[Detailed description of the invention] [Industrial application field] The present invention is a siding board (hereinafter simply referred to as a board) that is useful for forming horizontal and vertical walls inside and outside buildings and structures. ) regarding. [Prior art] This type of board that has been used in the past includes Tokoku No. 51-29339, Utility Model No. 51-11882,
There is Jikko No. 54-26649. however,
There were various problems with the above board. In other words, when rainwater is blown by the wind on the board (closing board), the rainwater leaks to the back side because it is simply a connecting structure between flat plates, corroding the edges and pillars, and adding moisture to the room and closet. There was a drawback. In addition, because the length of the sloped part of the lower edge to the rising part of the board is long, it is weak in tensile force and has the disadvantage that only an exterior without joints can be formed. Furthermore, although the exterior was originally without joints, due to the skill of the builder, the exterior was made up of joints of varying widths, some without joints, some with joints, and there was a risk of injury at the rising parts during construction. In addition, the board has a complicated side shape, making it difficult and expensive to mold.Furthermore, there are no reinforcing ribs on the flat part, so warping, twisting, etc. appear on the decorative surface, which spoils the aesthetic appearance. It was hot. In addition, since all boards have no backing material and the wall base and surface material are in direct contact, condensation forms on the back of the decorative surface, leading to rust and corrosion of the wall base, and the insulation of the wall itself. Fireproof,
It lacks soundproofing properties, fails to prevent deformation of the decorative surface, and has the disadvantages that the board itself is easily deformed and lacks connection strength. Additionally, these boards had the drawback of lacking a three-dimensional effect. [Purpose of the invention] In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention
At least one decorative groove having a triangular cross-section formed from the side wall and the inclined side wall is provided in the decorative surface portion having the side wall and the inclined side wall formed at both ends to form a plurality of horizontal decorative pieces, and the decorative groove of the inclined surface and the inclined side wall is formed. By increasing the ratio of the decorative pieces to the pieces, specular reflection and diffused reflection are used to make the decorative pieces stand out, enhancing the three-dimensional effect, and the decorative grooves prevent the board from twisting.
It prevents bending and warping, improves economy and workability by forming the board wide, and also forms a male connecting part with an insertion edge and an engagement groove on the edge of the inclined side wall of the decorative surface part. , a female type connecting part with a fitting groove is formed on the edge of the side wall, and the connecting structure of the board is doubled to improve the engagement force and waterproofness. The lower edge is extended outward and the end edge is bent into an L shape to form a reinforcing piece and an extension part, which reduces the contact of the surface material with the wall base, improves heat insulation, and facilitates nail driving. The purpose of the present invention is to propose a board that protects the core material during installation, is a drop-in type that can be easily connected by one person, and can also be used vertically. [Structure of the invention] Representative embodiments of the board according to the invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. That is,
FIG. 1 is a slanted view showing the above-mentioned board A, including surface-treated steel sheets, zinc/nickel alloy plated steel sheets, aluminum/zinc alloy plated steel sheets (product names: GULF-AN, GALVALUM steel sheets, SUPER ZINC), aluminum plates, and aluminum alloy plates. , a surface material 1 formed from a metal plate (including a flat plate and an embossed plate) made of one type of copper plate, stainless steel plate, clad steel plate, vibration damping steel plate, etc. by one type of roll, press, or extrusion process; It is formed from a core material 23 filled on the back surface of the surface material 1 and a sheet-like back material 24 covering the back surface of the core material 23. To explain further, the surface material 1 is composed of a decorative surface part 2 , a male type connecting part 9 , and a female type connecting part 18 , as shown in FIG. To explain further, the decorative surface portion 2 has a substantially gutter-like cross section formed from an inclined side wall 3 bent at θ 1 at one end and a side wall 4 bent at θ 2 at the other end. Since this sloped side wall 3 has θ 1 <90°, it improves the flow of rainwater and prevents rainwater from accumulating in the joints, as well as the decorative groove 5 described later.
The makeup piece 2a divided by 1:5 to 0.2
This is useful for strengthening the three-dimensional appearance of the joint area and increasing the working width through specular reflection and diffused reflection. The side walls 4 cast shadows on the joints and enhance the three-dimensional appearance of the wall. Note that θ 2 may be an acute angle, a right angle, or an obtuse angle, but an acute angle casts a larger shadow on the joint area.
This is preferable because the three-dimensional effect is further enhanced and the effect of draining rainwater flowing down the surface of the cosmetic piece 2b is good. Moreover, at least one or more decorative grooves 5 are formed in the decorative surface portion 2 along the longitudinal direction, and the decorative grooves 5 form a plurality of horizontal decorative pieces 2a, 2b.
