[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a siding board (hereinafter simply referred to as a board) useful for forming internal and external walls of buildings and structures. [Prior art] This type of board that has been used in the past includes Tokoku No. 51-29339, Utility Model No. 51-11882,
There is Jikko No. 54-26649. however,
There were various problems with the above board. In other words, if rainwater is blown by the wind on the board (closing board), the rainwater will leak to the back side because it is simply a connecting structure between flat plates, corroding the edges and pillars, and causing moisture in the room and closet. There were some drawbacks. In addition, because the length of the lower edge up to the rising part of the sloped part of the board is long, it is weak against tensile force.
The disadvantage was that only an exterior without joints could be formed.
Moreover, although the exterior was originally without joints, due to the skill of the builder, the exterior was made up of joints of varying widths, some without joints, some with joints, and there was a risk of injury from the rising parts during construction. Furthermore, the board has a complicated side shape, making it difficult to mold and expensive. [Purpose of the invention] In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention forms a male connecting portion on one end edge of the decorative surface and a female connecting portion on the other edge, and also connects the inclined piece of the male connecting portion with the female connecting portion. The heights of the side walls of the mold connecting part are approximately the same, so that when the wall is formed, the decorative surface of the board is flat, and a groove is provided in the middle of the insertion edge of the male mold connecting part parallel to the longitudinal direction of the board. At the same time, a reinforcing rib is provided at the tip to prevent capillary action and return rain at the connection part of the board.Furthermore, an engaging protrusion is provided in the fitting groove of the female connection part, so that when the boards are connected, there is a difference. The reinforcing ribs and engaging protrusions on the edges improve the engagement force and waterproofness, and the board can be easily installed by one worker without requiring any skill, both horizontally and vertically. We are proposing a board that can be used for both tension and tension. [Structure of the invention] Representative embodiments of the board according to the invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. That is, FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the above-mentioned board A, and includes, for example, a surface-treated steel sheet, a steel sheet plated with a zinc-nickel alloy, a steel sheet plated with an aluminum-zinc alloy (product name: Gulfuan, Galvalume Steel Sheet, Super Zinc), and an aluminum sheet. , a metal plate (including flat plate and embossed plate) made of one type of aluminum alloy plate, copper plate, clad steel plate, vibration damping steel plate, etc., or a surface formed from a synthetic resin plate by one type of roll, press, extrusion molding, etc. It is formed into a sanderch structure from a material 1 , a core material 20 filled on the back surface of the surface material 1 , and a back material 21 covering the back surface of the core material 20. To explain further, the surface material 1 is formed from a decorative surface 2, a male connecting part 3 , and a female connecting part 13 , as shown in cross section in FIG. Although not shown, the decorative surface 2 may be provided with one or more concave or convex decorative ribs. In addition, the male connecting part 3 has a slanted piece 4 which has one end edge of the decorative surface 2 bent at θ 11 ≧90°), and a tip of the slanted piece 4 that is bent outward at an angle θ 22 ≒ θ 1 ) . )
The joint base part 5 bent at It consists of an engagement groove 9 formed in the groove 9, an extension part 11 that extends the lower edge 10 of the engagement groove 9 outward, and a flap-like tongue piece 12 provided at the tip of the extension part 11 if necessary. be. To explain further, when the inclined piece 4 uses the board A as a horizontal tensioner, since θ 1 ≧90°,
It improves the flow of rainwater, prevents rainwater from accumulating in the joints, enhances the three-dimensional appearance of the joints, and is useful for increasing the working width. Further, the joint base portion 5 functions as a waterproof base. Furthermore, the insertion edge 6 fits into a fitting groove 17, which will be described later, and a groove 7 and a reinforcing rib 8 (pipe-shaped in the figure) are provided on the upper surface thereof. As shown in Fig. 3, this groove 7 forms a gap in the connecting part to prevent capillary phenomenon, and the reinforcing rib 8 functions as a rain cover, so the waterproofness of the connecting part of board A is greatly improved. do. Furthermore, the reinforcing rib 8 engages with an engagement protrusion 18 formed on the upper edge 15 of the fitting groove 17, which will be described later, and serves to strengthen the engagement force of the board A. The engagement groove 9 engages the lower edge 16 of the engagement groove 17, and the engagement between the insertion edge 6 and the engagement groove 17 makes the connection structure of the board A double, which improves the waterproofness of the board A.
