[Detailed description of the invention] [Industrial application field] The present invention is a siding board (hereinafter simply referred to as a board) that is useful for forming horizontal and vertical walls inside and outside buildings and structures. ) regarding. [Prior art] This type of board that has been used in the past includes Tokoku No. 51-29339, Utility Model No. 51-11882,
There is Jikko No. 54-26649. however,
There were various problems with the above board. In other words, when rainwater is blown by the wind on the board (closing board), the rainwater leaks to the back side because it is simply a connecting structure between flat plates, corroding the edges and pillars, and adding moisture to the room and closet. There was a drawback. In addition, because the length of the sloped part of the lower edge to the rising part of the board is long, it is weak in tensile force and has the disadvantage that only an exterior without joints can be formed. Moreover, although the exterior was originally without joints, the skill of the lathe turned it into an exterior consisting of joints of varying widths, some with no joints, some with joints, and there was a risk of injury from the rising parts during lathe work. In addition, the board has a complicated side shape, making it difficult and expensive to mold.Furthermore, there are no reinforcing ribs on the flat part, so warping, twisting, etc. appear on the decorative surface, which spoils the aesthetic appearance. It was hot. In addition, since all boards have no backing material and the wall base and surface material come into direct contact, condensation forms on the back of the decorative surface, leading to rust and corrosion of the wall base, and the insulation of the wall itself. It lacks fireproofing and soundproofing properties, cannot prevent the decorative surface from deforming, and has the disadvantages that the board itself is easily deformed and lacks connection strength. Additionally, these boards had the drawback of lacking a three-dimensional effect. [Purpose of the invention] In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention
At least one decorative groove with a triangular cross-section formed from the side wall and the inclined side wall is provided in the decorative surface part formed at both ends of the side wall and the inclined side wall to divide it into a plurality of horizontal decorative pieces. By increasing the proportion of the bead to the bead, the specular reflection becomes diffused, making the bead stand out and enhance the three-dimensional effect, and the bead's twisting,
It prevents bending and warping, and improves economy and latheability by making the board wider. Also, a male connecting part with an insertion edge and an engaging groove is formed on the edge of the inclined side wall of the decorative surface part. A female connecting portion having a fitting groove is formed on the edge of the side wall, and a groove portion recessed in parallel to the longitudinal direction of the board is formed on the upper side of the insertion edge. A mating protrusion is formed, and a locking protrusion is formed in the middle of the upper edge of the mating groove of the female type connecting part, so that the connection structure of the board can be adjusted between the insertion edge and the mating groove, and between the engaging groove and the fitting groove. In addition to doubling the lower edge, the engagement between the engagement protrusion and the locking protrusion improves engagement force, waterproofness, and packing performance. In addition, the groove on the upper side of the insertion edge creates a void in the connection structure. It is a drop-in type that can be formed to prevent capillary phenomenon, and can be easily installed by one person when used as a horizontal covering.
Furthermore, we propose a board that can also be used vertically. [Structure of the invention] Representative embodiments of the board according to the invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. That is,
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the board A, which includes surface-treated steel sheets, zinc-nickel alloy plated steel plates, aluminum-zinc alloy plated steel plates (product names: GALF-AN, Galvalume steel plate, Superging), aluminum plates, and aluminum alloy plates. , a surface material 1 made of a metal plate (including flat plate and embossed plate) made of one type of copper plate, clad steel plate, vibration damping steel plate, etc., or a synthetic resin plate by one type of roll, press, or extrusion molding. The core material 24 is formed in the shape of a sandwich sandwich by a core material 24 filled in the back surface of the surface material 1 and a sheet-like back material 25 covering the back surface of the core material 24. To explain further, the surface material 1 is formed from a decorative surface part 2 , a male type connecting part 9, and a female type connecting part 18, as shown in FIG. 2a.
That is, the decorative surface portion 2 has a substantially gutter-like cross section formed by an inclined side wall 3 bent at an angle of θ 1 at one end and a side wall 4 bent at an angle of θ 2 at the other end. This sloped side wall 3 has θ 1 <90°, so it improves the flow of rainwater.
Decorative pieces 2a that prevent rainwater from accumulating in the joints and are divided by decorative grooves 5, which will be described later.
It is formed at a ratio of 1:5 to 0.2, and is useful for strengthening the three-dimensional appearance of the joint area and increasing the working width through specular reflection and diffused reflection. The side walls 4 cast shadows on the joints and enhance the three-dimensional appearance of the wall. Further, at least one cosmetic groove 5 is formed along the longitudinal direction in the decorative surface portion 2 , and a plurality of horizontal decorative pieces 2 are formed by the decorative groove 5.
