[Detailed description of the invention] [Field of industrial application] The present invention is a siding board (hereinafter simply a board) useful for forming horizontal walls and vertical walls for the interior and exterior of buildings and structures. related to). [Prior art] This type of board that has been used in the past includes Tokoku No. 51-29339, Utility Model No. 51-11882,
There is Jikko No. 54-26649. however,
There were various problems with the above board. In other words, when rainwater is blown by the wind on the board (closing board), the rainwater leaks to the back side because it is simply a connecting structure between flat plates, corroding the edges and pillars, and adding moisture to the room and closet. There was a drawback. In addition, because the length of the sloped part of the lower edge to the rising part of the board is long, it is weak in tensile force and has the disadvantage that only an exterior without joints can be formed. Furthermore, although the exterior was originally without joints, due to the skill of the builder, the exterior was made up of joints of varying widths, some without joints, some with joints, and there was a risk of injury at the rising parts during construction. In addition, the board has a complicated side shape, making it difficult and expensive to mold.Furthermore, there are no reinforcing ribs on the flat part, so warping, twisting, etc. appear on the decorative surface, which spoils the aesthetic appearance. In addition, since both boards have no backing material and the wall base and surface material come into direct contact, condensation forms on the back of the decorative surface, leading to rust and corrosion of the wall base, and damage to the wall itself. insulation, fire protection,
It lacks soundproofing properties, fails to prevent deformation of the decorative surface, and has the disadvantages that the board itself is easily deformed and lacks connection strength. Additionally, these boards had the drawback of lacking a three-dimensional effect. [Purpose of the invention] In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention
At least one decorative groove having a triangular cross section formed from the side wall and the inclined side wall is provided in the decorative surface portion having side walls and inclined side walls formed at both ends to divide it into a plurality of horizontal decorative pieces, and the upper part of the plurality of decorative pieces is divided into a plurality of horizontal decorative pieces. By forming a trapezoidal decorative surface with a trapezoidal cross-section, a horizontal decorative surface is formed at the bottom of the decorative piece, giving a three-dimensional effect to a monotonous decorative piece, and by increasing the ratio of the inclined surface and the inclined side wall to the decorative piece. , mirror reflection and diffused reflection make the decorative pieces stand out to enhance the three-dimensional effect, and the decorative grooves and trapezoidal decorative surface prevent the board from twisting, bending, and warping, making the board wide. In addition, the edge of the inclined side wall of the decorative surface section is formed with a male type connecting part having an insertion edge and an engaging groove, and the edge of the side wall is formed with a female type connecting part having an engaging groove. By forming a type connection part, the board connection structure is double layered between the insertion edge and the fitting groove, and the engagement groove and the lower edge of the fitting groove, improving the engagement force and waterproofness. A recessed groove is formed along the longitudinal direction on the upper surface to double prevent capillary action and further strengthen waterproofness, while also making it easier to install the board.
We are proposing a board that can be used as a drop-in type that can be carried out by humans, and that can also be used as a vertical board. [Structure of the invention] Representative embodiments of the board according to the invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. That is,
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the board A, which includes surface-treated steel sheets, zinc-nickel alloy plated steel sheets, aluminum-zinc alloy plated steel sheets (product names: GULF-AN, GALVALUM steel sheets, SUPER ZINC), aluminum plates, and aluminum alloy plates. , a surface material 1 made of a metal plate (including flat plate and embossed plate) made of one type of copper plate, clad steel plate, vibration damping steel plate, etc., or a synthetic resin plate by one type of roll, press, or extrusion molding. It is formed from a core material 24 filled in the back surface of the surface material 1 , and a sheet-like back material 25 covering the back surface of the core material 24.
To explain further, the surface material 1 includes a decorative surface part 2 , a male type connecting part 11 , and a female type connecting part 19 , as shown in FIG.
It is composed of. To explain further,
The decorative surface part 2 has an inclined side wall 3 bent at θ 1 at one end,
The side wall 4 bent at θ 2 at the other end has a substantially gutter-like cross section. This inclined side wall 3 has θ 1 <
Since the angle is 90°, it improves the flow of rainwater and prevents rainwater from accumulating in the joints.