This is useful for strengthening the engagement force. The extension part 11 is for fixing the board A to the wall base using a fixing device such as a nail at a position where rainwater does not directly enter. In addition, the tongue piece 12 is formed by bending the tip of the extension part 11 into a flap shape, and is used to prevent the end of the extension part 16 from waving and to prevent injuries caused by the end of the extension part during work. It is something. In addition, although the tongue piece 12 is bent in the shape of a lower seam in the figure, it is also possible to bend it in the shape of an upper seam and to hold the end of the back material 21. The female connecting part 13 has a side wall 14 with the other end of the decorative surface 2 bent downward, the tip of the side wall 14 bent inward to form an upper edge 15, and the tip of the upper edge 15 bent outward. A fitting groove 17 having a lower edge 16 and a substantially U-shaped cross section formed from the upper edge 15 and the lower edge 16, and an engagement protrusion 18 provided on the upper edge 15.
and a tongue piece 19 with the tip of the lower edge 16 bent into a seam shape.
It is composed of. To explain further, the fitting groove 17 fits the insertion edge 6, and the lower edge 16 engages with the engagement groove 9, making the connection structure of the board A double. Further, the engagement protrusion 18 is formed when the insertion edge 6 is fitted into the fitting groove 17 as shown in FIG.
In combination with the reinforcing rib 8 of the insertion edge 6, the board A
This strengthens the engagement. Further, like the tongue piece 12, the tongue piece 19 prevents the tip of the lower edge 16 from waving, helps to smoothly engage the lower edge 16 with the engagement groove 9, and improves work safety. It is something. Note that the tongue piece 19 may be bent in the shape of an upper seam to sandwich one end edge of the back material 21 as shown in the figure, or may be formed in the shape of a lower seam so that the tongue piece 19 does not need to sandwich the back material 21. The core material 20 includes at least the decorative surface 2 on the back side of the surface material 1 , the male connecting portion 3 , and the female connecting portion 13.
Fill the gutter-shaped part surrounded by board A
It is made of one or more materials that have secondary functions such as adhesiveness, nonflammability, cushioning properties, and soundproofing properties. Specifically, it consists of one type of synthetic resin foam, rock wool, glass wool, sheathing board, gypsum board, wood wool cement board, etc., and is discharged as a raw material, molded,
It can be hardened, self-adhesive, or made of a molded body. Note that when a molded body is used, an adhesive (not shown) is required between the core material 20, the surface material 1 , and the back material 21. To explain further,
The core material 20 is mainly made of synthetic resin foam, such as resin for polyurethane foam, resin for polyisocyanurate foam, resin for phenol foam, etc., and flame retardants and flame retardant aids (borax, sodium metaborate) in addition to these resins. , antimony trioxide, calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, bentonite, pearlite grains, shirasu balloons). Furthermore, a recess 20a having a thickness approximately equal to that of the surface material 1 is formed in the vicinity of the female connecting portion 13 of the core material 20, if necessary. This recess 20a is for making the decorative surface 2 flat except for the joints when the board A is installed. Note that when an acidic material such as a phenol foam resin is used as the core material 20, an anticorrosive paint may be applied to the back surface of the surface material 1 to prevent rusting. Furthermore, core material 20
Since it is integrally filled into the gutter-shaped part surrounded by the decorative surface 2 on the back side of the surface material 1 , the male type connecting part 3 , and the female type connecting part 13 , the tongue piece 12 of A of the lower or adjacent board bites into it. , the sealing performance of the wall is improved, the waterproofness is improved, and the properties of board A, such as heat insulation and soundproofing, can be fully exhibited. Furthermore, the back material 21 covers at least the back surface of the core material 20 to make the board A a sandwich structure, and the board A
In addition to improving its own mechanical strength, it also provides noncombustible sheets,
Waterproof membrane, heat shield sheet, water absorption sheet, soundproof sheet,
It serves as a packing material, etc. The materials include, for example, asbestos paper, kraft paper, asphalt felt, metal foil (Al, Fe,
Pb, Cu), synthetic resin sheet, rubber sheet, cloth sheet, gypsum paper, aluminum hydroxide paper, glass fiber nonwoven fabric, etc., or a laminate of one or more of them, or a sheet that has been treated with waterproofing or flame retardant treatment.