Form a and 2b. This decorative groove 5 is formed at least at an angle θ 3 corresponding to the above-mentioned angle θ 2 in the decorative piece 2a.
a side surface 6 that intersects with the decorative piece 2b, an inclined surface 7 that intersects with the decorative piece 2b at an angle θ 4 corresponding to the angle θ 1 ;
and a recessed portion 8 formed between the two. moreover,
The decorative groove 5 may be one groove in the center of the decorative surface part 2 , or multiple grooves (same shape,
This is mainly to prevent warpage, twisting, and unevenness of the decorative surface portion 2 , and also to maintain a ratio of 1:5 to 0.2 between the decorative piece 2b:slanted surface 7 and the decorative piece 2a:slanted side wall 3. , the contrast of mirror reflection and diffused reflection between the so-called decorative pieces 2a , 2b, the inclined side wall 3 and the decorative groove 5 creates an uneven feeling, which creates a large shadow different from the conventional decorative groove and strengthens the three-dimensional effect of the decorative surface part 2. At the same time, the cross-sectional shape of the joint shown in FIG. 3 and the cross-sectional shape of the decorative groove 5 are almost the same or close to it, and the joint between the boards A is made into a decorative groove, thereby improving the design of the wall body. . Note that the size of θ 3 may be an acute angle, an obtuse angle, or a right angle, but an acute angle is effective in making the step more clear and in emphasizing the inclined surface 7 more. Further, the recessed portion 8 is formed by bending the surface material 1 or into an arbitrary shape, so that the side surface 6 and the inclined surface 7 are clearly distinguished from each other, and the side wall 4 is formed at the joint shown in FIG. and inclined side wall 3
This creates a horizontal line on the wall that looks like a repeat of the decorative grooves 5 and improves the design. As shown in an enlarged view in FIG. 2b, the male connecting portion 9 includes an insertion edge 10 that protrudes outward from the tip of the inclined side wall 3 substantially parallel to the decorative pieces 2a and 2b, and a tip of the insertion edge 10. An engagement groove 14 formed by bending inward and then outward to form a substantially U-shaped cross section, and a lower edge 15 of the engagement groove 14.
an extension part 16 that extends outward; a tongue piece 17 that bends the tip of the extension part 16 into a flap shape as necessary;
It is formed from a groove 11 provided on the upper side of the insertion edge 10, a reinforcing rib (pipe-shaped in the figure) 12, and an engaging protrusion 13 provided within the groove 11. To explain further, the insertion edge 10 is inserted into a fitting groove 21 of a female connecting part 18, which will be described later, and the engaging groove 14 engages the lower edge 20 of the fitting groove 21, and the engaging protrusion 1
3 locks the locking protrusion 22 to triple the connection structure of board A to strengthen waterproofness, engagement force, and packability, and allows board A to be used both horizontally and vertically. This is to make it possible to do so. In addition, although the shape of the engaging protrusion 13 is triangular in the figure, it can be formed in an inverted trapezoidal shape, a square shape, a semicircular shape, or a hook shape. Furthermore, the groove portion 11 forms a void within the connecting structure of the board A to prevent capillary phenomenon. Moreover, the engagement protrusion 13,
The reinforcing rib 12 serves as a rain cover, and also reinforces the tip of the insertion edge 10. Note that a core material 24 may be interposed between the upper and lower surfaces of the insertion edge 10. Further, the extension portion 16 is a portion where the board A is fixed to the wall base using a fixing device such as a nail at a position where rainwater does not directly infiltrate. Further, the tongue piece 16 prevents the tip of the extension part 16 from waving and also prevents injuries caused by the tip of the extension part 16 during work. Although not shown, caulking material or packing material may be planted in a portion of the groove portion 11 to further strengthen waterproofness. Further, the tongue piece 17 can be formed in the shape of an upper seam and can hold one end of the back material 25. As shown in an enlarged view in FIG. 2c, the female connecting portion 18 has a lower end of the side wall 4 bent inward to form an upper edge 19, a tip of the upper edge 19 bent outward to form a lower edge 20, A fitting groove 21 having a substantially U-shaped cross section formed from an upper edge 19 and a lower edge 20, and a hook-shaped locking protrusion 22 provided in the middle of the upper edge 19 within the fitting groove 21.