Formed at a ratio of 1:9 to 0.1, it is useful for strengthening the three-dimensional appearance of the joint area and increasing the working width through specular reflection and diffused reflection. The side walls 4 cast shadows on the joints and enhance the three-dimensional appearance of the wall. Further, at least one cosmetic groove 5 is formed along the longitudinal direction in the decorative surface portion 2 , and a plurality of decorative pieces 2a, 2b are formed by the decorative groove 5. This cosmetic groove 5 includes at least a side surface 6 that intersects with the cosmetic piece 2a at an angle θ 3 corresponding to the angle θ 2 described above, an inclined surface 7 that intersects with the cosmetic piece 2b at an angle θ 4 corresponding to the angle θ 1 , and a side surface 6. and a recessed portion 8 formed between the inclined surface 7 and the inclined surface 7. Furthermore, the cosmetic groove 5 is one in the center of the decorative surface part 2 , or a plurality of grooves (same shape, irregular shape) are provided so as to divide the decorative surface part 2 into 3 to 5 parts.
In addition to preventing bending, the decorative piece 2b: inclined surface 7 is 1:9 to 1:9 with the decorative piece 2a: inclined side wall 3.
The so-called decorative pieces 2a and 2b have a ratio of about 0.1 and create a large shadow different from the conventional decorative groove and enhance the three-dimensional effect of the decorative surface part 2.The contrast of specular reflection and diffused reflection between the inclined side wall 3 and the decorative groove 5. In addition to creating a sense of unevenness, the cross-section of the joint shown in FIG. It will improve. Note that the size of θ 3 may be an acute angle, an obtuse angle, or a right angle, but
In the case of an acute angle, the step becomes clearer and is effective in emphasizing the slope 7 more. Also, the depression 8
This not only clarifies the division between the side surface 6 and the sloped surface 7, but also makes the appearance closely resemble the contact area between the side wall 4 and the sloped side wall 3 at the joint shown in FIG. 3, and repeats the decorative grooves 5 on the wall. This creates horizontal lines consisting of 300 mm and 300 mm, which improves the design. Makeup piece 2
a and 2b are arranged between the inclined side wall 3, the decorative groove 5, and the side wall 4, and a horizontal piece 9 is provided at the upper end thereof.
By forming a trapezoidal decorative surface 9 consisting of the inclined pieces 9b and 9c, and a trapezoidal decorative surface 9' consisting of the horizontal piece 9a' and the inclined pieces 9b' and 9c', the decorative pieces 2a,
Horizontal decorative surfaces 10, 10' are formed at the lower part of 2b. Note that the trapezoidal decorative surfaces 9 and 9' are mainly formed when the decorative pieces 2a and 2b are formed in a large proportion with respect to the inclined side wall 3 and the inclined surface 7.
It is possible to prevent the surface material 1 from warping, twisting, and slipping in the surface material 2b and form a wide width, and the decorative surface portion 2
This is useful for enhancing the three-dimensional effect. The male connecting portion 11 has an insertion edge 12 projecting outward from the tip of the inclined side wall 3 substantially parallel to the horizontal decorative surfaces 10, 10'.
The engagement groove 1 is formed by bending the tip of the insertion edge 12 inwardly and then outwardly to form a substantially U-shaped cross section.
5, an extension part 17 that extends the lower edge 16 of the engagement groove 15 outward, a tongue piece 18 that is formed by bending the tip of the extension part 17 into a seam shape as necessary, and an upper side of the insertion edge 12. Grooves 13 and reinforcing ribs (pipe-shaped in the figure) 1
4. To explain further, the insertion edge 12 is inserted into a fitting groove 22 of a female type connecting part 19 which will be described later, and the engaging groove 15 engages the lower edge 21 of the fitting groove 22 to form the connecting structure of the board A. Double layered to strengthen waterproofness, engagement force, and packability,
This allows the board A to be used both horizontally and vertically, and furthermore, the groove portion 13 forms a gap within the connecting structure of the board A to prevent capillary phenomenon. In addition, the reinforcing rib 14 functions as a rain cover, and the insertion edge 1
This is to reinforce the tip of No.2. In addition, the insertion edge 1
It is also possible to interpose a core material 24 between the upper side and the lower side of 2. Further, the extension portion 17 is a portion where the board A is fixed to the wall base using a fixing device such as a nail at a position where rainwater does not directly infiltrate. Furthermore, the tongue piece 18 prevents the tip of the extension part 17 from waving, and also prevents injuries caused by the edge of the extension part 17 during work. Although not shown in the drawings, it is also possible to install caulking material or packing material in a portion of the groove 13 (a position that does not inhibit the function of the groove 13) to further strengthen waterproofness.