This decorative groove 5 has at least a side surface 6 that intersects with the decorative piece 2a at an angle θ 3 corresponding to the angle θ 2 described above, an inclined surface 7 that intersects with the decorative piece 2b at an angle θ 4 corresponding to the angle θ 1 , and a side surface 6. It consists of a recessed part 8 formed in the middle with the inclined surface 7. Furthermore, the cosmetic groove 5 is one in the center of the decorative surface part 2 , or a plurality of grooves (same shape, irregular shape) are provided so as to divide the decorative surface part 2 into 3 to 5 parts. In addition to preventing flattening, the ratio of the decorative piece 2b:slanted surface 7 to the decorative piece 2a:slanted side wall 3 is about 1:5 to 0.2, creating a large shadow different from the previous decorative groove and creating a three-dimensional effect on the decorative surface part 2 . The contrast between the so-called decorative pieces 2a, 2b, the inclined side wall 3, and the decorative groove 5 creates a sense of unevenness due to the contrast of specular reflection and diffused reflection. The joints between the boards A are made into decorative grooves so that the cross-sections are almost the same or close to it, and the design of the wall body is improved. Note that the size of θ 3 may be an acute angle, an obtuse angle, or a right angle, similar to θ 2 . In addition, the recessed portion 8 makes the division between the side surface 6 and the sloped surface 7 clear, and also makes the appearance closely resemble the contact area between the side wall 4 and the sloped side wall 3 at the joint shown in FIG. This creates a horizontal line consisting of repeating grooves 5 and improves the design.
The male connecting portion 9 has an insertion edge 10 protruding outward from the tip of the inclined side wall 3 substantially parallel to the decorative pieces 2a and 2b;
An engagement groove 13 in which the tip of the insertion edge 10 is bent inward and then bent outward to form a substantially U-shaped cross section.
, a reinforcing piece 15 with the lower edge 14 of the engagement groove 13 bent downward, an extension part 16 with the end edge of the reinforcing piece 15 bent outward, and the tip of the extension part 16 shaped into a gap if necessary. The tongue piece 17 is bent into a groove 11 provided on the upper side of the insertion edge 10, and the reinforcing rib (pipe-shaped in the figure)
12. To explain further, the insertion edge 10 is inserted into a fitting groove 21 of a female connecting part 18 , which will be described later, and the engaging groove 13 engages the lower edge 20 of the fitting groove 21 to form a connecting structure of the board A. Double layered to strengthen waterproofness, engagement force, and packability,
The board A can be used both horizontally and vertically. Furthermore, the groove portion 11 forms a void within the connecting structure of the board A to prevent capillary phenomenon. The reinforcing ribs 12 also serve as a rain cover. In addition,
A core material 23 is provided between the upper and lower surfaces of the insertion edge 10.
It is also possible to intervene. Also, reinforcing piece 15
serves as one mold for filling the core material 23, and also serves to reduce the portion of the surface material 1 that comes into direct contact with the wall base α, as shown in FIG. Note that it is also possible to drive a nail into the lower edge 14 of the engagement groove 13 if necessary, and then drive the board A into the wall base. In this case, the reinforcing piece 15 serves to prevent the core material 23 from collapsing and to prevent the insulation properties of the board A from deteriorating. Furthermore, the extension part 16 is a part where the board A is fixed to the wall base using a fixing device such as a nail at a position where rainwater does not directly intrude. Since this extension part 16 is in direct contact with the wall base, nailing is easy. The tongue piece 17 prevents the tip of the extension part 16 from waving and also prevents injuries caused by the edge of the extension part 16 during work.