The tip of the lower edge 20 is formed from a tongue piece 23 which is bent into a seam shape as required. This fitting groove 21 fits the insertion edge 10, the lower edge 20 engages with the fitting groove 14, and the locking protrusion 22 locks with the engagement protrusion 13, so that the board A has a connection structure. This is a three-layered system. Further, the tongue piece 23 prevents the edge of the lower edge 20 from waving, makes it easier to insert the lower edge 20 into the engagement groove 14, and prevents injury caused by the edge of the lower edge 20. Note that the tongue piece 23 is formed into an upper seam shape as shown in the figure to sandwich the edge of the back material 25, thereby strengthening the integration of the surface material 1 , the core material 24, and the back material 25, and also female connection part 18
It is also possible to prevent leakage from the periphery, or to form a bottom groove (not shown). To explain further, the locking protrusion 22 is the engagement protrusion 1
3. Together with the reinforcing rib 12, it functions as a rain cover, and as shown in FIGS.
0 into the fitting groove 21, the insertion edge 10 is inserted due to the spring effect, but when inserted, the locking protrusion 22 is locked to the engagement protrusion 13, and the engagement force is strengthened. Furthermore, since the engaging protrusion 13 is formed within the groove 11, there is no need to enlarge the locking protrusion 22, and the insertion edge 10 does not become difficult to fit into the fitting groove 21. The core material 24 is filled at least in a gutter-shaped part surrounded by the decorative surface part 2, the male connecting part 9, and the female connecting part 18 on the back side of the surface material 1 , and mainly provides insulation to the board A. It is made of one or more materials that have secondary functions such as adhesives, noncombustible materials, cushioning materials, and soundproofing materials. Specifically, it is made of synthetic resin foam, rock wool, glass wool, sheathing board, gypsum board, wood wool cement board, etc., and the raw materials are discharged, molded, hardened,
It is self-adhesive or made of a molded body. Note that when a molded body is used as the core material 24, an adhesive (not shown) is required between the core material 24, the surface material 1 , and the back material 25. To explain further, a synthetic resin foam is mainly used as the core material 24, for example, a resin for polyurethane foam, a resin for phenol foam, a resin for polyisocyanurate foam, a polystyrene foam, a phenol foam resin is coated around the perlite, The foam is foamed by heating and pressurizing it.
and flame retardants, flame retardant aids (borax, sodium metaborate, antimony trioxide, calcium carbonate,
It is made by adding one or more of the following: aluminum hydroxide, bentonite, pearlite grains, and shirasu balloons. Note that the female connecting portion 18 of the core material 24
A concave portion 24a is formed in the vicinity, and in combination with the extension portion 14 at the connecting portion of the board A, looseness is removed and the fit of the board A is improved. Furthermore, although not shown, the core material 24 is connected to the extension portion 16.
It is also possible to bulge downward from the back surface of the holder to further improve heat insulation and fire protection. Reference numeral 25 is a backing material that covers at least the backside of the core material 24 to give the board A a sandwich structure, which improves the mechanical strength of the board A itself, as well as a noncombustible sheet, a waterproof membrane, a heat shielding sheet, a water absorption sheet, a soundproof sheet, and a packing material. For example, asbestos paper, kraft paper, asphalt felt, metal foil (Al, Fe, Pb, Cu), synthetic resin sheet, rubber sheet, cloth sheet, gypsum paper, aluminum hydroxide paper, etc.
It is made of a laminate of one or more types of glass fiber nonwoven fabric, or a sheet that has been treated with waterproofing or flame retardant treatment. Note that both ends of the backing material 25 may be held between the tongue pieces 17 and 23, or placed between the surface material 1 and the core material 24, or placed outward from the edge of the male connecting portion 9 . It is also possible to stand out. Here, the dimensional relationship of each part of the board A according to the present invention will be explained. Figures 1 and 2 a-c
As shown, the lengths of the decorative pieces 2a and 2b are respectively L 1 and L 2 , the range of the inclined side wall 3 is W 1 , the range of the inclined surface 7 of the decorative groove 5 is W 2 , and the length from the edge of the inclined side wall 3 is The distance from the tip of the insertion edge 10 to the tip of the insertion edge 10 is l 1 , the distance from the tip of the insertion edge 10 to the engagement protrusion is l 2 , and the distance from the deepest part of the engagement groove 14 to the tip of the insertion edge 10 is l 3 , the distance from the innermost part of the engagement groove 14 to the tip of the extension part 16 is

The relationship is 1:5-0.2, W2 : L2 =1:5-0.2. In other words, the above relationship means that when the boards A are connected, the decorative grooves 5 and the joints have a very similar appearance, creating unified lines in the wall, forming a wall with rich design, and also making the sloped surface 7, the slope Side wall 3 and decorative piece 2
This is to improve the three-dimensional effect of the wall due to specular reflection and diffused reflection between a and 2b. In addition,
L 1 and L 2 and W 1 and W 2 are defined as L 1
L 2 , W 1 ≒ W 2 , and preferably L 1 :W 1 ≒L 2 :W 2 , but if necessary, L 1 <L 2 , or
L 1 >L 2 , W 1 <W 2 , or W 1 >W 2 , i.e.