Furthermore, although the tongue piece 18 is formed in the shape of an upper seam in the figure and pinches the edge of the back material 25, it is also possible to form it in the shape of a lower seam. The female connecting portion 19 bends the edge of the side wall 4 inward to form an upper edge 20, then outwards to form a lower edge 21, and has a cross section that is approximately U-shaped from the upper edge 20 and the lower edge 21. A fitting groove 22 formed in the shape of
The tip of the lower edge 21 is composed of a tongue piece 23 which is bent into a seam shape. This fitting groove 22 fits the insertion edge 12, and the lower edge 21 engages with the engagement groove 15. Further, the tongue piece 23 prevents the edge of the lower edge 21 from waving, makes it easier to insert the lower edge 21 into the engagement groove 15, and prevents injury caused by the edge of the lower edge 21. In addition, tongue piece 2
3 is formed in the shape of a top seam as shown in the figure, and the back material 2 is
5, to strengthen the integration of the surface material 1 , core material 24, and back material 25, and to prevent leakage of the core material 24 from around the female connecting portion 19 , or, although not shown, It is also possible to form it in the shape of a bottom seam. The core material 24 is filled at least in a gutter-shaped part surrounded by the decorative surface part 2, the male connecting part 11, and the female connecting part 19 on the back side of the surface material 1 , and mainly provides insulation to the board A. It is made of one or more materials that have secondary functions such as adhesives, noncombustible materials, cushioning materials, and soundproofing materials. Specifically, it is made of synthetic resin foam, rock wool, glass wool, sheathing board, gypsum board, wood wool cement board, etc., and it is made of raw materials that are discharged, molded, hardened, and self-adhesive, or it is made of a molded body. Note that when a molded body is used as the core material 24, an adhesive (not shown) is required between the core material 24, the surface material 1 , and the back material 25. To explain further, a synthetic resin foam is mainly used as the core material 24, for example, a resin for polyurethane foam, a resin for phenol foam, a resin for polyisocyanurate foam, a polyurea foam, a polystyrene foam, a phenol foam resin around pearlite. Foam is coated, heated and pressurized to foam, and flame retardant material is added to these foams.
It consists of one or more flame retardant aids (borax, sodium metaborate, antimony trioxide, calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, bentonite, pearlite grains, shirasu balloons). moreover,
Although not shown, the core material 24 may be provided to bulge downward from the back surface of the extension portion 17 to further improve heat insulation and fire protection. Reference numeral 25 is a back material that covers at least the back surface of the core material 24 to give the board A a sandwich structure, which improves the mechanical strength of the board A itself, as well as a noncombustible sheet, a waterproof membrane, a heat shield sheet, a water absorbing sheet, a soundproof sheet, and a packing material. For example, asbestos paper, kraft paper, asphalt felt, metal foil (Al,
Fe, Pb, Cu), synthetic resin sheets, rubber sheets,
It is made of a laminate of one or more of cloth sheets, gypsum paper, aluminum hydroxide paper, glass fiber nonwoven fabric, etc., or a sheet that has been treated with waterproofing or flame retardant treatment. Note that both ends of the back material 25 may be disposed between the surface material 1 and the core material 24, or may protrude outward from the edge of the male connecting portion 11 . Here, the sizes of each of the above parts will be explained. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, cosmetic pieces 2a, 2

This is board A, which is formed in one layer by removing the . Of course, it is also possible to create a board A that is a combination of each of FIGS. 4 to 9. [Effects of the invention] As mentioned above, according to the board according to the invention,
Since the male and female joints have the above-mentioned drop-in structure, it can be easily carried out by one person, and the joint width can be kept constant. Since at least one cosmetic groove is formed in the decorative surface section and a trapezoidal decorative surface is formed on each decorative piece, the decorative surface section is free from warping, twisting, and
It is possible to prevent sagging and prevent the decorative surface from becoming mountain-like. Since the decorative grooves and the joints have almost the same cross-sectional shape, the entire wall has no joints and is made up of only the so-called decorative grooves, making it possible to form a wall that is both beautiful and rich in design. The decorative surface section is formed as follows: inclined side wall - trapezoidal decorative surface - horizontal decorative surface - side surface - inclined surface - trapezoidal decorative surface - horizontal decorative surface - side wall, and the widths of the inclined side wall and inclined surface are increased, resulting in diffused reflection and specular reflection. By making effective use of this, it is possible to make the decorative piece bulge, make the difference in level clear by creating a decorative groove similar to the joint, and further raise the decorative piece to form a wall with a three-dimensional effect. The board has a sanderch structure, which greatly improves mechanical strength. Because the board can be made wider,
It is easy to construct and is economical because the width of the material can be used effectively. The board can be stretched vertically or horizontally. Flatness of the entire wall can be easily obtained. Since the board connection structure is double, engagement force and packing performance are improved. A gap formed by a groove on the insertion edge of the male connector in the connection structure of the board and a reinforcing rib on the insertion edge prevent capillary phenomenon.
Excellent waterproofness. It has the following characteristics.