Further, although not shown, caulking material or packing material may be planted in a portion of the groove portion 11 to further strengthen waterproofness. Further, the tongue piece 17 can be formed in the shape of an upper seam so as to sandwich the edge of the back material 24. The female connecting portion 18 bends the edge of the side wall 4 inward to form an upper edge 19, then outwards to form a lower edge 20, and has an approximately U-shaped cross section from the upper edge 19 and the lower edge 20. It is composed of a fitting groove 21 formed in the shape of a shape, and a tongue piece 22 whose tip of the lower edge 20 is bent into a seam shape. This fitting groove 21 is the insertion edge 10
The lower edge 20 engages with the engagement groove 13. Further, the tongue piece 22 prevents the edge of the lower edge 20 from waving, makes it easier to insert the lower edge 20 into the engagement groove 13, and prevents injury caused by the edge of the lower edge 20. Note that the tongue piece 22 is formed into an upper seam shape as shown in the figure to sandwich the edge of the back material 24 to strengthen the integration of the surface material 1 , the core material 23, and the back material 24, and to strengthen the integration of the core material 23. female connection part 1
It is also possible to prevent leakage from the periphery of 8, or to form a bottom ridge (not shown). The core material 23 is filled at least in a gutter-shaped portion surrounded by the decorative surface portion 2 , the male connecting portion 9 , and the female connecting portion 18 on the back side of the surface material 1 , and mainly provides insulation to the board A. Adhesives, noncombustible materials,
It is made of one or more materials that have functions such as cushioning materials and soundproofing materials. Specifically, it is made of synthetic resin foam, rock wool, glass wool, sheathing board, gypsum board, wood wool cement board, etc., and it is made of raw materials that are discharged, molded, hardened, and self-adhesive, or it is made of a molded body. In addition, when a molded body is used as the core material 23, an adhesive (not shown) is required between the core material 23, the surface material 1 , and the back material 24. To explain further, the core material 23
Generally, synthetic resin foams are used, such as resins for polyurethane foam, resins for phenol foam, resins for polyisocyanurate foam, polystyrene foam, and perlite, which are coated with phenol foam resin, and then heated.
Foam is foamed under pressure, and one or more of flame retardants and flame retardant aids (borax, sodium metaborate, antimony trioxide, calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, bentonite, perlite particles, shirasu balloons) are added to these foams. Consists of things, etc. Note that a notch portion 23a is formed in the vicinity of the female connecting portion 18 of the core material 23. This notch 23a fits onto the lower edge 14 of the engagement groove 13 of the male connector 9 to prevent the connector from wobbling.
Its shape includes the lower edge 14 of the engagement groove 13 and the reinforcing piece 15.
The shape is the same as, or larger than, the shape of the board A, and is used to eliminate looseness at the connecting portion when the boards A are connected. In particular, when the shapes are the same, the reinforcing piece 15 and the side surface 2 of the notch 23a
3b and functions as a stopper during connection, making the joint width constant, strengthening the sealing performance of the connection part, and strengthening waterproofness. The back material 24 covers at least the back surface of the core material 23 to give the board A a sandwich structure, which improves the mechanical strength of the board A itself, as well as a noncombustible sheet, a waterproof film, a heat shield sheet,
It serves as a water absorbing sheet, soundproof sheet, packing material, etc., such as asbestos paper, kraft paper, asphalt felt, metal foil (Al, Fe, Pb, Cu), synthetic resin sheet, rubber sheet, cloth sheet, plaster. It is made of a laminate of one or more of paper, aluminum hydroxide paper, glass fiber nonwoven fabric, etc., or a sheet treated with waterproofing or flame retardant treatment. In addition, back material 2
Both ends of 4 may be held between the tongue pieces 17 and 22, or may be placed between the surface material 1 and the core material 23, or may protrude outward from the edge of the male connecting portion 9 . It is possible. Here, the sizes of each of the above parts will be explained. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, cosmetic pieces 2a, 2
The lengths of b are L 1 and L 2 , the range of the inclined side wall 3 is W 1 , the range of the inclined surface 7 is W 2 , the distance from the edge of the inclined side wall 3 to the tip of the insertion edge 10 is l 1 , Engagement groove 1
The distance from the deepest part of 3 to the tip of the insertion edge 10 is l 2 ,

The height from the upper edge 19 to the lower edge 20 is h 3 , and the height from the upper side of the reinforcing rib 12 to the surface of the lower edge 14 is h 3 .
h 4 , the height of the reinforcing piece 15 is h 5 , and the height of the side surface 23b of the notch 23a is h 6 , l 1 ≒ l 4 , l 2 ≒ l 5 ,
l 3 ≦l 6 , h 1 ≒h 2 , h 3 ≒h 4 , h 5 ≒h 6 , and
The relationship is W 1 :L 1 =1:5-0.2, and W2 : L2 =1:5-0.2. In other words, the above relationship means that when the boards A are connected, the decorative grooves 5 and the joints have a very similar appearance, creating unified lines in the wall, forming a wall with rich design, and also making the sloped surface 7, the slope This is to improve the three-dimensional effect of the wall due to specular reflection and diffused reflection between the side wall 3 and the decorative pieces 2a and 2b.