A relationship such as L 1 :W 1 ≠L 2 :W 2 is also possible. [Example of Turning] Now, it is assumed that board A as shown in FIG. 1 is laid horizontally as shown in FIG. 3 to form a wall. In addition, boards A 1 and A 2 use a 0.27 mm thick color steel plate for the surface material 1 , aluminum kraft paper is used for the back material 25, and the core material 24 is made of the surface material 1 and the back material 2.
5, raw materials for polyisocyanurate foam were discharged, reacted and foamed, and then cured and integrated. Therefore, the nth board is placed on the wall base consisting of main pillars, studs, waterproof sheets, etc. (the figure shows the wall base when no waterproof sheets are used).
The extension part 16 of A1 is fixed via the nail β. Next, the fitting groove 21 of the female connecting portion 18 of the board A 2 in the n+1 stage is combined with the insertion edge 10 of the board A 1 to achieve waterproofness, engagement force, and packing as shown in FIG. 3. It forms a joint area with rich characteristics. In addition, in order to form the entire wall, it is sufficient to carry out the steps described above from the base to the girder. Although not shown, it is necessary to use a starter for the base, jointer and caulking for the vertical joints, and caulking and accessories for the exit and entry corners. Although not shown, the board A can also be used vertically as described above. [Other Embodiments] What has been described above is only one embodiment of the board A according to the present invention, and it can also be formed as shown in FIGS. 4 to 9. Board A, Figures e to g are boards A and Figure H, which have a circulation groove 26 formed on the back side and an air cycle effect added to the wall, and Figure H is a hatching of the male connector 9 and female connector 18. The caulking material 26 in at least one of the positions indicated by is made of a hot melt adhesive, a molded packing material, or a packing material with no adhesive strength planted with a hot melt adhesive after applying the adhesive. Board A is designed to improve waterproofness. Figure i shows the vertical joints when the end wall 28 is formed on both edges or one edge of the decorative surface section 2 in the short direction, and the boards A are brought together in the longitudinal direction. Figures A and J show intermediate decorative grooves 2 on decorative pieces 2a and 2b.
Boards A on which grooves c and 2d are formed, and the board A shown in FIG. Of course, it is also possible to create a board A that is a combination of each of FIGS. 4 to 9. [Effects of the invention] As mentioned above, according to the board according to the invention,
Since the male and female joints have the above-mentioned drop-in structure, even one person can perform the work, and the joint width can be kept constant. Since at least one decorative groove is formed in the decorative surface part, the strength is sufficiently reinforced, the decorative surface part can be prevented from warping, twisting, and flattening, and the decorative surface part does not become mountain-like. Since the decorative grooves and the joints have almost the same cross-sectional shape, the entire wall has no joints and is made up of only the so-called decorative grooves, making it possible to form a wall body that is both beautiful and rich in design. The decorative surface portion is formed as follows: inclined side wall - decorative piece - side surface of the decorative groove - inclined surface of the decorative groove - decorative piece - side wall, and the ratio of decorative piece: inclined side wall, decorative piece: inclined surface is 1:5.
By increasing the width of the sloped side walls and slopes as shown in ~0.2, we effectively utilized diffused reflection and specular reflection to create a bulge in the decorative piece, and on top of that, we created a decorative groove similar to the joint area to reduce the level difference. It is possible to make the wall clearer and make the decorative pieces stand out to create a wall with a three-dimensional effect. The board has a sandwich structure, which greatly improves its mechanical strength. Since the board can be made wide, it is easy to construct, and the width of the material can be used effectively, making it highly economical. The board can be stretched vertically or horizontally. Flatness of the entire wall can be easily obtained.
Since the board connection structure is triple-layered, the engagement force,
Packing properties are improved. The gap formed by the groove on the insertion edge of the male connector in the board connection structure prevents capillary action and provides excellent waterproof properties. It has a triple rain return structure with a locking protrusion on the female connecting part, an engaging protrusion on the male connecting part, and reinforcing ribs to enhance waterproofness. Since the engaging protrusion is provided within the groove, a sufficient gap can be provided by the groove, and there is no need to increase the size of the locking protrusion. It has the following characteristics.
