to the wall base using a fixing device such as a nail at a position where rainwater does not directly infiltrate.
Furthermore, a tongue piece 11 bent into a flap shape is formed at the end edge of the extension part 10 as required. This tongue piece 11
prevents the tip of the extension part 10 from waving, and
This is to prevent injury from being caused by the edge of the extension part 10 during work. In addition, in the figure, the tongue piece 11
Although the upper part is formed in the shape of a seam and holds the edge of the back material 19, it is also possible to protrude outward from the extension part 10 without being held. The female connecting part 12 is the decorative piece 3
The end edge of the waterproof wall 13 is bent inward to form an upper edge 14, and the tip of the upper edge 14 is bent outward to form a lower edge 15.
A fitting groove 16 having a substantially U-shaped cross section formed from the upper edge 14 and the lower edge 15, and a tongue piece 17 provided at the tip of the lower edge 15 by bending into a seam shape as necessary. It was formed. This fitting groove 16 is
The lower edge 15 is fitted into the engagement groove 8 to make the connection structure of the board A double. The waterproof wall 13 is provided to prevent rainwater from entering the joint and to create a shadow between the decorative pieces 3a and 3b.
It was in contact with. In addition, the tongue piece 17 has a lower edge 15
This prevents the edges from waving, makes it easier to insert the lower edge 15 into the engagement groove 8, and prevents injuries caused by the edges of the lower edge 15. The tongue piece 17 is formed in the shape of an upper seam to sandwich the edge of the back material 19 as shown in the figure, thereby reinforcing the integration of the surface material 1 , the core material 18, and the gill surface material 19. It is also possible to prevent leakage from around the female connecting portion 12 of 18, or to form it in the shape of a bottom seam (not shown).
The core material 18 is filled at least in a gutter-shaped part surrounded by the decorative surface part 2 , the male connection part 4 , and the female connection part 12 on the back side of the surface material 1 , and mainly provides insulation to the board A. It is made of one or more materials that have secondary functions such as adhesives, noncombustible materials, cushioning materials, and soundproofing materials. Specifically, it is made of synthetic resin foam, rock wool, glass wool, sheathing board, gypsum board, wood wool cement board, etc., and it is made of raw materials that are discharged, molded, hardened, and self-adhesive, or it is made of a molded body. In addition, when a molded body is used as the core material 18, an adhesive (not shown) is required between the core material 18, the surface material 1 , and the back material 19. To explain further,
The core material 18 is mainly made of synthetic resin foam, such as polyurethane foam resin, phenol foam resin, polyisocyanurate foam resin, polyurea foam, polystyrene foam, or pearlite, with a phenol foam resin coated around it. Foam is foamed by heating and pressurizing, and flame retardants and flame retardant aids (borax, sodium metaborate, antimony trioxide, calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, bentonite, pearlite grains, shirasu balloons, asbestos, various types) are added to these foams. fibers). Further, although not shown, the core material 18 may be provided to bulge downward from the back surface of the extension portion 10 to further improve heat insulation and fire protection. In addition,
When using a phenol foam-based synthetic resin for the core material 18, an anti-rust paint is applied to the back surface of the surface material 1 or anti-rust paper is applied to prevent the acidic components of the core material 18 from coming into direct contact with the surface material 1 . It is also possible to attach it to the back side of the surface material 1 . Reference numeral 19 is a backing material that covers at least the backside of the core material 18 to give the board A a sandwich structure, which improves the mechanical strength of the board A itself, as well as a noncombustible sheet, a waterproof membrane, a heat shielding sheet, a water absorption sheet, a soundproofing sheet, and a packing material. For example, asbestos paper, kraft paper, asphalt felt, metal foil (Al,
Fe, Pb, Cu), synthetic resin sheets, rubber sheets,
It is made of a laminate of one or more of cloth sheets, gypsum paper, aluminum hydroxide paper, glass fiber nonwoven fabric, etc., or a sheet that has been treated with waterproofing or flame retardant treatment. Note that both ends of the backing material 19 may be held between the tongue pieces 11 and 17, or placed between the surface material 1 and the core material 18, or placed outward from the edge of the male connecting portion 4 . It is also possible to stand out. Here, the sizes of each of the above parts will be explained. As shown in FIG. 2, the distance from the edge of the decorative piece 3a to the tip of the insertion edge 6 is l 1 , the distance from the deepest part of the engagement groove 8 to the tip of the insertion edge 5 is l 2 , The distance from the innermost part of the groove 8 to the edge of the extension part 10 is l 3 , and the fitting groove 1
6 to the bottom edge of the waterproof wall 13.