Note that L 1 and L 2 and W 1 and W 2 satisfy L 1L 2 and W 1 ≒ W 2 as shown in the figure, and preferably L 1 :W 1 ≒L 2 :W 2. However, if necessary, L 1 <L 2 ,
Alternatively, a relationship such as L 1 >L 2 , W 1 <W 2 , or W 1 >W 2 , that is, L 1 :W 1 ≠L 2 :W 2 , is also possible. [Construction Example] Now, assume that boards A as shown in FIG. 1 are laid horizontally as shown in FIG. 3 to form a wall. In addition, for boards A 1 and A 2 , a 0.27 mm thick colored steel plate is used for the surface material 1 , aluminum kraft paper is used for the back material 24, and the core material 23 is made of the surface material 1 and the back material 2.
4, raw materials for polyisocyanurate foam were discharged, reacted and foamed, and then cured and integrated. Therefore, the nth board is placed on the wall base consisting of main pillars, studs, waterproof sheets, etc. (the figure shows the wall base when no waterproof sheets are used).
Extension 16 of A 1 or lower edge 1 as the case may be
4 is fixed via nail β. Next, the fitting groove 21 of the female connecting portion 18 of the n+1th board A 2 is combined with the insertion edge 10 of the board A 1 to achieve waterproofness, engagement force, and packing as shown in FIG. 3. It forms a joint area with rich characteristics. Also,
To form the entire wall, it is sufficient to carry out the steps described above from the base to the girders.
Although not shown, it is necessary to use a starter for the base, a jointer and caulking material for the vertical joints, and caulking materials and accessories for the exit and entry corners. Figures A and F show board A in which caulking material 26 is planted at at least one of the positions indicated by hatching in the male connecting portion 9 and female connecting portion 18 .
The caulking material 26 is made of a hot melt adhesive, a molded packing material, or a non-adhesive packing material planted with a hot melt adhesive after applying the adhesive, and is waterproof. Boards A and G designed to improve performance
The figures show boards A, h, and i in which end walls 27 are formed on both ends or one end of the decorative surface section 2 in the short direction, making it easy to waterproof the vertical joints when boards A are joined in the longitudinal direction. Figure 1 shows board A with intermediate decorative grooves 2c and 2d formed on the decorative pieces 2a and 2b, and Figure j shows boards A, K, and l with two or more decorative grooves 5 (not shown) formed and wide. Boards A and m have the core material 23 bulging out below the extension part 16 to improve heat insulation and fire protection; the figure shows board A.
Board A is bent at an angle θ 5 from approximately the center of the board to form a wide open V-shape. In Figure n, the core material 23 is made of multiple materials (same and different), and each material Board A has multiple functions. Of course, it is also possible to create a board A that is a combination of each of FIGS. 4 to 9. [Effects of the invention] As mentioned above, according to the board according to the invention,
Since the male and female joints have the above-mentioned drop-in structure, even one person can perform the work, and the joint width can be kept constant. Since at least one decorative groove is formed in the decorative surface part, the strength is sufficiently reinforced, the decorative surface part can be prevented from warping, twisting, and flattening, and the decorative surface part does not become mountain-like. Since the decorative groove and the joint part have almost the same cross-sectional shape, a hollow part with a folded gap is formed in the decorative groove, so there are no joints on the entire wall, and the pattern consists only of the so-called decorative groove, which is beautiful.
Moreover, a wall body with rich design can be formed. The decorative surface portion is formed as follows: inclined side wall - decorative piece - side surface of the decorative groove - inclined surface of the decorative groove - decorative piece - side wall, and the ratio of decorative piece: inclined side wall and decorative piece: inclined surface is 1:5 to 0.2.
By increasing the width of the sloped side walls and surfaces, we effectively utilized diffused reflection and specular reflection to create a bulge in the decorative piece, and on top of that, created a decorative groove similar to the joint to clarify the difference in level. Furthermore, the decorative pieces can be raised to create a wall with a three-dimensional effect. The board has a sanderch structure, which greatly improves mechanical strength. Since the board can be made wide, it is easy to install, and the width of the material can be used effectively, making it highly economical. The board can be stretched vertically or horizontally. Flatness of the entire wall can be easily obtained.
Since the board connection structure is double, engagement force and packing performance are improved. The gaps created by the grooves and reinforcing ribs in the connecting structure of the boards prevent capillary action and return rain, resulting in excellent waterproof properties. A reinforcing piece is provided at the male connector, which reduces the contact area between the surface material and the wall base, improving insulation and
Fire protection is improved. Since the position for fixing the board with fixing tools such as nails is in contact with the wall base, nailing is easy. Even if a nail is driven into the lower edge of the engagement groove, the core material is protected by the reinforcing piece, and there will be no slippage. It has the following characteristics.