l 4 , the distance from the deepest part of the fitting groove 16 to the tip of the lower edge 15 is l 5 , the height from the top surface of the insertion edge 5 to the surface of the extension part 10 is h 1 , from the upper edge 14 to the tongue piece 17 The height of the decorative piece 3a is h 2 , the height of the waterproof wall 13 is h 4 , the angle between the insertion edge 5 and the decorative piece 3a is θ 1 , and the angle between the waterproof wall 13 and the upper edge 14 is If the angle is θ 2 , l 1 ≒ l 4 , l 2
≒l 5 , l 3 = l 2 +10~30mm, h 1 ≒ h 2 , h 3 > h 4 , θ 1 ≒ θ 2
This is the relationship. That is, the above relationship is such that when the boards A are connected, there is no looseness at the connecting portion, and the three-dimensional effect of the wall is improved due to specular reflection and diffused reflection between the decorative pieces 3a and 3b. Also, as described above, assuming θ 1 ≒ θ 2 , the decorative piece 3a
Although it is possible to improve the waterproof property by bringing the waterproof wall 13 into surface contact with the waterproof wall 13, it is also possible to set θ 12 and form a step at the joint. [Construction Example] Now, assume that boards A as shown in FIG. 1 are laid horizontally as shown in FIG. 3 to form a wall. In addition, for boards A 1 and A 2 , a 0.27 mm thick colored steel plate is used for the surface material 1 , aluminum kraft paper is used for the back material 19, and the core material 18 is made of the surface material 1 and the back material 1.
9, raw materials for polyisocyanurate foam were discharged, reacted and foamed, and then cured and integrated. Therefore, the nth board is placed on the wall base consisting of main pillars, studs, waterproof sheets, etc. (the figure shows the wall base when no waterproof sheets are used).
The extension part 10 of A1 is fixed via the nail β. Next, the fitting groove 16 of the female connecting part 12 of the board A 2 in the n+1 stage is combined with the insertion edge 5 of the board A 1 to achieve waterproofness, engagement force, and packing as shown in FIG. 3. It forms a joint area with rich characteristics. In addition, in order to form the entire wall, the steps described above may be performed from the base to the girder. Although not shown, it is necessary to use a starter for the base, a jointer and caulking material for the vertical joints, and caulking materials and accessories for the exit and entry corners. Note that, as described above, this board A can also be used vertically. [Other Embodiments] What has been described above is only one embodiment of the board A according to the present invention, and it can also be formed as shown in FIGS. 4 a-q to 8 a-j. It is also possible to create a board A that is a combination of the components shown in FIG. [Effects of the invention] As mentioned above, according to the board according to the invention,
Since the male and female joints have the above-mentioned drop-in structure, it can be easily carried out by one person, and the joint width can be kept constant. Since the decorative surface portion is formed into a mountain shape from two inclined decorative pieces, the decorative pieces can be raised by diffuse reflection and specular reflection between the decorative pieces, and a wall body with a three-dimensional effect can be formed. The board has a sander arch structure, which greatly improves mechanical strength. Since the board can be made wide, it is easy to install, and the width of the material can be used effectively, making it highly economical. The board can be stretched vertically or horizontally.
Flatness of the entire wall can be easily obtained. Since the board connection structure is double, engagement force and packing performance are improved. The void formed by the groove on the insertion edge of the male connector in the connection structure of the board and the reinforcing rib on the insertion edge can prevent capillary action and improve waterproofness. It has the following characteristics.
